Scriptures Search

Scriptures Search is a free .net program that lets you specify a search/predicate tree to search verses, chapters or sentences of scriptures from different translations and languages including the Book of Mormon, New Translation / JST / Inspired Version of the Bible, Doctrine and Covenants, Lectures on Faith, and the Pearl of Great Price. If there are additional editions or languages you would like to be included and you can share the text with me please fill out the form at Contact to let me know and I’ll look into adding it.

All the types of predicates are listed in the program but to give you an idea of what can be done below are some of the opitions:

  • Index
  • And
  • Or
  • Not
  • Xor
  • Equals
  • Same
  • Diff
  • Trues
  • Falses
  • Count

I currently do not have any Apple hardware and thus not able to create any editions for any Apple hardware.

Download SeekingYHWH Scripture Search 1.0.3 for Windows as msi installer of files in a zip. When installing from msi, you need to select run anyways because I have not bought a program signing certificate.
