Book of Enoch

The books purporting to be books of Enoch are not authentic and inventions of uninspired men. The people of the Dead Sea Scrools even knew that the books of Enoch were pseudepigrapha or in other words fan fiction. These books contradict the Bible, Doctrine and Covenants and the New Translation / JST / Inspired Version of the Bible. In addition the Books of Enoch do not have in them what YHWH stated would be in them through Joseph Smith as recorded in D&C (LDS 107:53-57) (RLDS 104) (1835 3) (1844 3), JST Genesis 6:44-71 and JST Genesis 8:7-8. Nor does the books of Enoch talk about the deeds that Enoch did in JST Genesis 7 including moving of mountains in JST Genesis 7:15.

People claim that angels came down and had sex with men to produce angels. First of all with the KJV Genesis 6:1-2 it states the sons of God which are followers of Elohim not angels. In addition in Genesis (JST 8:6-9) (KJV 6:4) the sons of men falsely asserted that they were the sons of Elohim, which if that meant angels that would have been an believable claim. And more importantly Joseph Smith restored this text in JST Genesis 8:2 that it was the sons of men that took the daughters of Noah’s children as wives not the sons of Elohim. Which is also taught in Genesis (JST 8:6-9) (KJV 6:4).

In Genesis (JST 8:6-9) (KJV 6:4)
To better understand what is going in In Genesis (JST 8:6-9) (KJV 6:4), lets look at the Hebrew word “5303: Nephilim” and it’s definition. In the quick one word defitinion “5303: Nephilim” is defined as a giant. In 1828 Webster’s Dictionary a giant is a man, lets get this straight a man someone from the race of Adam not some made up race produced by the mixing of men and angels which is not even possible, that is very strong. Which goes along with how bullys and tryrants are men who abuse their strength and seek to put down and even kill those who they don’t like, which is exactly what is going on in Genesis (JST 8:6-9) (KJV 6:4).

Becase of my belief in YHWH’s LunarSolar Calendar and the Lunar Sabbath I have studied Calendar Changes around the world and throughout time caused by the Lunar Cycle Change that happened around 700 BC. During the days of Noah the lunar cycle was always 30 days which we know because of dates mentioned during the flood which I go over in my New Year resource page. The lunar cycle was also always 30 days with Moses which we can know from the dates of Shavuot / Pentecost and the multiple counts which I go over in my post Shavuot / Pentecost Counts.

Around 700 BC with the Lunar Cycle Change, which is talked about in scriptures and history as shown at my resource page Lunar Cycle Change, the lunar cycle changed from always being 30 days, with Noah and Moses, to changing one from 29.27 days to 29.83 averaging at 29.53 days. This fact is something you can observe for yourself if you wanted to take the time to. This fact contradicts the lie in the Enoch 77:11 that there are times the moon only has 28 days, which has never happened in history. In addition, for those who believe in the Lunar Sabbath as I do, this is a significant problem because the fourth weekly sabbath of the moon is the 29th of the moon, and would be violation in YHWH’s sabbath commandment.

Enoch 77:10-11
10 On stated months the moon has twenty-nine days. 11 It [moon] also has a period of twenty-eight days.

There are many other issues of the calendar presented in the book of Enoch. For example how it claims the new moon is the full moon contradicting scriptures and history. The book of Enoch claims that the moon cycle does not move for one day every three moons.   • 2024-01-15: Going over Giants in Genesis (JST 8) (KJV 6). Giants are not connected to sons of God. The real Book Enoch has Elohim’s gospel in it, JST Genesis 6. Noah was perfect because he was sanctified not because no DNA problems.
