Translators put their bias and theology and their own understanding of how they believe things to be into how they translate a particular word and words. Because almost all words in any language have multiple meanings to them. And I do believe many translators are doing the best they know how. I have a growing number of translations I have done myself. I will seek to list ones I have done in the past here. Along with updating this list with ones I do in the future. When I created my journal versions of the New Translation / JST / Inspired Version of the Bible, I left out the Songs of Solomon because Joseph Smith said it was not inspired. I also excluded the book of Ester because it’s not inspired of Yah and pushes pagan practices, such as cakes to the queen of heaven, and immoral acts.
The Songs of Solomon are not Inspired Writings.
