00:00:11 yeah um anyway
00:00:15 so today I have been
00:00:20 tasked with the wonderful
00:00:24 opportunity to teach a little bit about
00:00:28 the feast that is referred to as first
00:00:32 fruits uh or the celebration that is
00:00:34 referred to as first
00:00:36 fruits um I’ll be going over initially
00:00:40 what has been said that we should
00:00:44 do um I’ll start off by doing that
00:00:46 starting in the Books of Moses every
00:00:50 mention that I’m aware of of where it
00:00:52 talks about first fruits in the Books of
00:00:55 Moses and then going on to the idea of
00:01:01 how first
00:01:03 fruits is a what what first fruits is a
00:01:07 representation of further
00:01:10 into uh uh the New Testament and even
00:01:14 into the book of Mor book of Morman and
00:01:16 Doctrine and
00:01:17 Covenants um so to find out
00:01:22 exactly what first fruits is we’re going
00:01:25 to start actually in verse 15 of Exodus
00:01:28 chapter 23 Josh could I ask you to read
00:01:33 15 uh read this reading it’s 15 through
00:01:38 18 I do
00:01:40 believe okay 15 through 19 15 through 19
00:01:45 okay Thou shalt keep the Feast of
00:01:49 unleavened bread Thou shalt eat
00:01:51 unleavened bread seven days as I
00:01:54 commanded thee in the time appointed of
00:01:57 the month abib for in it thou camest out
00:01:59 from Egypt and None Shall appear before
00:02:02 me empty okay just to give you a bright
00:02:06 a brief pause so here we have the setup
00:02:10 of the time frame of where we’re
00:02:12 supposed to have first fruits we have
00:02:15 the Feast of unleavened bread we have uh
00:02:18 we’ve had the Passover that was
00:02:20 yesterday now we have the Feast of
00:02:22 unleavened bread that started with the
00:02:24 evening of the Passover and going in
00:02:26 into the morning of the first day of
00:02:28 pass of the uh sorry Feast of unleavened
00:02:31 bread and now I I just can I just point
00:02:35 something out go ahead go ahead um that
00:02:39 phrase and None Shall appear before me
00:02:42 empty
00:02:44 um
00:02:46 you’re you’re supposed to have you’re
00:02:50 supposed to have unleavened bread every
00:02:51 day of the week yeah
00:02:55 correct um now now as we were just kind
00:02:59 of fnally
00:03:00 talking about earlier it doesn’t tell us
00:03:03 how much so it could be just a crumb but
00:03:07 I would recommend more than just a
00:03:10 crumb just yeah at least at least
00:03:15 Mor None Shall appear so I would
00:03:18 recommend a
00:03:19 morel and the other thing that we need
00:03:21 to do on unle bread does not eat leaven
00:03:25 bread so oh yes that’s why it’s called
00:03:29 unle bread
00:03:32 right last week uh those who eat leaven
00:03:36 bread during the Feast of unle bread are
00:03:38 to be cut off cut off immediately and
00:03:42 cut out of the society basically shunned
00:03:46 for all intensive purposes but anyway
00:03:48 that’s another discussion all together
00:03:50 now why you bring that I’m gonna say one
00:03:52 thing that’s because they’re accepting
00:03:56 the teachings of correct 11 equals is
00:04:00 equivalent to in in the Christ’s
00:04:04 teachings especially Le is and also
00:04:08 Hebrew uh
00:04:10 teachings Le is equals the doctrine of
00:04:15 the world now I’m gonna um push back a
00:04:19 little bit leev is
00:04:21 teachings and in this case it’s world’s
00:04:24 teachings because Yeshua liken the
00:04:27 Kingdom of Heaven of two you leavened
00:04:31 loaves or three Le to a to an old woman
00:04:35 who hid three three measures of Le yeah
00:04:38 yeah sorry um so Ben uh quoted it more
00:04:42 accurately uh leaven is
00:04:45 teachings but in this case we need after
00:04:48 we accept the Messiah which is we select
00:04:51 him on the 10th then we realize because
00:04:54 of our sins that he has to die yeah and
00:04:58 because of that uh
00:05:01 we’re we’re GNA want to give up our
00:05:04 sinful ways we want to give up our we
00:05:06 want to give up our false teachings yes
00:05:09 yeah which is a cause for sinful ways so
00:05:12 I I completely agree with you Ben I’m
00:05:13 just focusing on a different aspect yeah
00:05:16 I mean I’m focusing on the aspect of it
00:05:18 being unleavened bread with leaven being
00:05:20 teachings therefore we want to give up
00:05:22 the false teachings and accept the true
00:05:25 because the true actually lead us into
00:05:28 true into true the true teachings will
00:05:30 actually lead us into true um
00:05:33 righteousness which is his righteousness
00:05:35 well not only that just to paint a
00:05:37 picture for you guys too right so when
00:05:41 you cut a slice of unle of Leaven bread
00:05:45 right there’s all that complexity
00:05:47 there’s that kind of really intense
00:05:52 looking complexity to the slice of bread
00:05:56 whereas and there’s all sort sorts of
00:06:00 room
00:06:01 for
00:06:03 uh all sorts of man-made Mysteries and
00:06:07 everything like that wherein if
00:06:11 you yeah if you look at a piece of
00:06:14 unleavened bread it’s simple it’s
00:06:18 simple it doesn’t have all that
00:06:21 complexity it is at its barebone
00:06:26 minimum and but even with in but even
00:06:31 within that barebone minimum we can
00:06:33 still
00:06:34 get uh find out a little bit find out
00:06:39 the deeper deeper levels to that now
00:06:42 right at risk of Los or what’s up what’s
00:06:45 up can I add something real quick just
00:06:47 another thing to
00:06:49 consider um Levan as it’s eating creates
00:06:54 air yes air is the wind or Torah so when
00:07:00 we are consuming yahweh’s leaven not
00:07:04 leaven of the world we will um start
00:07:07 having Torah written Upon Our flesh AKA
00:07:11 bread so Stephen quick question
00:07:14 historically the Feast of unleavened
00:07:16 bread was it around a harvest time yeah
00:07:21 uh barley barley lemon bread is barley
00:07:26 so if I will tell you I tried to get
00:07:31 barley crackers I was not able to oh
00:07:34 there you go yeah yeah good luck it’s
00:07:36 very hard to that
00:07:40 toal and I I I don’t know if it has to
00:07:44 have to be
00:07:45 barley um because this gets into another
00:07:48 little calendar issue there’s none of
00:07:50 those out there right but um there are
00:07:55 people that
00:07:58 purport that uh the New Year can only
00:08:01 start depending on the phase of the
00:08:04 barley but as I show in my New Year
00:08:07 Resource page Noah didn’t have it on the
00:08:10 boat he was on
00:08:12 there more than a year I don’t remember
00:08:15 exact dates but anyways you can go look
00:08:17 it up I’ll put a link in there so he
00:08:19 wouldn’t have been able to tell when the
00:08:21 new year was yeah in addition even after
00:08:24 he landed he couldn’t plant it yeah
00:08:27 you’re right
00:08:29 and then sorry go ahead
00:08:32 Ben it takes a little bit after um
00:08:37 massive flooding and water
00:08:40 recession before you’re able to plant
00:08:43 successfully correct uh and then on top
00:08:46 of that throughout the Bible and the
00:08:49 Book of Mormon there has been
00:08:52 multiple uh droughts which means barley
00:08:56 wouldn’t grow to their
00:09:00 supposed needed um stage to determine
00:09:05 the new year so there’s another issue
00:09:08 you have to resolve if you think the new
00:09:09 year starts by a plant all
00:09:13 right there’s more but I can leave it at
00:09:16 that yeah that’s we’re we’re now leaving
00:09:20 the subject a little farther behind and
00:09:23 let’s bring it back
00:09:25 to what were let’s bring it back to
00:09:28 First fruits okay that’s fine I have a
00:09:31 lot of info in my head you do and I am
00:09:36 grateful for that I am Josh could you
00:09:38 continue so keeping in mind we’re at a
00:09:41 harvest season here it’s the Harvest for
00:09:43 barley Josh could you read verse
00:09:46 16 yes and the Feast of harvest the
00:09:50 first fruits of thy labors which thou
00:09:53 has sewn in the field and the Feast of
00:09:56 in gathering which is in the end of year
00:10:00 when th Hast gathered in thy labors out
00:10:02 of the field just FYI at the end of the
00:10:05 year we
00:10:06 have a week
00:10:08 long um a weekl long celebration and it
00:10:12 is
00:10:13 called uh
00:10:19 sukot yeah uh this is a tricky verse
00:10:23 I’ll to say and septu I believe is a
00:10:26 better translation we’ll leave it at
00:10:28 that unless Matt wants to get into it
00:10:30 more because this is his lesson well
00:10:33 right but actually that’s something that
00:10:35 that’s actually something that I would
00:10:36 like to hear more about though well all
00:10:38 right yeah well you want do that if you
00:10:42 want to go on go on so anyway but the
00:10:46 point of the the point is is that as
00:10:51 part of first
00:10:53 fruits let us continue on Josh 17
00:10:59 three times in the year all thy males
00:11:04 shall appear before the Lord God he
00:11:07 continue yeah Thou shalt not offer the
00:11:11 blood of thy sacrifice with leavened
00:11:15 bread neither shall the fat of thy
00:11:17 sacrifice remain until the
00:11:20 morning the first of the first fruits of
00:11:24 thy land Thou shalt bring into the house
00:11:27 of the Lord thy God Thou shalt not seee
00:11:31 a kid in his mother’s milk at the end of
00:11:34 19 that sentence right there has had a
00:11:37 lot of
00:11:38 controversy uh built up around it but
00:11:41 basically it literally means what it
00:11:44 says what it says th sh not see a kid of
00:11:48 the
00:11:50 goats in from his mother or no in his
00:11:54 mother’s milk
00:11:55 basically there’s a lot of ancient
00:11:59 history around this
00:12:02 basically at the risk of
00:12:07 being very um there was an ancient Pagan
00:12:11 fertility right which re which required
00:12:15 a the k a kid of the goats to be boiled
00:12:18 in the milk of its mother yes so I’ll
00:12:22 just tell you there’s a controversy
00:12:24 around that uh and there’s another
00:12:28 possible interpretation
00:12:29 but since it’s going off of the subject
00:12:31 well we won’t go that but the but for me
00:12:34 for me this idea of which is in the end
00:12:37 of the year H it’s in the latter it’s in
00:12:40 the latter half of the year which I
00:12:42 think the agent points out but it’s not
00:12:45 the end of the year right um so on that
00:12:50 point um this has to somewhat a pattern
00:12:55 of of the evenings so after
00:13:01 the uh High Noon you’re actually in
00:13:04 evening at the or at the end of the day
00:13:08 right’s going on here for the
00:13:11 year because these last couple verses uh
00:13:15 19 specifically I do believe has to deal
00:13:19 with
00:13:21 um uh Tabernacles and not unleavened
00:13:26 bread right so there’s a couple things
00:13:28 going on on here and I’ll just say this
00:13:31 I do believe it’s saying don’t K take a
00:13:34 goat a kid goat from its mother because
00:13:37 it still needs its milk but a whole
00:13:41 another subject yes all right so this is
00:13:45 the first mention of the idea that there
00:13:49 is a feast of first fruits the first of
00:13:53 the first fruits shall be offered unto
00:13:56 the Lord thy God so it is actually an
00:13:58 offering done on a specific
00:14:02 day um and we
00:14:05 will yeah and okay and I’m sure you’re
00:14:08 going to get into the U meanings of that
00:14:11 as has been uh shown
00:14:14 through shown through the Messiah and uh
00:14:17 the
00:14:18 resurrection uh yes I neglect although I
00:14:22 did neglect to get anything from I did
00:14:25 more First Corinthians teachings of Paul
00:14:28 for that but uh anyway Leviticus 2 real
00:14:32 quick if it’s okay I have this in aism
00:14:35 if you’re okay looking at it that way
00:14:38 yes I uh oh Leviticus 2310 through uh
00:14:42 yeah well a little more than that but
00:14:44 yes the one you want I got something to
00:14:47 throw out there yeah what’s up Jos
00:14:49 because I was curious about the word
00:14:51 see
00:14:54 um seed means to
00:14:56 boil yeah uhhuh
00:14:59 yeah prepare food in hot
00:15:02 liquor yeah that’s an ancient fertility
00:15:06 rate that it’s
00:15:07 describing
00:15:09 right it’s also there’s yeah there’s
00:15:13 also a uh there’s also a metas level
00:15:17 meaning of that which is what Stephen is
00:15:20 pointed out yes yes yeah there there
00:15:23 there’s controversy on that verse um and
00:15:27 we can talk about it later because we
00:15:29 don’t want to Sidetrack right now all
00:15:31 right
00:15:33 Leviticus 23: 9-14 Stephen do you mind
00:15:37 reading this reading sure uh and Yahweh
00:15:41 spoke unto Moses saying Speak unto the
00:15:44 children of Israel and say unto them
00:15:46 when ye become come into the land which
00:15:50 I Yahweh give unto you and shall reap
00:15:54 the Harvest thereof then shall you bring
00:15:57 a sheath of the first fruits of your
00:15:59 Harvest unto the priests so this is
00:16:02 barley first fruits
00:16:04 here just the timing of the year is
00:16:07 talking about
00:16:09 spring and I I will also say just real
00:16:12 quick it doesn’t say in what
00:16:14 stage of its growth it has to be in so
00:16:18 no not it doesn’t specify no that’s
00:16:22 another that’s another reason why I
00:16:24 would love to have my own land so that I
00:16:26 could grow my own barley and offer of
00:16:29 barley offering oh
00:16:31 okay um notice it says a sheath of the
00:16:35 first fruits of your Harvest unto the
00:16:38 priest right so um mostly have no priest
00:16:43 I’m going to Sidetrack a little bit but
00:16:44 I’m going to stay on subject if that’s
00:16:46 okay that’s fine um uh barley has to do
00:16:50 with those have been
00:16:52 Sanctified right yeah now it’s
00:16:55 interesting um I do believe
00:16:59 a big part of sanctification is that you
00:17:02 have shown that you’ll do whatever
00:17:04 Yahweh commanded period no matter what
00:17:07 yes not that you have figured it all out
00:17:13 yet right right and and so the thing
00:17:16 that I’m bringing out here it doesn’t
00:17:19 State what stage you’re in right now the
00:17:24 interesting the interesting thing about
00:17:27 barley is that it’s easy to harvest it
00:17:31 comes it comes off readily it does not
00:17:34 require being beaten of a strong wind
00:17:39 will cause the barley grain to when it
00:17:42 is ripe to fall from the stock yeah it
00:17:45 still needs to be thrashed or hit but
00:17:48 make sure it’s nowhere near like wheat
00:17:51 wheat needs a lot barley
00:17:54 needs because it not only wheat not only
00:17:56 needs thrashing threshing
00:17:59 it also
00:18:01 needs uh oh
00:18:04 gosh it also needs winno yeah winnowing
00:18:07 yeah yeah yeah that’s the that’s the
00:18:09 process but the the process to um gather
00:18:15 the I I can’t remember the term but the
00:18:18 edible part of barley is way less and it
00:18:25 stores much
00:18:27 longer yeah yeah showing its quality
00:18:32 right so yeah so that’s the yeah the
00:18:35 edible portion would be the colonel the
00:18:37 current okay all right I I could
00:18:39 remember the word there for a minute but
00:18:40 anyways thank you so uh should I
00:18:43 continue or do we have some continue
00:18:46 continue please okay ba and he shall oh
00:18:51 I’m on never mind CA you in CA oh okay
00:18:54 all right CA so which is 11 and he shall
00:18:57 wave the sheath for Yahweh to be
00:19:00 acceptable for you on the tomorrow after
00:19:03 the Sabbath the priest shall wave it so
00:19:07 just this has to do with lunar Sabbath
00:19:10 stuff uh or yahweh’s lunar Sola
00:19:13 calendar um the start of first fruits is
00:19:20 this is where it gets tricky on some of
00:19:22 the wordings sometimes it says the four
00:19:25 I mean the 15th and sometimes it says
00:19:28 the even evening of the
00:19:30 14th personally I don’t see any issue
00:19:32 with that because when
00:19:35 feasts and and fast happens it happens
00:19:38 the E it starts the evening before yeah
00:19:42 fast and that’s why they kind of specify
00:19:44 that somewhat at places because you have
00:19:47 to because that the day starts in
00:19:49 Sunrise not sunet so that’s why they
00:19:52 have to specify that but that’s right
00:19:55 makes sense so on verse 12 but on this
00:19:58 though it if you are careful reading on
00:20:02 this
00:20:04 um the the first is the of unloving
00:20:08 bread is the 14th 15th the 15th is a
00:20:12 lunar Sabbath and the day after the 15th
00:20:16 is I forget how to count oh yeah it’s
00:20:20 16th yeah the 16th of
00:20:24 abib and abib is a looney solar month is
00:20:27 a month in the Looney solar calendar it
00:20:29 is not a month in Rome’s calendar so
00:20:33 Rome’s calendar doesn’t count towards
00:20:36 the high
00:20:37 holidays correct I mean we we
00:20:41 should uh use the gorian calendar as
00:20:46 least as possible but for those who are
00:20:48 stuck interacting with the business
00:20:50 world we still have to use it but
00:20:53 anyways um at this point letter D
00:20:56 fortunately yes okay verse 12 and ye
00:20:59 shall offer that day the 16th when ye
00:21:02 wave the sheath and he lamb without
00:21:06 blemish of the first year for a burnt
00:21:09 offering unto Yahweh so this is uh to
00:21:13 the sons of Levi
00:21:15 um and the bread offering thereof shall
00:21:19 be of two10 deal of fine flour mingled
00:21:23 with oil and an offering made by fire
00:21:26 unto Yahweh for a sweet savor
00:21:29 and drink offering thereof shall be of
00:21:32 wine um so
00:21:34 drink offering there shall be of
00:21:39 wine so there’s a question that’s asked
00:21:42 there’s a question that’s asked
00:21:44 regularly um the drink offering is that
00:21:47 meant to be drunk or is that meant to be
00:21:51 bed
00:21:54 oh uh I I know cases of both so in here
00:22:01 I absolutely do not
00:22:04 know um I’m inclined to say drink but I
00:22:09 will be honest I don’t absolutely know
00:22:12 because there’s cases for both okay an
00:22:15 offering unto the Lord or unto Yahweh
00:22:19 for a sweet
00:22:20 Savor and the drink offering thereof
00:22:24 shall be of
00:22:26 wine the fourth part of of an Hy the
00:22:30 fourth part of an Hy um now and you
00:22:34 shall eat neither bread or sorry go
00:22:37 ahead go ahead well here one thing it is
00:22:39 kind of bring out how
00:22:41 um there’s an offering of bread right on
00:22:44 fire put that back on the so basic
00:22:49 procedural stuff for tomorrow the basic
00:22:53 procedural
00:22:55 stuff you take your bread that you’re
00:22:58 going to offer as a meat
00:23:00 offering and you burn it and you have a
00:23:04 drink
00:23:06 offering as well and it needs to be of
00:23:09 the fermented stuff right um now on that
00:23:15 it it’s not clear if you just pour it
00:23:17 out or you drink it you do what you feel
00:23:21 the best is until we find out more
00:23:24 better information I’m inclined to drink
00:23:26 it but I’m a drunker from so Stephen
00:23:30 Stephen could you hit pause real quick

00:24:10 night I I did and guess well so a whole
00:24:14 bottle is a half it’s a half a bottle
00:24:17 justy yeah okay it’s a half a bottle
00:24:19 okay I think I we’d have to go double
00:24:22 check but because I know mo the typical
00:24:25 wine bottle is 750
00:24:28 uh and I don’t know how to translight
00:24:30 into and I think a thousand is
00:24:34 a like I I can’t remember we’d have to
00:24:37 let’s see let’s go well we can find out
00:24:39 right now yeah
00:24:42 mean we’re doing it we might as well
00:24:45 there’s apps for converting metric to
00:24:48 Imperial oh H is Imperial no no Imperial
00:24:54 oh the measurements on your wine is 3.7
00:24:57 lers
00:25:01 um yes that’s about that’s right that’s
00:25:05 right we’ll do
00:25:07 1.5 just to do that and
00:25:13 then take
00:25:16 this you divide it in four yeah I I
00:25:19 can’t do that in my head sorry Y no
00:25:23 that’s fine
00:25:25 1.23 something liters
00:25:31 uh
00:25:33 so um that’s probably uh that’s like a
00:25:38 little less than two typical wine
00:25:41 bottles so I would suggest that you
00:25:44 drink some and you pour
00:25:47 some yeah um but it if this is if you do
00:25:52 it as a household so um yeah that’s true
00:25:57 you
00:25:59 there’s only one in your household
00:26:03 um hey I I droke half of that last night
00:26:07 and guess what I had no headache in the
00:26:09 morning I I can take my lior yeah but
00:26:12 there’s a Jos has to go to work and do
00:26:16 all kinds of other that’s fine that’s so
00:26:20 no no I’m just saying I’m just saying
00:26:22 you know yes I I agree with Stephen you
00:26:25 drink some you pour some or Ben drink
00:26:27 some f um drink some you pour some it’s
00:26:33 celebration yeah yeah I the text is not
00:26:37 clear enough um right here and there
00:26:40 might be other indications
00:26:43 otherwhere that’s not one that I have
00:26:45 spent a lot of time on myself trying to
00:26:47 figure out those details so there we
00:26:51 go and we tried to use the amount to
00:26:53 maybe possibly make it clear I don’t
00:26:56 think it’s clear um no but anyways we
00:27:00 still have another uh section in the Old
00:27:03 Testament that tells us more of what
00:27:05 we’re supposed to do so uh finish with
00:27:07 14 please okay and ye shall eat neither
00:27:11 bread nor parched corn nor green ears
00:27:15 until the selfsame day that you have
00:27:17 brought an offering unto your Elohim um
00:27:21 so just FYI that’s about the new stuff
00:27:24 you can still eat your old stuff oh from
00:27:28 the previous year you can’t have any of
00:27:31 your new stuff or this current Harvest
00:27:35 until hence you give your first fruits
00:27:40 so the first part of the Harvest to Y so
00:27:45 yeah first fruits right just like the uh
00:27:48 just like the first fruits of them that
00:27:51 s of those that sleep are
00:27:54 Yus correct now I I do want to say one
00:27:58 thing here this is different than
00:28:00 tithing because I know people try to
00:28:03 twist this into say that tithing off
00:28:05 your gross as in the first No in fact
00:28:10 you in no way give a tenth of all your
00:28:14 wine or your uh barley here it’s just a
00:28:19 little bit it say literally says earlier
00:28:23 on that you bring a sheath one
00:28:29 yeah
00:28:31 it’s yeah if all you could make if all
00:28:34 you can make off of your grape Harvest
00:28:36 is two B is 20 bottles of
00:28:39 wine you’re in trouble well yeah and and
00:28:43 the wine harvest the fall this is left
00:28:45 over wine from before so but anyways
00:28:49 right I I I agree I I agree with that
00:28:53 that’s obvious because it’s um though
00:28:56 yeah because the new wine comes
00:28:58 the the new wine doesn’t come in until
00:29:01 shav time yeah but yeah it’s kind of
00:29:03 mixture shav uh Tabernacles but I will
00:29:08 say to some degree we have to make it
00:29:10 obvious because some
00:29:12 people
00:29:13 celebrate uh Pentecost sh we out too
00:29:16 early before you can start harvesting
00:29:18 wine so and that’s and that’s largely
00:29:21 that’s largely due to a false idea that
00:29:24 there’s only one count to Pentecost when
00:29:27 there
00:29:28 yeah so let’s move on moving on because
00:29:31 it’s very important the next section is
00:29:34 the most important out of all of this
00:29:36 section go for it Stephen all right and
00:29:39 it shall be a
00:29:41 statute wait a minute I’m not sure what
00:29:43 that says that that
00:29:48 forever yeah it sure
00:29:52 is does that say statute or statue
00:29:58 statute statute yeah
00:30:01 sorry read the next line Stephen that’s
00:30:04 also important all right and throughout
00:30:07 your
00:30:10 Generations what you mean it’s in every
00:30:14 generation of Believers what yeah and

00:43:18 Sadducees were largely the most
00:43:21 represented among the temple

00:43:38 important here is the fact that Paul is

01:17:00 times you know not that we don’t meet

01:17:09 lonely it’s a very small Congregation of
01:17:13 people right now who are trying to be
01:17:18 Saints and fii for those who don’t know
01:17:22 uh scriptures Define Saints of those who
01:17:25 have been Sanctified

01:20:11 cleansed of your past sins and have been
01:20:14 justified by Torah because of yeshua’s
01:20:18 merits now the next a is when you
01:20:22 finally are doing what you promis to do
01:20:26 in the very
01:20:28 beginning baptism the holy spirit is
01:20:31 sancti sanctification by Torah and have
01:20:34 it written upon your heart and you seek
01:20:37 to sin no more and have the express
01:20:40 image of Yeshua in your countenance the
01:20:43 thing is is that the baptism of the Holy
01:20:45 Spirit takes on a whole new level when
01:20:47 you realize that the holy spirit is the
01:20:49 mind and will the it’s the mind and will
01:20:53 of your heart
01:20:56 and to be baptized in that is to have
01:20:59 his law written upon your heart that
01:21:02 that you will not
01:21:04 stray because it is you have been you
01:21:08 have been made literally into a new man
01:21:13 through the merits Merc merits mercy and
01:21:16 Grace of the Messiah and your own
01:21:21 obedience to H and and your fulfilling
01:21:24 your part of the Covenant this is what
01:21:27 most Christians don’t get about
01:21:28 covenants is that they are a two-way
01:21:31 deal which are actually organized by the
01:21:35 superior party of the
01:21:40 Covenant the superior party in our
01:21:42 covenant is yah it is not us we do not
01:21:46 get have a right to
01:21:49 sin and it is y who finds the terms of
01:21:55 the Covenant and he had gave them to us
01:21:58 throughout the
01:22:00 scriptures starting in the Old Testament
01:22:03 you have to understand the Old Testament

01:22:10 do not understand the law you do not

01:22:18 life as he’s facing Roman Justice I have

01:23:44 testimony um that I
01:23:49 know I’ve seen the fruits of the law in
01:23:53 my life
01:23:55 and I just I wanted to give a uh give a
01:24:00 quick lesson on the
01:24:05 benefits there are of
01:24:08 actually taking the word of
01:24:12 God as it is given to us the revealed
01:24:15 mind and will and no there are no such
01:24:18 things is Tiny microscopic wormholes
01:24:21 that can cram scientists full bodied
01:24:25 scientists down into so they can go and
01:24:27 grab all the ancient manuscripts no that
01:24:31 didn’t happen that’s a waste of
01:24:34 time important things to do with his
01:24:37 time send people back to grab

01:24:50 do tell you this I Bear My Testimony

01:25:25 Sanctified and be a part of the first
01:25:29 fruits amen I wanted second done yet I
01:25:34 wanted to let you my brothers and
01:25:37 sisters know that you have an
01:25:41 opportunity to
01:25:43 embrace your savior Jesus Christ and
01:25:46 realize that everything that he did in
01:25:49 his
01:25:50 life
01:25:52 reflects and takes upon him the law for
01:25:57 he is the law now you may say something
01:26:00 I just want to share a really remarkably
01:26:04 the really remarkably positive
01:26:05 experience that I have had this year as
01:26:09 I have kept the
01:26:12 Passover and the
01:26:17 sabbaths and tomorrow first
01:26:22 fruits that remarkable sense of
01:26:26 belonging that has come over me as I
01:26:30 have done this this what we all
01:26:33 crave to
01:26:36 belong only I feel that I belong to God
01:26:42 Y and the Yeshua who has paid the in
01:26:46 debt that I am not dead in my sins but I
01:26:51 live a new man and it is a Wonder
01:26:54 wonderful wonderful
01:26:58 thing the P we’ve all done we all have a
01:27:02 past but it doesn’t have to
01:27:08 matter I’ll just say something in
01:27:10 addition um growing up I never felt like
01:27:13 I fit into the world I I was always
01:27:16 different and now I know
01:27:19 why I have found my place with Yahweh
01:27:22 Elohim and his ways I feel at home
01:27:27 now and now I’m just trying to bring
01:27:29 others with me I’m trying to take as
01:27:31 Joseph Smith put it going to take others
01:27:33 by the hand and bring them
01:27:36 along it’s a great
01:27:38 feeling sometimes there’s some

01:28:41 don’t um now I’m still learning I and I
01:28:44 have so much more to learn about the law
01:28:48 and and living the law and

01:28:56 liberating right
01:28:58 everyone everyone of the world
01:29:01 says oh but the law is restrictive and
01:29:05 it doesn’t you can’t do what you
01:29:08 want
01:29:09 and that’s not true the law is
01:29:13 liberating in a way that nothing else is
01:29:17 or ever can
01:29:19 be and uh I am so
01:29:22 grateful yeah I am
01:29:25 and honestly I would say the law what
01:29:27 the law has done is liberate me from my
01:29:30 past yeah liberate me for
01:29:34 myself
01:29:36 because and just speaking
01:29:40 honestly the man who I was before I
01:29:43 found the
01:29:44 law is not a man who I would prefer to
01:29:49 be
01:29:51 yes I love
01:29:54 was
01:30:00 dead but now
01:30:02 I I was
01:30:05 blind but I knew so
01:30:08 much but I was
01:30:10 blind now I feel a lot better now don’t

01:30:21 gone away from yahweh’s law uh
01:30:25 um and although they were having fun and
01:30:30 living it up or whatever they felt dead

01:34:23 lets us know where Paul is is taking us
01:34:27 he says in 1 Corinthians
01:34:29 15:22 whereas in Adam all die so also in
01:34:34 Christ shall all be made alive this PL
01:34:38 tells us that all are going to be raised
01:34:40 in Christ even as all died in Adam next
01:34:44 he tells how this is going to be
01:34:47 accomplished and you will
01:34:50 see that not all are going to be raised
01:34:52 at the same time
01:34:54 boom so um Ben are you willing to read

01:35:02 23 uh
01:35:04 particular uh you’re better at saying
01:35:06 non-english words than I
01:35:10 am but each in his
01:35:13 order
01:35:15 uh tgma the Greek word is tagma or
01:35:20 Squadron Christ the first fruits or
01:35:23 anointed first fruits after that those
01:35:26 who are the christs at his coming
01:35:29 parusia presence and and so so what we
01:35:33 have here is each in his own order first
01:35:36 there’s the anointed first fruits and
01:35:38 then come those
01:35:40 who believed after he came a or as he
01:35:46 came right and the part that uh we’re
01:35:49 going to get mostly into is this right
01:35:52 here um um and they’re putting in the
01:35:56 glyph what they believe it should be
01:35:59 translated as which I actually agree
01:36:01 with and they get into the details but
01:36:03 the anointed first fruits so uh I’ll
01:36:07 read the next paragraph most people are
01:36:10 agreed that Paul is here talking about
01:36:14 two different resurrections however most
01:36:17 also assume that the first resurrection
01:36:20 is that of Yeshua who is Christ the
01:36:24 anointed one that is why we see it
01:36:28 usually trans see it usually translated
01:36:31 Christ the first fruits the second
01:36:34 Resurrection is then taken to refer to
01:36:37 all believers and no distinction is made
01:36:40 between Overcomers and the church in
01:36:42 general we however have good reason to
01:36:46 differ with this few uh Zach you going
01:36:49 to read the next paragraph

01:37:03 remember remember remember Paul had
01:37:06 already concluded this his section
01:37:09 dealing with the resurrection of
01:37:12 Yeshua in verse 22 he turned his
01:37:15 attention to our own resurrections
01:37:19 saying that all of us will be made alive

01:37:25 Squadron the Greek word translated order
01:37:28 in the King James version is HMA is
01:37:32 which is actually a military
01:37:35 term referring to a body of
01:37:38 soldiers Paul is saying that we will be
01:37:40 raised in three
01:37:43 squadrons so the first Squadron is not
01:37:46 Christ the first words as most
01:37:49 translators have mistakenly assumed
01:37:53 there are
01:37:54 number one Christ can’t be a Squadron by
01:37:57 himself sorry it’s not it’s not wait a
01:38:00 minute that just kind of goes against
01:38:02 the definition of the word is it doesn’t
01:38:03 it yeah definitely um there are three
01:38:08 squadrons oh just since we already
01:38:11 paused three glories anyways yes there
01:38:15 are three squadrons and Yeshua is not a
01:38:18 squadron but an individual uh it should
01:38:21 be read the anoint Ed first fruits the
01:38:25 Greek word Christos means anointed
01:38:28 Yeshua of
01:38:30 course the Messiah that is the anointed
01:38:34 one but the word Christos does not
01:38:37 always refer to Yeshua in fact the word
01:38:40 can be applied to anyone or any that has
01:38:45 been anointed and I’ll just say that is
01:38:48 the case in the Old Testament at times
01:38:50 okay um like David he was anointed
01:38:54 um it’s a different anointing that
01:38:56 Yeshua had but anyways um when the word
01:39:02 Christus is preceded by the definite
01:39:05 article the it usually refers to the
01:39:10 Messiah that is to Yeshua who is the
01:39:15 anointed one however when Christos is
01:39:19 used without the denit article it is
01:39:23 indefinite and could refer to people or
01:39:27 things that have been anointed and set
01:39:29 apart for elohim’s
01:39:32 use prophets priests and Kings
01:39:35 throughout the Bible were all anointed
01:39:37 or
01:39:39 christened the vessels of the temple and
01:39:42 even Jacob’s pelow uh see Genesis
01:39:46 2018 were anointed yes he turned the
01:39:50 rock upon which he rested his head that
01:39:53 night into a standing Stone yeah yeah
01:39:56 and then he anointed it
01:39:58 too yeah and that’s dealing with a dream
01:40:02 but anyways okay Zach you want to do the
01:40:06 in in 1 Corinthians
01:40:09 1522 the definite article is used in the
01:40:14 original Greek where Paul is talking
01:40:16 about Yeshua the Messiah in whom all
01:40:20 shall be made
01:40:21 alive then in verse
01:40:24 23 th is used in the latter part of the
01:40:28 verse but not in the first PL first part
01:40:32 this implies that the verse should have
01:40:33 been understood as
01:40:36 follows read that yeah go ahead read
01:40:39 that one every man in his own
01:40:42 Squadron one the anointed first spirits
01:40:46 to the
01:40:47 afterward they that are the Christ at
01:40:50 his presence
01:40:53 because it’s a lot easier to believe in
01:40:55 ch it’s a lot easier to believe in the
01:40:56 Messiah when you can see
01:40:58 him especially when you see him coming
01:41:01 out of the clouds dressed in red with a
01:41:04 with an army of
01:41:07 saints it’s a lot easier to believe at
01:41:10 that
01:41:12 point
01:41:14 uh yeah uh the problem is if you wait
01:41:17 till that point you your heart might be
01:41:19 hard
01:41:21 um and you won’t leave them and in fact
01:41:24 in this case that the example’s been
01:41:26 talking about it is actually is too late
01:41:29 right uh there’s a very high likelihood
01:41:33 if you’re not up there in the clouds
01:41:35 with him you’re going to die with the
01:41:36 fire and brimstone that will be
01:41:39 brought um now if if you’re not killed
01:41:44 during that there you can still accept
01:41:46 him because you haven’t died th you can
01:41:49 repent but um I I I would wouldn’t take
01:41:53 my chances because if you get a hard
01:41:56 heart too hard you’re not going to want
01:41:58 to change you’re a sen of
01:41:59 predition yeah the point the point about
01:42:03 the point about it being easier is also
01:42:06 that the the other point about it being
01:42:08 easier is that it’s also
01:42:10 means that um the reward is
01:42:16 less yes I agree
01:42:20 um you but in terms of
01:42:23 but in terms of accepting the Messiah
01:42:26 and turning to his ways and walking in
01:42:29 the path of Holiness which is the duty
01:42:31 to God of all Disciples of Yeshua
01:42:35 hamashiach um that by the way the way of
01:42:37 Holiness is Torah just in case you were
01:42:41 didn’t realize that Torah actually means
01:42:44 the instructions the way yeah okay so on
01:42:48 that thought in sermon on Torah which
01:42:51 most people call sermon on Mount when
01:42:52 yesu commanded us to be perfect he’s
01:42:56 commanding us to keep his perfect law
01:42:59 which the Old Testament tells us is
01:43:03 Torah and so you know and it’s actually
01:43:08 um once you actually understand once you
01:43:11 actually understand when you start
01:43:13 getting into the brass tax of Torah and
01:43:15 start understanding it it’s not as hard
01:43:18 to keep as we’ve been led to believe
01:43:23 right but you have to understand
01:43:25 it correct trying to keep it trying to
01:43:28 keep it without understanding it’s going
01:43:29 to be very hard sure sure and this is
01:43:32 why I say and I would even say the
01:43:34 scriptures say go find a good teacher
01:43:36 who’s living it and then they can help
01:43:38 you understand it quicker yep um so we
01:43:42 could keep reading but I think we read
01:43:44 the part that uh deals with the first
01:43:46 fruits primarily in the definite article
01:43:50 yeah um there might be a little bit more
01:43:53 but I I I think nothing else got point I
01:43:56 think they’re starting to get into the
01:43:57 offerings at this point yeah yeah so
