Current LDS leaders doubt the teachings of past LDS leaders all the time. In addition to doubting the past teachings, more current LDS leaders have even renounced doctrines that were stated to be from God.

yes like the Adam God concept of Brigham Young. they don’t teach that idea anymore that God is Adam and men are that God once was and God is that men might become.

They don’t teach the Adam God anymore and I’m glad they don’t, in fact it used to be in the LDS temple cerimony. But they still teach that God was once a man and man can become like God, I personally believe that myself.
