Hebrew (like Spanish, German, and other languages) assigns a grammatical gender to inanimate objects. This does not mean that that inanimate object is a person in any way. The Hebrew scriptures have their roots in Hebrew and the thought patterns of the Hebrews. Just because a feminine pronoun is applied to something does not mean it is a woman. If it did, that would mean hell was a woman see 2 Nephi (LDS 15:14)(RLDS 8:84) under Hell. In addition, with earth having feminine pronouns applied to it, as do cities, does that mean cities are the earth’s daughters?

(For those who think AI, specifically Large Language Models, are able to reason, think again. When I asked a LLM what all the inanimate objects in the Book of Mormon that has masculine or feminine pronouns applied to them, it gave a list of only four items, and one of them didn’t even match what I asked for. The reason the LLM said it was only four, and included one that wasn’t, is because an article someone else wrote only listed those and got the one wrong. LLM do not know how to think or reason, they only know the general concession of a subject that they have been feed.)
