The phrase “all things” does not mean anything and everything. For example in 3 Nephi (LDS 12:46-47)(RLDS 5:91-92), Yeshua / Jesus states “all things have become new”. Yeshua / Jesus said this to the Lehites in the new world during Shavuot / Pentecost after His death and resurrection and not during the Millennium. I bring up Millennium here because, there is a prophesy in Isaiah 65:17 and Isaiah 66:22 how the heaven and earth will become new which will happen during the 7th Seal, which is when the wrath of YHWH Elohim will happen, from the Book of Revelation as part of the Second Coming. In support that the heavens and the earth did not become new with Yeshua’s / Jesus’ statement in 3 Nephi (LDS 12:46-47)(RLDS 5:91-92), Peter in JST 2 Peter 3:13, after the same Shavuot / Pentecost, brings out how the heavens and the earth had not become new yet. Showing that the phrase “all things” does not mean anything and everything.

The phrase “All Things” does mean Torah depending on the context surrounding the phrase. One place that teaches that “all things” means Torah is 2 Nephi (LDS 32:1-9)(RLDS 14:1-12). “All things” or everything we should do is to keep the word of Yeshua / Jesus which is Torah also known as the law.

The phrase “all things” is connected to the commandments of Torah because of the translations of “H3605: kol” which simply means total. KJV translation of “H3605: kol” in Exodus 25:22 is “all things”. Exodus 25:22 continues and connects it to which YHWH has commanded, which is another way of saying we should do all the words of YHWH Elohim which is YHWH’s law / Torah. Something we are to do and guide our lives by is a law. Law is the English translation of Torah. Everything we do, thus all things, is to be informed by YHWH’s words, His guidance, His judgements, His commandments, which is His Torah.

Prayer
The last part of the famous passage, Moroni (LDS 10:3-5)(RLDS 10:3-5), that LDS / Brighamite missionaries quote to people to pray to find out if the Book of Mormon is from YHWH or not, is also about finding out if “all things”, which is Torah, is true or not. It is important to know if the Book of Mormon is true or not, just as it is the Bible. Without faith we can’t please Yeshua / Jesus see Hebrews 11:6. Faith is trusting in YHWH’s words and promises and diligently keeping His Torah. It is by keeping Torah, which are Yeshua’s / Jesus’ words, that we will find out that Yeshua / Jesus and His Torah is true. It is by trusting YHWH’s words and doing what those words teach is where faith is found and pleasing Yeshua / Jesus.

Below are Scripture Studies where I have brought out how the phrase “all things” means Torah when the context is about doing what YHWH Elohim, who is Yeshua / Jesus, is commanding us to be holy as He is holy. From what Joseph Smith gave us we can have a knowledge of all things. One Mighty and Strong will come to restore all things.
- 2024-10-31: All Things, still small voice, and bones are idiom for Torah.
- 2024-11-16: All Things is a phrase meaning Torah.
- 2024-12-29: All Things is idiom for Torah. Moroni (LDS 10:3-5)(RLDS 10:3-5), is about Torah is true.
- 2025-01-28: All things is Torah. YHWH’s wrote the ten divisions of Torah with His finger which is also stated as all things. Once you know all things is Torah, you see it all over considering context.
- 2025-07-02: Mighty and Strong One will restore all things / Torah.
- 2025-07-25: All things is means Torah.
- 2025-09-06: All things means Torah.
- 2025-10-22: Zion will have all things which is Torah.
- 2025-10-29: Torah, aka all things, was not restored by Joseph Smith, but will be restored latter by the Mighty and Strong One.
- 2025-12-11: It will be coming back because All Things aka Torah is coming back and the majority of the people will keep it.
- 2025-12-18: Torah has many names including All Things.
