Glory in this verse points to modalism. Gentiles will cause the Jews to be jealous which cause them to come back to Torah. Lunar Sabbath and new moon day during the millennium. 00:00:07 great um so the the thing about uh as I
00:00:13 was talking about when we decided to
00:00:16 record the re chapter one of chapter one
00:00:20 of the revelation of the revelation of
00:00:23 John is um actually it actually contains
00:00:27 one of the more one of the more detailed
00:00:31 uh more um and more symbolic
00:00:34 descriptions of Yeshua uh who who he is
00:00:38 where he stands etc etc and uh his
00:00:42 powers his powers priesthoods and uh um
00:00:48 appearance so so without further Ado I
00:00:51 would like to get in let’s let’s jump
00:00:54 into Revelation chapter
00:00:56 one um which is
00:01:00 which is to me this is one this is
00:01:02 actually one of my favorite chapters in
00:01:04 all of
00:01:05 scripture
00:01:08 um now the
00:01:10 changes are pretty readily apparent
00:01:13 right from the start in the King James
00:01:17 it reads the revelation of Jesus
00:01:20 Christ in the inspired version it reads
00:01:24 the revelation of John a servant of
00:01:28 God uh
00:01:32 now this is this is significant and it’s
00:01:36 actually more factual given the fact
00:01:40 that
00:01:42 um many of the
00:01:45 things many of the things that are
00:01:47 described in the Book of Revelation are
00:01:49 not describing Jesus
00:01:52 directly though they are Revelations of
00:01:56 his character and what and his Justice
00:02:01 um and mercy there’s Mercy in this one
00:02:03 too but there there is a kind of a focus
00:02:06 on Justice in various places but there’s
00:02:09 both so so while the while that is all
00:02:13 revealed through the through the events
00:02:16 that are in that are recorded in
00:02:19 Revelation it’s not specifically about
00:02:22 Jesus Christ it’s not specifically
00:02:25 revealing Jesus Christ when it’s talking
00:02:27 about those
00:02:28 events uh so this is actually a more
00:02:31 factual uh
00:02:33 introduction
00:02:37 um more factual surface
00:02:40 introduction uh which you know and uh
00:02:44 and so then we have more changes it’s
00:02:49 uh what we have now through the through
00:02:52 that first little bit the revelation of
00:02:54 the revelation of John a servant of God
00:02:57 um in the King James it’s the revelation
00:02:59 of Jesus Christ which God gave
00:03:03 onto which God gave onto him
00:03:07 or or onto John um when whereas in the
00:03:13 Joseph Smith Trans in the Joseph Smith
00:03:15 translation inspired version we have the
00:03:17 revelation of John a servant of God
00:03:19 which was given unto him of Yeshua
00:03:23 hamashiach um which and you know when
00:03:27 you think about it this is actually a
00:03:30 more clear way of saying the same thing
00:03:32 as the revelation of Jesus Christ it’s
00:03:35 the revelation of John a servant of God
00:03:39 which was given unto him of Jesus
00:03:45 Christ and and so this is a more
00:03:48 complete way of describing
00:03:50 that uh to show to show onto his
00:03:53 servants things which must shortly come
00:03:55 to pass that he sent and signified by
00:04:00 his servant unto his servant John by his
00:04:03 Angel unto his servant John and why when
00:04:06 we say by his Angel once again we’re
00:04:08 looking
00:04:09 at a reference to the angel
00:04:16 of
00:04:18 um so because that’s who’s going to show
00:04:21 up here as uh as Yeshua as Yeshua
00:04:26 hamashiach uh the servant so that is
00:04:30 so that’s that’s verse one verse
00:04:33 two J this is talking about John Who
00:04:36 Bore record of the word of
00:04:39 God and of the testimony of Yeshua
00:04:41 hamashiach and all and of all things
00:04:44 that he saw now one thing I I I’ll just
00:04:48 interject just a little bit hopefully
00:04:49 you don’t mind no and we could go to
00:04:52 Bible Hub but
00:04:55 the uh word that’s translated to and
00:04:59 that came from from Greek also means
00:05:01 even right right so I I I would like to
00:05:05 read this who John bore record of the
00:05:08 word of Elohim even of the testimony of
00:05:12 Yeshua the
00:05:14 Messiah so anyways right
00:05:20 interesting and another one is all even
00:05:24 of all things he
00:05:26 saw
00:05:28 um
00:05:30 this is where it goes along with the
00:05:31 stuff that you saw the future that’s
00:05:33 going to happen
00:05:35 right this is not the all things here is
00:05:38 not a reference necessarily to Torah
00:05:41 though all the Jud I this is where the
00:05:43 judgments that though the judgments that
00:05:46 are Meed out in Revelation art toric
00:05:49 judgments right right this is actually
00:05:51 this is actually quite literal I think
00:05:54 he’s he bore witness of all the things
00:05:56 that he saw right now right right I do
00:06:00 think there’s multiple meanings here
00:06:02 since Ben brought it out all things in a
00:06:04 lot of cases does mean Torah in fact I
00:06:08 even uh found one today in the DNC um we
00:06:12 could go over if we want to but a lot of
00:06:15 the things future things that are
00:06:18 happening are because of of our
00:06:21 judgments and curses for this sins that
00:06:24 they’ve
00:06:25 done that’s all based upon Torah yes so
00:06:30 this right here I I know some people
00:06:32 have an issue with this it means
00:06:36 both yeah I yeah that’s what that’s why
00:06:39 it’s bringing out that the judgments are
00:06:41 toric judgments right and that’s how
00:06:44 they’re it’s all based off of that if it
00:06:46 wasn’t for Torah that stuff would not
00:06:50 justly
00:06:51 happen as they are right going to be so
00:06:55 well you know it’s which goes in line
00:06:59 with the
00:07:01 um which goes in line with
00:07:05 the with a good answer for people who
00:07:08 ask
00:07:10 why you know if God is the objective
00:07:12 standard of morality why does he do
00:07:15 immoral things such as the slaughtering
00:07:17 of the
00:07:19 Canaanites uh one so okay number well
00:07:23 let me sorry finished I’m not
00:07:26 finished the the first thing to point
00:07:29 out with
00:07:31 that is did he give a reason why he was
00:07:35 why he was taking out the
00:07:39 Canaanites uh I believe yes but we’d
00:07:41 have to go yes he did and that reason
00:07:43 was that reason was directly related to
00:07:46 their wickedness and their Abominations
00:07:48 and their terrible things that they’ve
00:07:49 been doing for hundreds and hundreds of
00:07:51 years and his patience said run out and
00:07:54 it was Judgment Day right and in support
00:07:58 of yah not being unjust and doing that
00:08:02 uh one they knew the law and on top of
00:08:06 that even in today’s man-made laws
00:08:11 manmade laws there are crimes worthy of
00:08:16 capital punishment which is death so for
00:08:19 people to say God’s unjust for doing
00:08:21 that and then upholding the capital
00:08:24 punishments in the manmade law is
00:08:28 hypocritical well another another
00:08:30 hypocritical thing with relation to that
00:08:32 is this and contradict most of the
00:08:35 people who will say that God is
00:08:38 immoral for killing the
00:08:41 Canaanites will say that abortion is a
00:08:43 moral
00:08:45 right yeah that’s true there that
00:08:48 there’s a lot of people that do say
00:08:51 both so it’s not God it’s not moral for
00:08:55 God to be God but it is moral for them
00:08:59 to be
00:09:00 God well yeah to play
00:09:05 God yeah yeah but but that but so there
00:09:10 so there’s a couple of things there’s a
00:09:12 couple of things that you can use
00:09:13 against to push back against that
00:09:16 argument number one he is God and he can
00:09:20 and he gives life he takes life
00:09:24 away yeah and that is is right he he is
00:09:29 his right but he doesn’t just do it uh
00:09:32 there are reasons specified out in his
00:09:34 laws why he he doesn’t he doesn’t go
00:09:37 dancing say takes you but when he takes
00:09:41 the but when he takes the innocent
00:09:43 that’s the thing to remember right yeah
00:09:46 is that he is God he gives life he takes
00:09:50 life
00:09:53 away because the innocent are taken
00:09:57 sometimes um I I I don’t think it’s that
00:10:00 he just takes them I think uh more deals
00:10:04 with the just consequences of mortal
00:10:06 life but that’s another yeah this is
00:10:09 this is true um but you know that’s also
00:10:13 for those who are
00:10:14 like you mean kill every child is that
00:10:18 those children are
00:10:20 innocent uh they were doing it too so
00:10:23 but anyway well it’s not NE I mean uh
00:10:27 yeah the baby who gets placed on the
00:10:29 sizz on the red hot arms of M oh no not
00:10:32 the no but baby not a child you said
00:10:36 child but well yeah but that’s but
00:10:40 that’s an innocent and
00:10:42 uh and I think the Lord allows us the
00:10:46 the thing is the Lord allows us our
00:10:47 agency
00:10:49 but for all those Innocents the day of
00:10:51 judgment had come right right uh
00:10:55 and uh with agency uh we get to show
00:10:59 Yahweh who we want to follow but uh
00:11:03 innocent people are affected by other
00:11:05 people’s sins right yes and so but for
00:11:10 all those Innocents the day of judgment
00:11:11 had come and the Hebrews were that
00:11:19 judgment well uh should we move on to
00:11:21 the next Point yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
00:11:23 good plan good plan blessed okay so in
00:11:27 verse three blessed are they who read
00:11:31 and also and they who hear and
00:11:34 understand the words of this prophecy
00:11:36 and keep those things which are written
00:11:38 therein for the time of the coming of
00:11:39 the Lord draweth
00:11:43 nigh so that the you know it’s um it’s
00:11:47 not just about
00:11:49 reading no
00:11:51 it’s understanding uh right and I will
00:11:55 want to bring out um that
00:11:59 understand is something that Joseph
00:12:02 Smith restored right with it being yeah
00:12:06 well and then you know that’s and that’s
00:12:09 that’s an important thing it’s not just
00:12:11 about the
00:12:15 reading well but the who but it’s
00:12:18 hearing and hear the word hear in Hebrew
00:12:22 is an action
00:12:25 word that means action according to what
00:12:27 you’re
00:12:29 it’s not that you just like the Greeks
00:12:31 you just hear it and it goes out the
00:12:32 other ear with the Hebrews that you hear
00:12:35 it it goes in your mind and then it
00:12:37 causes action well that’s why I would I
00:12:40 would argue that hear and understand
00:12:43 both of them in this case are action
00:12:45 words yes um so there there’s one thing
00:12:49 about doing but then there’s also
00:12:51 understanding that’s beyond doing and
00:12:55 yes was actually States first you have
00:12:57 to do before you understand right right
00:13:02 but then when you but then when you
00:13:04 understand that’s when faith is that’s
00:13:07 when Faith dies and you
00:13:10 know and so and in this we come on one
00:13:14 of those in this we come on one of those
00:13:16 apocalyptic statements the coming of the
00:13:19 Lord draweth
00:13:21 nigh which uh so many people used to
00:13:24 disprove Joseph Smith because he said
00:13:26 many of the same in in the Revel ations
00:13:29 many of the same words are used and yet
00:13:32 they do not use them against John the
00:13:34 Revelator or Yeshua
00:13:37 hamashiach who
00:13:40 uh said that who said that his coming
00:13:42 was near even at his second coming was
00:13:44 near even at the doors before he’
00:13:46 finished his first um that’s because
00:13:49 they have a double
00:13:50 standard right so but this is the point
00:13:54 draweth nigh can be for God can be a
00:13:57 very long time this is why Peter
00:14:00 mentions this idea that A Day With God
00:14:03 is as a thousand years and I’m not sure
00:14:06 that he means that is an exact one for
00:14:08 one
00:14:10 um
00:14:12 equivalency or but or simply to state
00:14:15 that a day in God’s time is so much more
00:14:19 in our time so that
00:14:22 increas sure sure I in a lot of Prophecy
00:14:25 though I do believe one day points to A
00:14:28 Thousand Years
00:14:29 but not always so this is
00:14:32 where understanding comes into play
00:14:34 right that’s right that’s why that’s why
00:14:36 it’s important to come to an
00:14:38 understanding of these things now this
00:14:40 is the testimony of John to the seven
00:14:41 servants who are over the seven churches
00:14:44 now this is a the seven servants is a
00:14:46 change because it
00:14:49 talks uh the um the King James is simply
00:14:54 um J simply States John to the seven
00:14:59 churches in Asia where this kind of goes
00:15:03 along with how uh Paul’s letters were
00:15:08 written to leaders and not the church in
00:15:11 general here John is doing the same
00:15:15 thing now this is the testimony of John
00:15:18 to the seven servants who are over the
00:15:20 seven churches in Asia now this is also
00:15:22 a reference to the
00:15:26 um sidebyside structure of church
00:15:29 organization with regards to the mission
00:15:32 and the church itself this is why John
00:15:36 writes to the leaders of the church
00:15:40 because John as an apostle has only he
00:15:45 can only instruct the leaders who are to
00:15:47 instruct the churches themselves right
00:15:51 well he’s not instru he’s giving advice
00:15:54 to them because the apostles have no
00:15:57 Authority inside the church
00:15:59 church now this is where those who re
00:16:01 the leaders within the church that
00:16:03 receive this letter they’re going to see
00:16:05 wisdom and
00:16:07 and oh I can’t gospel teachings of Jesus
00:16:11 in it and then they can go give it to
00:16:13 the members themselves but it’s the
00:16:16 leaders of the church not the Apostles
00:16:19 doing right that yeah the seven because
00:16:23 if if John had authority over the
00:16:27 churches he not just write to instead of
00:16:30 to the seven servants he would just
00:16:32 write to the seven churches right and he
00:16:35 didn’t and we can see that right here
00:16:37 with this correction with Joseph Smith
00:16:40 which does as been bringing out goes
00:16:43 along with how uh the authority
00:16:46 structure in the church should be
00:16:48 working Y Grace unto you and peace from
00:16:53 him who is and who was and who is to
00:16:57 come and who hath sent forth his angel
00:17:01 from before his throne to testify unto
00:17:04 those who are the seven servants over
00:17:06 the seven churches so so the um this is
00:17:11 a change again from the King James which
00:17:13 is actually a little more uh what’s the
00:17:16 word I would say
00:17:18 cryptic yeah that I think that’s the
00:17:21 word uh in this uh it’s
00:17:24 uh where he says Grace be unto you and
00:17:28 peace from him which is and which
00:17:33 was because the thing is is which can
00:17:36 develop which can be applied to either a
00:17:39 person or a thing here he simplifies it
00:17:43 to who is which is can only be applied
00:17:46 to a
00:17:49 personage who is that so the change to
00:17:53 which is actually a change to
00:17:56 justify their
00:17:59 um change of belief in
00:18:04 Godhead okay yeah and then just on the
00:18:07 belief of the godhead here is the angel
00:18:09 of Yahweh even I know it says and in the
00:18:13 translation English translation but this
00:18:15 is the Greek behind
00:18:17 it uh means even Yeshua the Messiah yeah
00:18:22 so this is this is this is telling you
00:18:25 who the angel of YW is yeah it’s Yeshua
00:18:29 hamashiach yeah and there’s tons of
00:18:32 verses and or examples in the Old
00:18:34 Testament the angel of Yahweh is Yahweh
00:18:38 um a big part of that is because they’re
00:18:41 worshiping the angel of Yahweh and you
00:18:43 can only worship God who is in
00:18:47 righteousness in righteousness you can
00:18:49 good point I I I I hope that would be
00:18:52 assumed but it is good to clarify that
00:18:54 just in case right yeah say don’t don’t
00:18:57 yeah that that don’t don’t don’t don’t
00:19:01 don’t assume we I I always say it’s
00:19:05 probably best not to assume too much
00:19:07 about people um that they because we
00:19:11 often tend to miss what is
00:19:15 obvious good point and you it was a good
00:19:18 uh clarification you brought up yeah so
00:19:23 um so therefore okay so like you said
00:19:27 like you said going into verse 5 this
00:19:29 shows that same thing therefore I John
00:19:31 the faithful witness bear record of the
00:19:32 things which were delivered to me of the
00:19:34 Angel reference up above to the servant
00:19:37 of God the angel of Y
00:19:40 um yeah first begotten of the dead and
00:19:43 the prince the kings of the earth and
00:19:44 that’s another reason that you know he’s
00:19:46 speaking directly about Yeshua
00:19:48 hamashiach because guess what that’s who
00:19:51 he is yeah and and here’s a definite and
00:19:55 even though the and is added
00:19:59 by oh yeah that is iic so that that is
00:20:04 iyx uh in no I’m talking about verse six
00:20:08 in verse
00:20:09 six well I do so in the verse five does
00:20:13 that look atak just yeah that look
00:20:15 italicized yes it is yeah so that that
00:20:19 that the italicized and didn’t catch
00:20:21 that earlier when I was bringing up the
00:20:22 other definition even the italicize
00:20:25 means that the translators added that
00:20:28 word to try to make the translation make
00:20:31 sense so that’s not in the original
00:20:33 Greek interesting okay and neither is
00:20:36 this one but it says and here which is
00:20:39 also I would say I would suggest even
00:20:42 even unto him who loved us be
00:20:46 glory who washed us from our sins in his
00:20:49 own blood and hath made us Kings and
00:20:51 Priests onto God here we are talking
00:20:54 about his love his atonement
00:20:59 his
00:21:01 priesthoods and what he can do for us at
00:21:05 made us Kings and Priests unto God his
00:21:09 father the end is unnecessary his father
00:21:13 Joseph Smith got rid of the end oh never
00:21:16 mind I didn’t see the line there never
00:21:19 mind to to him glor to him be glory and
00:21:23 Dominion forever and ever amen now this
00:21:26 is interesting this is this is actually
00:21:30 uh this is actually an oblique reference
00:21:32 to modalism
00:21:34 because when Yeshua prays the Lord’s
00:21:39 Prayer who does he ascribe glory and
00:21:42 Dominion to Father the
00:21:46 father and here John is saying to
00:21:50 Yeshua be glory and Dominion forever and
00:21:53 ever this is a oblique reference to
00:21:56 modalism H interesting yeah I I can see
00:22:00 that good uh good point bringing out and
00:22:03 I I don’t have an issue with either
00:22:05 because I’m a modalist
00:22:08 so well you know most of the most of the
00:22:12 most of the things that don’t make sense
00:22:14 about God can be solved from the from
00:22:17 the
00:22:18 um perspective of
00:22:21 modalism right and then on this point
00:22:23 just since uh Ben’s bringing it
00:22:26 up uh to
00:22:29 him now the last time I went to English
00:22:32 class I know it’s I’m sure it’s probably
00:22:35 changed currently I’m somewhat joking
00:22:38 here but that is a singular that is not
00:22:42 a
00:22:43 plural right he so here’s
00:22:46 titles and all those titles of that same
00:22:50 entity is referring as to a singular to
00:22:54 him be glory
00:22:56 Dominion ever and ever
00:23:00 okay so now we go into verse seven for
00:23:02 behold he cometh in the clouds with 10
00:23:05 thousands of his Saints in the
00:23:07 Kingdom in in the Kingdom clothed with
00:23:10 the glory of his
00:23:12 father and go ahead sorry this right
00:23:16 here I just want to bring out this B
00:23:18 10,000 of his Saints in his kingdom uh
00:23:21 that’s something Joseph Smith restored
00:23:23 and it goes back to things that Adam
00:23:26 prophesied so
00:23:29 yes clo this is and clothed with the
00:23:32 glory of his of his
00:23:35 father this is those who are Celestial
00:23:40 at the time of his coming yes both those
00:23:44 who have died and those who are with
00:23:48 him uh those who are keeping his
00:23:51 Commandments AKA his Torah yeah and
00:23:55 every eye shall see him and they who
00:23:58 pierced him and all kindreds of the
00:24:01 Earth shall whail because of him even so
00:24:03 man so I I I do want to say there’s two
00:24:07 groups of people who pierced him the
00:24:09 Romans and the Jews which is Israelites
00:24:13 and the
00:24:15 world so but because God has Covenant
00:24:18 with the
00:24:20 Jews they will be given the they’re
00:24:23 going to be given the
00:24:25 opportunity the Gentiles are given the
00:24:27 opportunity to accept and turn to the
00:24:31 Torah and the Jews will be given the
00:24:34 opportunity to turn back yes in fact
00:24:37 some Gentiles will turn to Torah which
00:24:41 will make the Jews jealous which will
00:24:44 help cause them to come back to
00:24:47 Torah
00:24:51 yes for he saith I am Alpha and Omega
00:24:55 the beginning and the ending so uh the
00:24:59 Lord who is and who was and who is to
00:25:03 come the
00:25:05 almighty so this is and okay so this
00:25:09 here he is this is what the Lord says
00:25:12 about
00:25:13 himself now verse nine I John Who Am who
00:25:17 also am your brother and companion in
00:25:18 Tribulation and the kingdom and patience
00:25:20 of Jesus Christ was in the aisle that is
00:25:23 called patmas for the word of God and
00:25:24 for the testimony of Yeshua hamashia
00:25:28 I was in the spirit on the Lord’s day
00:25:31 now this does not mean Saturday this
00:25:35 does not means
00:25:36 Sunday this means the Sabbath because
00:25:39 the because Yeshua is Lord of the
00:25:44 Sabbath and so just in case people don’t
00:25:47 know um Ben and I and others here uh on
00:25:52 the call do believe in the lunar
00:25:55 Sabbath and there’s a different there so
00:25:59 anyways and it does not always fall on
00:26:02 Saturday or
00:26:03 Sunday
00:26:05 correct uh it goes off of the Sun and
00:26:09 the
00:26:10 Moon and there’s also a new moon day
00:26:14 there’s three types of days in the
00:26:16 scriptures in yahweh’s calendar um yeah
00:26:20 but the new moon day is always referred
00:26:22 to as new moon day not the Lord’s Day
00:26:25 the Lord’s day is yeah uh in fact let’s
00:26:27 just Sidetrack a little bit we’ll just
00:26:29 show my favorite verse for New Moon day
00:26:32 Isaiah 66 if I remember
00:26:35 correctly uh hopefully I remember it
00:26:37 right I’m because I’m here on the
00:26:40 recording anyways well we’ll we’ll see
00:26:44 yeah sure it’s 66 but we’ll find out
00:26:50 uh
00:26:52 yeah oh yeah I did remember now Isaiah
00:26:55 66 has to do about the latter days in
00:26:58 the Millennium so and it shall come to
00:27:02 pass that from one new moon day to
00:27:06 another and from one Sabbath to another
00:27:09 All Flesh will come to worship before me
00:27:13 Yahweh sayith Yahweh okay so to really
00:27:17 set to really make sure that it’s set in
00:27:19 your mind what time this
00:27:21 is for as the new heavens and in verse
00:27:25 22 for as the new heavens and the new
00:27:27 Earth which I will make shall remain
00:27:28 before me sayeth the Lord so shall your
00:27:31 seed and your name remain this is during
00:27:33 the time of the new heavens and the new
00:27:36 Earth aka the Millennium so so my my
00:27:41 question for anybody who’s listening is
00:27:43 wouldn’t you prefer the kind of
00:27:46 um the kind of start learning about to
00:27:49 start would would you would it not be
00:27:51 better for you to learn and practice
00:27:54 now uh I would suggest uh Ben is right
00:27:57 but I I do it myself so I might be

00:28:03 biased so it says and it shall come to
00:28:06 pass from one new moon to another and
00:28:07 from one Sabbath to another so when but
00:28:10 when John’s talking about the Lord’s day
00:28:11 he’s talking about the weekly Sabbath so
00:28:14 um and that is so that so this is where
00:28:18 he sees th that this is the day upon
00:28:21 which he sees the Lord and
00:28:23 this and I think it’s significant that
00:28:25 he mentions that it was on the Lord’s
00:28:27 day because in the Lord’s Day according
00:28:30 to
00:28:31 Ezekiel the gates are
00:28:35 open yes um so we can go look at that if
00:28:38 you want yeah let’s go let’s take a
00:28:40 quick look at that and then move on okay
00:28:42 yeah let me pause while I get my
00:28:44 favorite picture way to look at it for
00:28:46 that one second
00:28:50 okay okay and this this is what the

00:31:40 Alpha and Omega first and the last what
00:31:44 thou seest write in a book and send it
00:31:46 onto the seven churches which are in
00:31:48 Asia unto Ephesus and onto smyna onto
00:31:51 par and onto Thea and onto Sardis and
00:31:55 onto Philadelphia and onto lad and onto
00:31:58 ladia yeah one thing I I just want to
00:32:01 clarify now although here it says unto
00:32:04 the seven churches in verse 11 if we
00:32:07 take in account verse four what he
00:32:10 actually is saying is give it to the
00:32:13 heads of the seven yes to the seven
00:32:16 servants who are over the seven
00:32:18 churches this is the you know I’m I’m
00:32:22 guessing that
00:32:24 um well I’m guessing that Joseph SMI
00:32:27 uh figured he corrected it once and that
00:32:30 people would look to that correction as
00:32:33 they’re reading the next time it shows
00:32:34 up maybe or maybe that’s actually how it
00:32:37 was because
00:32:39 considering uh that’s how it was defined
00:32:41 earlier a later definition should not
00:32:44 contradict so right I’m fine either way
00:32:48 right because God does not change right
00:32:51 and Joseph Smith said himself that he
00:32:53 didn’t correct everything right so right

00:33:03 version does not State seven servants
00:33:05 again in verse 11 I think that’s an
00:33:08 understood at this point because God has
00:33:10 stated that it’s for the seven servants
00:33:13 right or John has already stated that
00:33:15 it’s for the seven servants and now he’s
00:33:19 and here in verse 11 with Yeshua talking
00:33:21 to him with Yeshua talking to him now we
00:33:25 see where he gets this the testimony of
00:33:27 John to the seven servants who are over
00:33:29 the seven
00:33:31 churches
00:33:33 y verse 12 and I turned to see from
00:33:36 whence The Voice came that spake to me
00:33:40 and being turned I saw seven golden
00:33:43 candlesticks so real quick candlesticks
00:33:45 are people who are keeping Torah which
00:33:48 would be the seven Servants of the seven
00:33:52 or you know the seven heads or seven
00:33:53 Servants of the seven and yeah and so
00:33:56 the seven C
00:33:57 this is referenced to the fact that when
00:34:01 uh that as we keep Torah light grows
00:34:03 within us yeah which is stated in sermon
00:34:07 on Torah where people more commonly know
00:34:11 as Sermon on the Mount right yes so
00:34:16 let’s go let’s go down let’s go down
00:34:18 here and in the midst of the seven
00:34:20 candlesticks one like unto the son of
00:34:25 man clothed with a garment down to the
00:34:27 foot and G about the PS with a golden
00:34:30 girdle now this this this like is priest
00:34:36 this is a Priestly garment clothed with
00:34:37 a garment down to the foot and gir with
00:34:39 around the PS with a golden girdle this
00:34:41 is a this is the this is whereas the uh
00:34:47 girdle for the
00:34:49 Tabernacle was the girdle of the ironic
00:34:52 priesthood the golden girdle that he’s
00:34:54 wearing indicates his priesthoods right
00:34:57 now one thing I will say um the like
00:35:01 part can be a little confusing
00:35:03 especially when other verses so here’s
00:35:06 something that I put in a recent post
00:35:10 that I’ll put in the notes um but it
00:35:15 when you go look at the Greek was
00:35:18 like um so that Parts fine uh but where
00:35:22 it gets into the Hebrew translation or
00:35:27 the he so there’s a Hebrew manuscript of
00:35:30 the Book of Revelations okay um it’s not
00:35:33 very well known I’ll put a link to where
00:35:36 you can go see it in the notes um but
00:35:41 and you go look at that their
00:35:43 translation of this same thing from the
00:35:46 Hebrew manuscript into
00:35:48 English it they have it as one like the
00:35:52 appearance of man that’s
00:35:55 beautiful go goes along how we are made
00:35:58 in the image of Yahweh Elohim
00:36:04 yep so yeah so that’s yeah so and that
00:36:09 yeah so we have some really we have some
00:36:11 really uh powerful descriptive words
00:36:14 here this is uh one of the most specific
00:36:18 descriptions of the appearance of
00:36:23 um of that you will find
00:36:27 both descript both in terms of actual
00:36:30 description and
00:36:32 symbology okay let’s pause for one
00:36:35 minute because I think it’s a good time
00:36:36 to pause right y
00:36:40 okay okay so in the midst of the seven
00:36:44 candlesticks one like unto the one like
00:36:47 unto the appearance of the son of man or
00:36:50 of one like under the appearance of man
00:36:53 clothed with a garment down to the foot
00:36:55 this is a g this this is uh this is the
00:36:59 Priestly this is actually the same words
00:37:01 used to describe the Garment uh the um
00:37:05 the Robes of the priest the Robes of the
00:37:08 priests uh of the ironic priests it’s
00:37:10 down to the foot and G about the paps
00:37:13 with a golden girdle whereas the ironic
00:37:16 priest whereas the gold whereas the
00:37:19 girdle for the temple is of um was of
00:37:23 gold and blue and all
00:37:27 with a few other colors mixed in this is
00:37:32 this girdle represents his priesthood is
00:37:34 pure
00:37:35 gold um and it is it represents Purity
00:37:39 it represents
00:37:41 Perfection um his priesthood is gained
00:37:44 by his priesthood and his power is
00:37:47 gained by perfectly
00:37:49 living in his mind and will now I I I
00:37:53 just sidetracked just a little bit there
00:37:56 is a reason reason why the Book of
00:37:57 Mormon came from gold
00:38:00 plates versus like the brass plates
00:38:04 where the Old Testament was on these
00:38:06 colors and metals do have symbolic
00:38:08 meanings with them that goes along with
00:38:11 what’s written on them and I’ll just
00:38:13 leave it at that yes his head and his
00:38:17 hairs were white like wool and this is
00:38:19 due to the glory that is coming out of
00:38:20 them as white as snow and one thing if I
00:38:24 can just interject a little bit um hair
00:38:27 has to do with authority and white has
00:38:29 to do with Purity and R has to go going
00:38:33 back to the
00:38:34 lamb he got his authority and it’s pure
00:38:37 Authority because he came down as the
00:38:39 son and became the lamb for our sins so
00:38:45 so this is both a physical and a
00:38:47 symbolic description as I have as I
00:38:50 stated at the beginning of the recording
00:38:52 this is both a physical and a symbolic
00:38:55 description
00:38:57 um and his eyes were as a flame of
00:39:00 fire again fire is Judgment yeah this
00:39:04 goes off of how he’s
00:39:07 angry he’s angry at what’s going on in
00:39:10 the world all the sins and his feet were
00:39:13 like and his feet like unfined brass as
00:39:16 if they burned in a furnace and his
00:39:17 voice as the sound of many Waters
00:39:20 so the uh the um the feet the uh the the
00:39:27 feet of fine brass as if as if they
00:39:29 burned in a furnace so his ways are
00:39:35 judgment yep um and this goes along with
00:39:38 those
00:39:40 who uh in sin me Yeshua while they in
00:39:45 their sin they will burn
00:39:48 right and uh just before Yeshua comes
00:39:53 back at the second coming uh there is is
00:39:56 fire and brimstone going to burn those
00:39:59 who um are the sons of
00:40:02 preditions and his voice as the sound of
00:40:05 many Waters now many Waters often many
00:40:09 people often
00:40:11 uh oftentimes the easy quick hand short
00:40:15 hand is waters are people but this time
00:40:19 what we’re talking about here the sound
00:40:21 of many Waters is the sound of many
00:40:23 Revelations right so water has
00:40:26 symbolically has multiple meanings and
00:40:30 with the context here it would be
00:40:32 Revelations
00:40:34 yes and he had in his right hand Seven
00:40:37 Stars and out of his mouth went a sharp
00:40:40 two-edged sword and his countenance was
00:40:44 as the sun shining in his
00:40:46 strength so he he Glory comes from
00:40:51 him that would be The Shining like the
00:40:54 sun that’s his glory right judge right
00:40:57 judgment proceeds from his mouth like a
00:40:59 sharp two-edged sword it cuts both
00:41:02 ways yeah his word will cut people down
00:41:06 and lift people up depending if you’re
00:41:08 keeping it or breaking
00:41:11 it and now the Seven Stars in his the
00:41:15 Seven Stars in his right hand
00:41:20 um that once again I this is now uh this
00:41:27 is a reference to
00:41:33 the I think this I do believe this is
00:41:36 once again a reference to the seven
00:41:38 servants the seven s the seven
00:41:40 Sanctified right um and to go along with
00:41:44 that stars can be symbolic of followers
00:41:48 so um yeah as one place that is the case
00:41:55 with Abraham right when he was told to
00:41:58 go count the
00:41:59 Stars so anyways and when I saw him I
00:42:03 fell at his feet as dead this is akin to
00:42:07 Isaiah’s
00:42:09 um to the to the thoughts expressed
00:42:12 beautifully by Isaiah woe is me for I am
00:42:16 a man for I have seen my Lord and I am a
00:42:19 man of unclean lips in the midst of a
00:42:22 people of unclean lips and what the Lord
00:42:26 and what Yeshua does with John is the
00:42:29 same
00:42:30 thing that
00:42:32 yil did with
00:42:35 Isaiah and he laid his right hand upon
00:42:38 me saying unto me fear not I am the
00:42:41 first and the
00:42:43 last and what does the Lord what does
00:42:46 the Lord do with with with
00:42:50 Isiah he sends an angel to pick up a
00:42:54 coal from the altar the etal ET
00:42:57 flame to purge his
00:42:59 lips okay to S uh to forgive him of his
00:43:03 sins and sanctify
00:43:06 yep um one that and that’s what it means
00:43:09 when this is what John is describing
00:43:11 when he said and he laid his right hand
00:43:14 upon me yeah uh also I want to bring out
00:43:18 how him falling down at his feet as dead
00:43:23 he’s going into apostate
00:43:27 I that came out wrong I didn’t mean
00:43:30 apostate postrate
00:43:33 prostrate yes thank you um and that is
00:43:38 one way to
00:43:40 worship and the fact that he’s
00:43:43 worshiping this Angel shows it’s Yahweh

00:43:47 Yeshua okay because um no even Peter
00:43:54 didn’t take worship right in Act
00:43:57 11 I believe that is and nor did Nephi
00:44:02 in first
00:44:04 Nephi 17 I think somewhere in that range
00:44:08 anyways um so uh in support for 13 were
00:44:15 like is probably shouldn’t or 17 English
00:44:20 from the Greek is a bad
00:44:23 translation anyways and he laid his hand

00:44:26 right hand upon me saying unto me fear
00:44:28 not I am the first and the last I am he
00:44:29 that liveth and was dead and behold I am
00:44:32 alive wait wait a minute this big that
00:44:33 he liveth and is and was dead he’s

00:44:38 resurrection and Yeshua is the first one

00:44:42 resurrected yes and behold I am alive
00:44:45 forever more amen and have the keys of
00:44:49 hell and of death write the things which
00:44:52 thou Hast seen and the things which are
00:44:54 and the things which shall be hereafter
00:44:58 okay now here’s this is a big clue for
00:45:02 understanding
00:45:02 Revelation and that is that many of the
00:45:05 elements of Revelation are described and
00:45:08 to you’re told what they are in the Book
00:45:11 of Revelation
00:45:13 yes so here we are this is the mystery
00:45:16 of the Seven Stars which thou sawest in
00:45:18 my right hand and the Seven golden
00:45:20 candlesticks by the way the seven golden
00:45:22 candlesticks is actually a reference to
00:45:23 a seven candle manora
00:45:28 um a seven stick
00:45:31 manora yeah I can see that but earlier
00:45:34 it was talking about seven candlesticks
00:45:37 uh in this chapter even so this is
00:45:40 where maybe it’s going back to the
00:45:43 earlier seven right yeah but I I think
00:45:47 that I believe that that’s also
00:45:50 that meaning that the seven churches
00:45:52 though separate are one Church
00:45:57 uh right right which is even goes along
00:45:59 with the so they are different churches
00:46:02 but they’re held over a first presidency
00:46:05 over them as even on the manora it’s the
00:46:08 seven that go to the base right so
00:46:10 that’s right that’s the point so this is
00:46:13 the mystery of the Seven Stars which
00:46:14 thou sawest in in my right hand and the
00:46:17 Seven golden candlesticks the Seven
00:46:20 Stars I.E the points of light on the
00:46:24 candlesticks are the Servants of the
00:46:27 seven
00:46:29 churches and the Seven candlesticks
00:46:32 which thou sawest are the seven
00:46:38 churches all right so this does denate
00:46:42 lineate that the stars are different
00:46:45 than the candlesticks here right the
00:46:47 stars are the servants and the
00:46:49 candlesticks are the churches themselves
00:46:52 yeah and notice that a Candlestick by
00:46:54 itself does not give light but it’s the
00:46:56 star or the point of light on the end of
00:46:59 the Candlestick that gives light yeah
00:47:01 and so that’s kind of interesting right
00:47:04 so all right um so that is so this is
00:47:08 and with that you enter into the realm
00:47:11 of the wondrous mysteries of Revelation
00:47:13 which will be expounded upon Hereafter
00:47:17 uh at another time so but that is that
00:47:20 is Revelation chapter 1 and I thought
00:47:23 would be I anybody who wants to know
00:47:28 anybody who wants to know their lord
00:47:29 needs to needs
00:47:32 to
00:47:34 know this
00:47:37 chapter just as much as they need to
00:47:39 know the lectures on fa lectures on
00:47:41 faith
00:47:42 five yeah that’s a very important
00:47:46 one um and then
00:47:49 also um I don’t remember if it’s three
00:47:53 or four but Joseph
00:47:56 Smith in Lex on faith which used to be
00:47:59 part of the DNC which is the doctrine of
00:48:01 the DNC brings out if you don’t know the
00:48:04 car characteristics and attributes of
00:48:07 Yahweh Elohim you can’t be saved oh yes
00:48:10 and the entire question and answer some
00:48:12 is Section I of that particular section
00:48:15 I think is um commit the whole thing to
00:48:18 memory uh on that one probably I don’t
00:48:22 because some of them do and some of them
00:48:24 don’t and I would imagine that
00:48:26 anyways yeah but uh yeah but the uh but
00:48:30 five uh lecture five we
00:48:35 are we are that one I do believe says uh
00:48:38 memorize we are counseled to commit to
00:48:40 memory of verse two and verse
00:48:44 three
00:48:46 okay now that can be you know if you’re
00:48:51 if you’re not an actor and not used to
00:48:52 memorizing that can be quite a uh that
00:48:55 can be quite a challenge
00:48:57 because 52 is pretty long uh I think
00:49:01 it’s the longest verse in scripture I I
00:49:05 I have memorized the concepts that are
00:49:07 in it but I don’t have the verse itself
00:49:09 memorized well and so that that so
00:49:12 that’s why I simply urge familiarity
00:49:14 with it and its
00:49:16 contents as opposed to
00:49:19 necessarily having it verba to memorize
00:49:24 because that’s pretty long and even as
00:49:28 an actor
00:49:30 um even as even when I was an actor
00:49:33 there were times when
00:49:37 I didn’t say my lines absolutely
00:49:42 correctly um there but uh but that’s and
00:49:48 so that’s the uh so that’s the thing is
00:49:51 that we I encourage familiarity with the
00:49:55 these things not
00:49:59 um not uh verba of memorization and I
00:50:05 will add it will be good to come
00:50:07 familiar with the definitions from 1828
00:50:11 of some of the tricky words
00:50:15 yeah which which

00:50:28 um clearer
