Summary:

Modalism in John 14:11 and the word. Modalism is different Arianism. Dwelling and possession. If you love me keep my commandments and then comes the Holy Ghost. Father is a spirit. Mercy and vengeance in OT and NT. If you have seen Me, you have seen the Father. Did not keep land sabbaths which is what got them kicked out. Greek “en”, “with in” is the best translation. English “in”. Who is doing the work, the Father or the Son? Condescension of Elohim. Virgin is Hebrew thought, is women of child baring age. Vengeful verses merciful god for the atonement. Men can keep the law / Torah. You don’t need to be on your kneels for 4 hours to find out what YHWH wants you to do. YHWH told Joseph Smith don’t ask me anymore on what you should be doing. Torah tastes like sweet honey. Needing to be commanded in all things is a slothful servant. Torah was decided in heaven. Study it out before going to YHWH. Lehi needed the brass plates. Paul said study not pray for hours. When Elohim commands, He makes a way, means no excuse for sin. Sins of the past can be blotted away. We have sinned in the past, but we can keep Torah perfectly from here on end. Talking about prayer. Satan will do whatever to get you to go to hell. Study it out first. The burning is related to being in the presence of YHWH. Getting an answer from YHWH means you can discern. If you think you got answer, but you can’t discern, you might want to question where you got the answer from. Seek out righteous teachers. If you don’t keep it, you won’t understand it. It does not take hours of praying to receive forgiveness if you are in the right place initially. Enos having a bow and arrow while praying for forgiveness is purposeful because they are a representation of Torah. Ben’s experience of repenting. Be born again, not an old man with new excuses. Ben learning about when the Sabbath is. Torah is still valid. Law of Moses is different than Torah. Seek YHWH and His Torah. Holy Spirit is Torah.

00:00:02 y so um I had a little thought that I
00:00:07 thought we could start with today uh and
00:00:09 it’s on John
00:00:11 1411 okay uh Zach you want to read
00:00:16 the oh let’s do the King
00:00:19 James so right there the one I have
00:00:21 highlighted that’s the one that most of
00:00:23 us are familiar with
00:00:27 right believe me that I am in the father
00:00:30 father and the father in me or else
00:00:34 believe me for the very Works sake okay
00:00:39 so I’ll read it oh actually uh Matt you
00:00:43 want to read it and bring in
00:00:45 standard read which Bri standard verse
00:00:50 11 it’s pretty close but it is a little
00:00:53 different right right uh believe me that
00:00:56 I am in the father and the father is in
00:00:59 me or at least believe on account of The
00:01:02 Works
00:01:04 themselves okay so it just real quick I
00:01:10 know uh just to um say something uh this
00:01:15 I am that’s here it’s it’s not his name
00:01:21 it’s just a pronoun and the M they added
00:01:25 to make it make more sense uh I don’t
00:01:29 know why this is taking a
00:01:31 while oh there we go this is one of
00:01:35 those particular instances where he’s
00:01:36 not actually identifying himself as I am
00:01:40 right right so this is where you just
00:01:41 have to kind of be careful with I am
00:01:44 sometimes I am is designating who he is
00:01:48 and sometimes it’s not you have to go
00:01:50 look at context and original language
00:01:52 right so yeah
00:01:55 absolutely uh in fact this might be
00:01:57 interesting to look in the Hebrew after
00:01:59 we do it the Greek actually just came to
00:02:01 mind but anyways we’ll do yeah the Greek
00:02:05 first but um so this is always this is
00:02:09 like a
00:02:11 mystical verse here that everybody trips
00:02:14 over on right and I’ll be honest I’ve
00:02:16 tripped over it myself what does this in
00:02:19 mean especially if you
00:02:22 believe
00:02:24 in some version of the godhead right in
00:02:29 that
00:02:30 the and
00:02:32 specifically that the father and son are
00:02:35 two separate beings
00:02:38 right um I I will be honest there was
00:02:41 one time I was in another being and
00:02:44 that’s when I was not born yet so I’m
00:02:48 still being formed my mother U powers of
00:02:52 motivation powers powers of motivation
00:02:55 were not ours at that
00:02:57 time uh right right yeah I wasn’t really
00:03:01 doing anything except
00:03:05 growing uh anyways um
00:03:09 so with with that in mind this is kind
00:03:13 of tricky and I I’ve heard various
00:03:15 explanations of it
00:03:17 okay um which I don’t agree with anymore
00:03:21 and I haven’t for a while actually
00:03:24 but um let’s go look at this word
00:03:31 in uh so it it I already have it up so
00:03:36 it’s uh Greek
00:03:38 1722 okay okay so here’s Greek
00:03:44 1722 uh it has a couple definitions in
00:03:48 on at by or
00:03:52 with
00:03:54 now uh I do like this one here in the
00:03:58 helps word study
00:04:00 uh within or
00:04:03 inside uh is a good translation of my
00:04:06 personal
00:04:07 opinion uh and then actually there’s
00:04:10 some other
00:04:12 ones uh oh that’s weird
00:04:16 outwardly I I’d have to see that in the
00:04:20 sentence that might they have the
00:04:22 asterisk because I I actually don’t know
00:04:24 what the asteris does here but
00:04:27 anyways um so among anyways go ahead Ben
00:04:33 within seems to make a lot of sense yeah
00:04:34 you’re right right so let’s go
00:04:37 back um and let’s consider while reading
00:04:42 this modalism right yeah because that
00:04:46 is uh how I
00:04:49 see the quotequote godhead and to be
00:04:52 specific uh modalism with the spirit
00:04:55 being Torah okay right and the the um
00:05:00 and and for those who are watching there
00:05:02 is a difference between modalism and
00:05:07 aryanism aryanism was that Yeshua was an
00:05:11 emanation from
00:05:13 God
00:05:15 modalism Yeshua and Y are
00:05:19 God in
00:05:23 creation okay I I completely agree there
00:05:27 is a difference um
00:05:30 so I do think to help us further
00:05:34 understand what’s going on uh I’ll read
00:05:37 verse 10 just before 11 imagine that
00:05:41 sorry uh just to help us get us some
00:05:44 context here okay but I do believe
00:05:47 modalism that the father and the son are
00:05:50 just different titles for the
00:05:52 Same Spirit person Soul what do you want
00:05:56 to call it um makes more sense here here
00:06:00 MH do you not believe that I am and I’m
00:06:05 going to say within the father and the
00:06:07 father is within
00:06:10 me the words I say to you I do not speak
00:06:14 of my
00:06:16 own instead it is the father dwelling in
00:06:20 me performing his works so that is the
00:06:24 part
00:06:25 that’s um the most important part of
00:06:29 that verse to help give us context for
00:06:31 verse
00:06:32 11 the the interesting the interesting
00:06:35 thing about this uh let’s see math John
00:06:39 14 I do believe this is one of those
00:06:42 instances where the Pharisees try to
00:06:43 Stone him but he gets away from
00:06:46 them um John
00:06:49 14
00:06:51 yeah maybe not I may I may be I may be
00:06:55 complaining the way the we can let’s
00:06:57 pause and let’s find out for sure so
00:06:59 let’s pause for and if I’m complaining
00:07:01 I’m if I’m complaining it’s okay that’s
00:07:04 no big deal let’s just go find out I
00:07:06 don’t remember let’s take a look yeah
00:07:08 dive into the scripture yeah yeah so I’m
00:07:10 just gonna pause for a second he wants
00:07:13 to okay so we just double checked it’s
00:07:16 not but no worries it’s hard to remember
00:07:19 everything I know I don’t well I well
00:07:23 and the technically I should have I kind
00:07:26 of I feel like I kind of should have
00:07:28 remembered because John 14 is one that I
00:07:30 cite a lot just because of the necessity
00:07:34 uh of showing our love for by keeping
00:07:38 his
00:07:39 Commandments um and I I should do a post
00:07:43 on this one because it has to do with
00:07:45 the godhead too and with regarding the
00:07:48 holy and that’s and that actually and
00:07:50 and this verse actually adds a level of
00:07:54 meaning to uh John 14:15
00:07:59 through 21 where he talks about if you
00:08:02 love me keep my Commandments and I will
00:08:05 petition the father that he send you
00:08:06 another
00:08:08 Comforter um you know and that basically
00:08:12 that his Spirit can dwell in you uh for
00:08:15 sure uh and maybe after we do this if we
00:08:18 have time we can maybe start getting
00:08:19 into some of those details um because I
00:08:22 have notes on it I need to put in a post
00:08:24 but anyways
00:08:27 yeah so go ahead and uh
00:08:31 okay so back let’s go back to the main
00:08:34 point here on verse 11 though um so or
00:08:39 or 10 dwelling in me
00:08:43 so both the Bible and the Book of Mormon
00:08:46 says the father is a
00:08:50 spirit um so let let’s think about that
00:08:53 for just a
00:08:56 minute uh Zack I’m going to put you on
00:08:59 the I’m going to ask you a quick
00:09:00 question okay are you a body or are you
00:09:04 a spirit that dwells in a
00:09:08 body a
00:09:10 ladder no you’re a spirit that dwells in
00:09:13 a body I said the ladders
00:09:16 so oh maybe I just didn’t hear you maybe
00:09:19 it was too quiet and I didn’t hear you
00:09:21 sorry so yeah we’re a spirit that dwells
00:09:24 in a physical body um now
00:09:31 uh so this it I don’t know a good way to
00:09:37 go around this but uh this dwelling in
00:09:41 me if the father is
00:09:45 not his actual spirit this gets into
00:09:51 possession and that’s a
00:09:53 demonic uh satanic thing that
00:09:58 happens that’s not something that
00:10:00 Yahweh and his servants do they don’t
00:10:06 possess our physical bodies yeah
00:10:11 no um and so just thinking about how
00:10:17 Satan’s minions and Satan himself
00:10:20 possess other people and how that’s
00:10:23 bad I think also helps inform
00:10:28 us uh with this verse that the
00:10:31 scriptures do actually teach
00:10:35 modalism okay and the same attributes
00:10:39 that are visible in Yeshua are visible
00:10:43 in the Old Testament in
00:10:46 hila yes the very same attributes the
00:10:49 mercy the longsuffering the slowness to
00:10:53 anger
00:10:57 um yeah and this lowness to anger is key
00:11:00 because some people like to think that
00:11:03 the Old Testament God was a vengeful dog
00:11:06 God and he was but he was also merciful
00:11:10 as Ben brings out and then people like
00:11:13 to think the New Testament God is
00:11:16 merciful and he is but he’s also
00:11:18 vengeful and you can even see that in
00:11:20 the New Testament during yeshua’s Mortal
00:11:23 Ministry yeah with the stripes and the
00:11:26 merchants in the temple yeah that is one
00:11:29 example ex Le which we’ve gone over how
00:11:32 um that’s according to Torah yeah it’s a
00:11:36 toric judgment so get so this is to me
00:11:40 this is a very the fact that he’s
00:11:43 telling them that they should know who
00:11:45 he is by the spirit that manifests in
00:11:48 his actions is a
00:11:50 clear um and in his words is a
00:11:55 clear um is a clear
00:12:00 identification self identic
00:12:02 self-identification self- identifier
00:12:04 between Yeshua and
00:12:09 Sh yes I I completely agree in fact to
00:12:13 go along with this uh we can find out
00:12:16 where it is but Yeshua stated if you’ve
00:12:19 seen me you have seen the
00:12:22 father right unless he is the father I
00:12:26 don’t know how else to take that right
00:12:30 uh now there are all kinds of
00:12:31 explanations for that none of which I
00:12:33 believe
00:12:35 anymore because they because in order
00:12:38 for those explanations to be true then
00:12:40 you have to uh then then helila is not
00:12:44 who he claims to
00:12:47 be right um because just one more one
00:12:52 more thing on this idea of uh him being
00:12:56 a patient longsuffering and and slow to
00:13:00 anger and Ven and
00:13:04 vengeful uh God in the Old
00:13:11 Testament he
00:13:14 is he is vengeful on a people that have
00:13:18 been so horrendously Wicked and breaking
00:13:23 all of his law for so
00:13:27 long that he has had enough
00:13:29 enough he has given them Buu of chances
00:13:34 and just like the children of Israel
00:13:37 were kicked out of that land for
00:13:40 Disobedience to his
00:13:42 law that is
00:13:45 also you must must must keep the law we
00:13:52 must and and uh this is kind of a I do
00:13:57 get that it’s a different idea but you
00:13:59 must keep his law otherwise you will be
00:14:03 smitten and driven out of any Land Of
00:14:07 Promise uh and particularly you must
00:14:10 keep his sabbaths yes and you must keep
00:14:12 his Sabbath now the main the main thing
00:14:14 with that is how many land sabbaths did
00:14:16 he allow the Israelites to violate
00:14:18 before he actually threw them out of the
00:14:21 land how longsuffering is y yeah I I
00:14:25 don’t know the exact number we could
00:14:26 probably look it up and do the math but
00:14:28 it was a l of them it was a lot the
00:14:31 point is it was a
00:14:33 lot they were the the Israelites were in
00:14:37 the Holy Land in the promised land for a
00:14:42 long time
00:14:45 before
00:14:46 uh before they were thrust out there’s
00:14:50 very few
00:14:51 indicators that they
00:14:53 kept that they kept Lance ATS
00:14:58 [Music]
00:15:00 indicators that they didn’t keep land
00:15:01 sabbaths because of uh what the prophets
00:15:04 teach us in in yeah I think Jeremiah
00:15:07 actually specifically states that if I
00:15:09 remember correctly
00:15:10 but one of the some of the prophets do
00:15:13 even if I don’t remember I know Isaiah
00:15:15 also mentions that in Isaiah
00:15:18 1 he talks about your land Sabbath your
00:15:21 new moons and your worship days but to
00:15:24 get it back to the main point of this
00:15:26 verse again we sidetracked a little bit
00:15:29 but to get it back to the main point
00:15:31 here we’re seeing the
00:15:34 indwelling of Y in the body in the flesh
00:15:39 of
00:15:42 Yeshua right and with that
00:15:46 understanding
00:15:47 in the word in Translation is okay okay
00:15:52 yeah without
00:15:54 that understanding in is kind
00:15:57 of weird weird of course I I think any
00:16:02 word would be weird without that
00:16:05 understanding but I will say I
00:16:09 do believe this is a personal opinion
00:16:12 that I think
00:16:13 within makes it less ambiguous what’s
00:16:17 going on I I I agree um in can be in can
00:16:24 be construed in a lot in a few different
00:16:27 ways but with in there’s um not a whole
00:16:31 lot of room for variation on what that
00:16:34 means right I I agree it’d be hard to
00:16:38 construe that some other way
00:16:41 right where in in has lots of meanings
00:16:44 in fact I even have it kind of
00:16:47 prepared um so prefix
00:16:50 before so that one kind of applies is
00:16:53 change to Ill an
00:16:55 illusion uh you’re okay but that’s still
00:16:58 going as a prefix uh so in the name
00:17:02 that’s a little different here in in in
00:17:06 many cases that’s a little different
00:17:08 here’s one that does apply in signifies
00:17:10 by or
00:17:12 through now
00:17:14 oh here you go you already got two
00:17:17 variations of what it could mean right
00:17:19 there in that definition right right so
00:17:22 by is actually um in one of the
00:17:26 definitions of the Greek word behind the
00:17:29 English
00:17:31 one and through does make some sense but
00:17:35 I do believe within makes the most sense
00:17:40 right uh substitutes a pronoun related
00:17:43 to second part of the sentence
00:17:46 Oh yeah I Sim this I’m not sure what to
00:17:53 make out of that one right there I don’t
00:17:55 know if or Matt wants to say more
00:17:57 they’re better at grammar than I am
00:18:03 which one the uh this one right here the
00:18:05 one I
00:18:06 have yeah in these in similar phrases
00:18:10 that is an antecedent substitute or
00:18:14 pronoun relating to the subsequent part
00:18:18 of sentence
00:18:21 Oh talking about when you place in in a
00:18:27 in a sentence or a sentence that could
00:18:30 be considered as an afterthought to a
00:18:33 main point pointing back to the main
00:18:37 point so when you use the word in at the
00:18:39 beginning of the next sentence to point
00:18:41 back to in is often used as the
00:18:44 beginning of comma sandwiches yes okay
00:18:47 and then actually this that is in that’s
00:18:51 pointing back to the other so I
00:18:56 mean yeah see the word in
00:18:59 different ways it’s used that could be
00:19:02 what’s going on here but I don’t believe
00:19:04 that’s the case especially considering
00:19:06 context just before it right right
00:19:09 because the father is the Son and the
00:19:12 son is the father so it could that kind
00:19:15 of applies but I don’t think it’s the
00:19:20 [Music]
00:19:24 best yeah this one I this one doesn’t
00:19:27 apply in as as much seeing seeing that
00:19:31 this is being the fact that being the
00:19:34 fact
00:19:35 I equivalent equivalent meaning to if
00:19:39 since this is the fact this is the what
00:19:42 comes from it oh kind
00:19:46 of with the fact that the if you’ve seen
00:19:50 me you’ve seen the father well with the
00:19:52 idea that kind of go is a companion
00:19:55 scripture to this scripture um or that
00:19:59 you could use as a scripture
00:20:01 chain um if you’ve seen me you’ve seen
00:20:05 the father type idea sure sure
00:20:09 that sorry go ahead that version of in
00:20:12 could work yeah that that version of ear
00:20:14 could work here right so yeah but with
00:20:17 the context I don’t think it’s the best
00:20:19 one you’re right I I am in 100%
00:20:22 agreement 100% I
00:20:25 agree properly belongs I don’t think
00:20:28 this one
00:20:29 yeah because the father doesn’t belong
00:20:32 to the Son and the son doesn’t
00:20:34 belongs yeah yeah because it’s it’s the
00:20:39 same
00:20:40 person
00:20:42 right no it’s just the concept of uh
00:20:46 that’s a that’s a dark concept right
00:20:47 there
00:20:50 oh anyways Jesus is a slave to God and
00:20:53 God is a slave to Jesus yeah
00:20:56 yeah no thank you right right and so and
00:20:59 then verse 12 I think still goes along
00:21:02 with this fact that the father is the
00:21:04 son because he’s saying in verse 10 that
00:21:07 the father is performing his Works
00:21:10 through the son yes and act actually
00:21:15 performing them while he’s in the sun
00:21:18 right right actually in right there um
00:21:24 and so then 12 truly truly I say unto
00:21:28 you who whosoever Believes In Me Yeshua
00:21:32 will also do the works that I am doing
00:21:35 oh wait a minute was it the father doing
00:21:37 it or the son that’s doing it or does it
00:21:42 really matter because it’s the same
00:21:44 person right and and I think that’s I
00:21:48 think I think that’s the main thing is
00:21:50 whether it was the father or whether it
00:21:52 was the son it’s just a different
00:21:56 um a different
00:22:00 it’s a different angle manifestation a
00:22:03 different manifestation the same being
00:22:05 Yeah Yeah a different I like to say
00:22:06 title but that that’s fine
00:22:09 mations well because well the reason I
00:22:13 say the reason I say manifestation is
00:22:16 because it was a physical
00:22:20 Earthly um presence presence sure was a
00:22:24 physical Earthly presence whereas the um
00:22:28 where yopa is
00:22:30 a Heavenly all
00:22:34 powerful you have to be
00:22:37 um transfigured in order to see him
00:22:40 presence uh sure sure I agree with that
00:22:43 but he has been here on Earth um like
00:22:46 Angel of Yahweh that’s Yahweh yeah he’s
00:22:50 come there’s multiple scriptures that
00:22:51 shows in the Bible and the Book of
00:22:53 Mormon that he come down before right
00:22:56 and then there’s charring on
00:22:59 that shows that I guess the most
00:23:01 important thing would be made flesh I
00:23:05 guess the most important con made flash
00:23:08 it’s the condescension of God correct I
00:23:10 agree with that um either way I think
00:23:13 we’re on the same page right yeah of we
00:23:18 may have different focuses on it but we
00:23:21 are on the same page right it’s yeah
00:23:25 so and I was thinking another really
00:23:27 good uh
00:23:28 verse to thr to show this is to go into
00:23:32 the Book of
00:23:33 Mormon in first Nephi chapter 11 all
00:23:36 right well let’s go there hold
00:23:53 on okay do you know what verse you
00:23:56 want uh
00:23:59 condescension type in the word
00:24:00 condescension yeah when you do your
00:24:07 uh I don’t want the
00:24:10 header here it is we starting uh H we’ll
00:24:14 go with
00:24:16 uh start we start in verse
00:24:20 14 and it came to pass that I saw
00:24:22 Heavens open and an angel came down and
00:24:24 stood before me and he said unto me
00:24:27 Nephi what beholdest thou and I said
00:24:30 unto him a virgin most beautiful and
00:24:33 fair above all other
00:24:35 virgins that um and he said unto
00:24:38 me knowest thou the condescension of
00:24:43 God and I said unto him I know that he
00:24:46 loveth his children nevertheless I do
00:24:48 not know the meaning of all
00:24:50 things and he said unto me behold the
00:24:53 Virgin whom thou seest is the mother of
00:24:56 the son of God after the manner of the
00:25:00 flesh so hold on one minute okay um
00:25:05 because in
00:25:07 the
00:25:09 1830 and I would also say the original
00:25:12 manuscript I don’t know if we have it on
00:25:14 that spot or not says something a little
00:25:16 different so let’s look at that if
00:25:18 that’s okay to do a little yeah no
00:25:21 that’s absolutely okay that’s why I
00:25:23 actually kind of slowed down and
00:25:25 highlighted those words okay there
00:25:28 because I was kind of hoping that you
00:25:30 would oh okay all right because I know
00:25:33 you have the
00:25:34 resource yeah I mean we can go look it
00:25:36 in the actual book if you want or we can
00:25:40 go look at my notes it’s quicker my
00:25:41 notes well let’s pull it out of the
00:25:43 notes
00:25:45 here because I have a whole bunch of
00:25:47 examples of that issue but anyways
00:25:50 here’s the one that you
00:25:52 want yeah and it said he said unto me
00:25:55 behold the Virgin whom th seest is the
00:25:57 mother of God
00:25:59 oh after the man wait wait not the
00:26:02 sun
00:26:05 no ah
00:26:09 no yeah and I
00:26:12 for people who are trinitarian or Bram
00:26:16 my godhead that’s a problem that’s a
00:26:20 change yeah well that’s those who
00:26:23 believe in modalism is I do in us on the
00:26:27 call
00:26:29 that’s not a change
00:26:31 right it’s actually just um simply
00:26:38 highlighting um simply it simply
00:26:40 highlights the process whereby
00:26:44 um y put off the father became the
00:26:49 son right now I do know Joseph Smith
00:26:53 made this correction or this I don’t
00:26:56 know if correction is the best word here
00:26:58 uh
00:27:00 change um I don’t see any Mal
00:27:04 inent uh I can see that he’s reading it
00:27:07 through trying to correct errors that
00:27:09 the printer uh guy did I never remember
00:27:12 his name Brandon yeah because he did
00:27:16 make some mistakes and you can see that
00:27:18 in the work of Royal scowen um and
00:27:21 they’re just honest
00:27:23 mistakes um there there are nothing uh
00:27:26 malici that I that I see but
00:27:29 anyway um but I can
00:27:34 see why Joseph
00:27:36 Smith accidentally changed this one
00:27:39 because the birth
00:27:42 could generally speaking would go more
00:27:45 with the title or
00:27:47 mode and modalism of the
00:27:52 sun yeah but just the um the Hebrew the
00:27:58 Hebrew word for Virgin actually simply
00:28:03 indicates someone who has someone for
00:28:06 whom the birth canal has not yet opened
00:28:08 or been passed through
00:28:11 no no it that’s the Greek idea um the
00:28:15 Hebrew is that no I’m not saying
00:28:18 that in other words I’m talking about a
00:28:21 in other words a child passing through
00:28:24 it still that’s still not a virgin a
00:28:27 virgin is actually better translated as
00:28:30 maiden and it’s a woman of child age it
00:28:33 doesn’t matter if she’s born or not and
00:28:35 you can even see this in
00:28:38 Isaiah uh Isaiah calls his wife a virgin
00:28:42 even after she has had a child
00:28:45 because childing age true true woman of
00:28:50 child true
00:28:52 true um so anyways but there is
00:28:55 something special that needs to happen
00:28:58 with the first
00:29:00 born um so there’s some significance
00:29:04 there but not on the word maen it right
00:29:07 not not it’s not in the word virgin okay
00:29:11 so um but even that idea the firstborn
00:29:14 even comes with even plants and animals
00:29:18 so that’s true that’s true um that that
00:29:21 that that those are they’re closely
00:29:24 related but they are different right
00:29:28 yeah yeah sorry about
00:29:31 that okay that’s fine do you want to
00:29:33 read more from first Nephi 11 yeah but
00:29:36 this is this is the this is the thing
00:29:39 but this is the thing the condescension
00:29:41 of God came
00:29:43 down left his glory
00:29:46 by joined
00:29:48 mortality as a
00:29:50 mortal and be and by obedience to his
00:29:54 law regained his power and was able to
00:29:57 work Mighty
00:30:00 Miracles and
00:30:02 including uh and because he never broke
00:30:05 his
00:30:06 law as a mortal man he was able to be
00:30:10 the sin offering for all of
00:30:13 us this is the condescension of
00:30:16 God it’s not him sending his son down uh
00:30:21 so that somebody else could suffer bleed
00:30:23 and die for our sins that’s aent
00:30:26 someone’s sending someone else to pay
00:30:28 other people’s debt is a vengeful dog
00:30:31 god right uh someone coming down himself
00:30:36 is a merciful god and so God puts by his
00:30:41 glory condescends to become
00:30:44 mortal
00:30:47 and and it’s really it it’s really quite
00:30:53 beautiful it’s a quite a beautiful
00:30:56 concept yeah the that that he would that
00:31:00 he loved us enough not only to come down
00:31:03 and bear the pains and sin the pain well
00:31:06 not the sins but the pain well
00:31:08 eventually the sins but the pain just
00:31:12 the basic pain of the existence of
00:31:21 mortality came down to experience
00:31:24 that and
00:31:26 also to to provide us a perfect example
00:31:31 of what a mortal man can
00:31:34 do yep um so I bet you’ll be fine if I
00:31:39 bring something up that not
00:31:47 problem and I’m sure you’re going to
00:31:49 want to read it oh
00:31:51 absolutely I think you know where I’m
00:31:55 going yeah
00:31:59 okay where do you want me to start word
00:32:01 start where you want but I know one of
00:32:03 the key wordss is showing so I that for
00:32:06 you
00:32:09 okay the son okay and they are the
00:32:13 father and the son the father being a
00:32:15 personage of spirit glory and power
00:32:18 possessing of all Perfection and
00:32:20 fullness the son who was in the bosom of
00:32:23 the father a personage of Tabernacle
00:32:26 made or fashioned like to man or being
00:32:28 in the form and likeness of man or
00:32:31 rather man was formed after his likeness
00:32:33 and In His Image he is also the express
00:32:36 image and likeness of the personage of
00:32:38 the father possessing all the fullness
00:32:42 of the father
00:32:43 or the same fullness with the father
00:32:47 being begotten of him and was ordained
00:32:50 from before the foundation of the world
00:32:53 to be a
00:32:54 propitiation or an atonement
00:32:58 for the sins of all those who should
00:33:00 believe on his name atoning for the
00:33:03 broken
00:33:04 Covenant and is called the son because
00:33:08 of the Flesh and descended in suffering
00:33:10 below that which man can suffer or in
00:33:13 other words suffered greater sufferings
00:33:16 and was exposed to more powerful
00:33:18 contradictions than any man can be but
00:33:22 not withstanding all this he kept the
00:33:25 law of God and remained with without sin
00:33:29 showing thereby that it is in the power
00:33:31 of man to keep the law and remain also
00:33:35 without sin and also that by him a
00:33:38 righteous judgment might come upon All
00:33:40 Flesh and that all who walk not in the
00:33:43 law of God may justly be condemned by
00:33:47 the law and have no excuse for their
00:33:52 sins wait wait what why
00:33:55 why no excuses
00:33:58 oh okay it is possible for Mortal man to
00:34:03 live the law Deuteronomy chapter 30 if
00:34:05 you could pull that uping
00:34:34 you remember the verse or you want me to
00:34:35 search for key
00:34:41 word go uh start we’ll start in verse
00:34:49 six
00:34:50 and shall circumcise thine heart and the
00:34:54 Heart of thy
00:34:55 seed to love y Elohim with all thy heart
00:35:01 with all thy soul that thou mayest live
00:35:04 and Elohim will put all these curses
00:35:08 upon thine enemies and upon them that
00:35:11 hate thee which persecuted thee and thou
00:35:13 shalt return and obey the voice of Y and
00:35:16 do all his Commandments which I have
00:35:19 which I commanded thee this day and Y th
00:35:22 Elohim will make thee plenteous in every
00:35:25 work of thine hand and the fruit of thy
00:35:27 body and in the fruit of thy cattle and
00:35:29 the fruit of thy land for good for y
00:35:31 will will again Rejoice over thee for
00:35:34 good as he rejoiced over thy fathers if
00:35:36 thou wil hearken unto the voice of Y
00:35:39 Elohim to keep his Commandments and his
00:35:41 statutes which are written in this book
00:35:43 of the law and if thou turn unto the
00:35:46 Lord unto y Elohim with all thine heart
00:35:49 and with all thy soul for this
00:35:52 commandment which I command thee this
00:35:53 day it is not hidden from thee
00:35:59 neither is it far off it’s not too hard
00:36:04 for you wait what
00:36:08 what did it just say it’s not too hard
00:36:12 no I said I this is me expounding on
00:36:16 that sure sure sure it is not hidden
00:36:17 from thee neither is it far off it’s not
00:36:19 too hard for you right right and then um
00:36:23 it is not in heaven that thou should say
00:36:25 who shall go up for us to heaven and
00:36:28 bring it down to us that we may hear it
00:36:30 and do it you know it’s not in heaven
00:36:33 that you have to spend four hours on
00:36:34 your knees asking for a single
00:36:35 commandment begging for a single
00:36:37 commandment yeah actually here I’m gonna
00:36:40 Sidetrack you just for one second along
00:36:44 those lines DNC
00:36:46 59 and then we can go back but that goes
00:36:49 right along how you don’t have to be on
00:36:52 your knees for four hours to find out
00:36:54 what you’re supposed to do you’re not
00:36:59 you’re not supposed to the problem is if
00:37:01 that’s going on someone else might
00:37:03 answer you right because you’re trying
00:37:07 you’re trying to force God you just did
00:37:08 62 I think you went into
00:37:11 62 go back up to the sorry sorry my bad
00:37:16 I I meant 59 does that count yeah sure
00:37:20 sure we’ll give you
00:37:22 credit the intentions were good the
00:37:26 intentions were good I mean I meant to
00:37:28 do it doesn’t that matter yeah here we
00:37:31 are wait a minute I I’m gonna answer my
00:37:34 own question i7 no you actually
00:37:36 [Laughter]
00:37:39 have and here so here we are in doctrine
00:37:41 of covenants 59 21 through 22 these are
00:37:45 probably this is 59 84 88 93 and 59 are
00:37:51 my four favorite sections in the
00:37:53 doctrine of covenants but here we are in
00:37:56 59
00:37:58 uh verses 21 and 22 and in nothing doth
00:38:01 man offend God or against none is his
00:38:05 wrath kindled save those who confess not
00:38:08 his hand in all
00:38:10 things and and subsequently keep not his
00:38:19 Commandments yeah behold this is
00:38:22 according to the law and the prophets
00:38:24 wait a minute so I’m just going to
00:38:26 retranslate that word
00:38:29 Torah and the commentary from the
00:38:32 prophets
00:38:34 right right because that’s what the
00:38:37 prophets that what the prophecies are
00:38:40 about they’re
00:38:42 about they are extrapolating from porah
00:38:46 the punishments and the blessings for
00:38:49 the righteous and the
00:38:51 wicked and what they’re supposed to be
00:38:53 doing and it’s not just that but also
00:38:56 what they’re supposed to be doing and
00:38:57 right and what will what will cause them
00:38:59 to be both righteous and wicked um
00:39:03 wherefore trouble me what wait wait
00:39:05 wherefore trouble me no more wait wa
00:39:07 wait wait wait wait a minute and
00:39:09 also who who’s saying this prayer and
00:39:12 getting this response oh yeah it’s
00:39:13 Joseph Smith the
00:39:16 prophet of the restoration and who is
00:39:18 saying who is saying this to Joseph
00:39:20 Smith Yahweh Yeshua I’m more prone to
00:39:24 say Yahweh because of where it’s at but
00:39:27 yes whatever wherefore trouble me no
00:39:31 more concerning this
00:39:34 matter you’re don’t ask me
00:39:37 anymore if you’re out there praying over
00:39:40 whether you should obey any part of any
00:39:43 part of the law that is written in his
00:39:45 word you are under condemnation for you
00:39:49 are taking lightly the New Covenant
00:39:52 according to the doctrine Covenant
00:39:53 section 84 verse 57
00:39:58 yeah um but here and I I do find verse
00:40:03 23 very telling why he says don’t ask me
00:40:07 anymore because you’ve already been
00:40:09 given the answer right right so go ahead
00:40:11 and read verse 23 but learn that he who
00:40:15 doeth the works of righteousness shall
00:40:17 receive the wait a minute works of
00:40:21 righteousness oh oh oh wait wait a
00:40:24 minute where’s that defined again oh
00:40:27 yeah in verse 22 and are the works of
00:40:30 righteousness in verse 22 are the works
00:40:33 of righteousness synonymous with dead
00:40:35 Works no no but works of righteousness
00:40:39 are according to what Yahweh said is is
00:40:43 Holy right holy and righteousness
00:40:47 cinnamons right it’s according to it’s
00:40:49 according to Torah so my point is to
00:40:52 also lead from that from that as a uh
00:40:56 ref reputation to this idea that dead
00:40:59 Works were the works of the
00:41:02 law uh right that that we we if we want
00:41:06 to get into Paul we
00:41:08 can’t but but I’m just saying but I’m
00:41:11 just saying that this actually clearly
00:41:12 refutes that idea because the works of
00:41:14 righteousness are the works of Torah
00:41:16 right right uh and and I just want to
00:41:20 partly being funny and partly being
00:41:22 serious but righteousness holy both
00:41:27 point to Torah righteousness and holy
00:41:29 are
00:41:30 cinnamons and cinnamon makes things
00:41:33 taste so much better so that’s why we
00:41:35 should be doing Torah anyways there we
00:41:38 go there we go I do love cinnamon but
00:41:41 anyways cinnamon on the serious
00:41:44 note uh Torah tastes like honey and that
00:41:47 is what why it does taste like honey and
00:41:51 just and and have you ever had uh have
00:41:53 you ever had uh honey flavored with
00:41:56 cinnamon
00:41:58 um I don’t think I recommend it I
00:42:02 recommend I highly recommend it okay I
00:42:04 I’ll I’ll uh work on tasting that
00:42:09 yeah all it said shall receive his
00:42:12 reward wait who receives the
00:42:15 reward he who doth the works of
00:42:18 righteousness that uh he already told us
00:42:21 what it
00:42:23 is you don’t have to pray on your knees
00:42:26 for four hours to find out it’s not a
00:42:29 and just to go back to Deuteronomy
00:42:31 chapter 32 it’s Chapter 30 it’s not let
00:42:34 let me say one other last thing uh real
00:42:36 quick before we go back to Deuteronomy
00:42:38 30 so if you think you need to be led in
00:42:43 all things that you have to pray for
00:42:45 four hours to get all the
00:42:47 details uh there’s another statement
00:42:49 from Yahweh in his
00:42:51 Revelations he who is commanded to uh in
00:42:55 all things is slothful and not a wise
00:43:00 servant
00:43:04 yeah so with that do now do you want to
00:43:06 go back to Deuteronomy 30 yeah let’s go
00:43:08 back to Deuteronomy 30 um back where we
00:43:11 were there uh and it’s back to the idea
00:43:14 it’s not a far off it’s not in heaven
00:43:17 it’s not it it’s not stuck in heaven I
00:43:20 should say though Psalms tells us that
00:43:23 all matter all matters Torah are settled
00:43:26 in heaven for et ET um right meaning
00:43:30 that’s where they were decided what to
00:43:33 do what they what is righteous and
00:43:36 how what the punishments are for when
00:43:40 you’re break it when you’re Wicked when
00:43:43 you’re sitting right yes so yes exactly
00:43:48 so it’s not out it’s it’s um you don’t
00:43:52 have to spend hours on your knees you
00:43:53 don’t have to go away in a ship
00:43:57 and F and find the find the treasured
00:44:02 document because for many of us for many
00:44:07 of us the basics of it I believe I
00:44:10 believe sincerely that for many people
00:44:12 the basics of Torah are written on their
00:44:14 hearts yes the basic and and for it’s
00:44:18 written in all adults okay and that is
00:44:21 from scriptures Book of Mormon Old
00:44:24 Testament New Testament and the DNC
00:44:27 um right and I I’m saying adults on
00:44:30 purpose okay it’s not an all children um
00:44:32 but so they and so and so we don’t have
00:44:36 to go far for it at all um but uh it
00:44:40 would be good to search Torah for
00:44:44 answers rather
00:44:45 than to spend more time searching Torah
00:44:48 for answers and less time
00:44:52 um wait a minute that sounds like those
00:44:55 who seek
00:44:57 but and and that also goes along how
00:45:01 Yahweh in the DNC was it 89 first you
00:45:05 should study it out and then ask me not
00:45:07 just ask what right I I think we can not
00:45:11 saying that we shouldn’t ask God but
00:45:13 rather that we should spend more time
00:45:14 searching it out before we take a before
00:45:18 we
00:45:20 take a semiformed conclusion to him hey
00:45:24 so Stephen let’s open up Dean c section
00:45:28 I want to say it’s either DNC 9 yeah
00:45:31 let’s open up DNC 9 okay so I I’ll do
00:45:33 that let me do one other thing real
00:45:35 quick that goes along with Deuteronomy
00:45:37 30 okay and then we’ll do that okay yeah
00:45:40 so um I want to
00:45:44 share at the risk of sounding lame a
00:45:49 seminary Mastery
00:45:51 scripture but it is a
00:45:55 synthesis of what Ben just shared with
00:45:58 us
00:46:00 okay um so this is Nei for when
00:46:04 Lehi was you know giving the Commandment
00:46:06 that they needed to go get the brass
00:46:09 plates uh which actually in first part
00:46:12 of mosiah brings out if Lehi hadn’t had
00:46:15 the
00:46:17 plates he wouldn’t have been able to
00:46:19 keep Torah not that well he could have
00:46:24 still kept it if he was on his knees for
00:46:26 four hours is actually just plain out
00:46:30 stating in simple
00:46:32 terms he needed the brass plates meaning
00:46:36 I’m really emphasizing here with Ben
00:46:39 it’s not about being on your knees for
00:46:40 four hours it’s about reading and
00:46:45 studying his
00:46:47 already given words and my question my
00:46:51 qu and a further question off of this
00:46:54 idea is did Paul did the Apostle Paul
00:46:56 tell us to pray for to pray for hours
00:46:59 days so that we may stand approved or
00:47:00 did he s us to study that we may stand
00:47:03 approved uh well I don’t have everything
00:47:06 memorized but it was the
00:47:08 study
00:47:20 yeah uh but what do I know it’s just
00:47:24 scriptures but just making sure that we
00:47:27 bring this full circle okay wait a wait
00:47:30 let me let’s read the first you haven’t
00:47:32 read it okay my bad we have a I I I I I
00:47:35 was being
00:47:39 iy are we anyways it came to pass that I
00:47:42 Nephi said unto my father Lehi I will go
00:47:46 and do the things which Yahweh had
00:47:49 commanded okay for I know that Yahweh
00:47:54 giveth no commandment Okay so
00:47:58 uh Yahweh gives no commandment unto the
00:48:00 children of men save or
00:48:03 accept yahwe shall prepare a way for
00:48:08 them or make a way for them that they
00:48:12 may accomplish the thing which ye Yahweh
00:48:16 commanded them oh wait a minute
00:48:18 so just put it simply if Yahweh
00:48:22 command he makes a way that you can do
00:48:25 it
00:48:26 which
00:48:28 means there’s no excuse for any
00:48:31 sin yeah
00:48:34 mhm and and including including he made
00:48:37 a way for us to he made a way for the
00:48:40 Slate to be WIP for our past the Slate
00:48:43 of our past sins to be wiped clean so we
00:48:45 could be found spotless as he
00:48:48 himself in this in the in the form of
00:48:51 the
00:48:52 sun became sin
00:48:58 I I I like to I think a better
00:48:59 translation was that he took on sin but
00:49:02 anyway yeah well you know I’m fine with
00:49:04 that the became sin comes so much
00:49:07 carries so much of the
00:49:10 um so much of the uh symbolism of the
00:49:13 day of
00:49:16 atonement yeah I I I agree with that um
00:49:20 it maybe still I still have somewhat of
00:49:23 a Greek mind so anyways yeah it’s uh he
00:49:27 became sin so that we could be sinless
00:49:31 that our sins the sins of our past could
00:49:34 be blotted away yes and of the past is a
00:49:38 key word yes yes um and so we can be
00:49:47 perfect because of the because of the
00:49:49 great
00:49:51 love that yes
00:49:55 that has for his
00:50:01 children we
00:50:03 can live we can walk blameless before
00:50:06 God and be perfect in Our
00:50:12 Generations yes we we although so just
00:50:16 to resolve a little issue that some
00:50:18 people might
00:50:20 thinking we all have sinned in the past
00:50:23 except Yeshua so if someone comes up and
00:50:26 tells you that you’re they have not
00:50:28 sinned they are liars but that verse
00:50:32 does not say
00:50:36 that of the
00:50:38 future that says it of the past you can
00:50:42 keep the law from here on
00:50:45 going right right and it’s not it and
00:50:50 when you
00:50:52 dwell in the Savior and when you dwell
00:50:56 in the savior and what he’s done for
00:51:00 you the Motive Power to do so is
00:51:03 not too difficult to achieve
00:51:09 yeah okay so I think uh with that we can
00:51:13 go to the verse that Matt wants right
00:51:17 yes DNC section nine
00:51:21 okay and this is to flesh out an earlier
00:51:24 Point regarding uh study before prayer
00:51:28 yeah yeah that way you don’t have to
00:51:30 spend four hours on your knees and by
00:51:33 the way you’re not working out the
00:51:36 answers with Yahweh when you spend four
00:51:38 hours on your knees you’re working out
00:51:41 the answers with a demon or your inner
00:51:45 self sorry that’s just the way it is now
00:51:49 he says go study it out and then take it
00:51:52 to him yeah so it out with him right
00:51:56 starting in uh seven let’s start in
00:52:00 seven to get some context or actually
00:52:03 six okay do not murmur my son for it is
00:52:07 wisdom that I have dealt with you after
00:52:10 this manner wisdom in me that I well
00:52:13 yeah what yes you’re right sorry misread
00:52:17 behold you have not understood you have
00:52:20 supposed that I would give it unto you
00:52:23 when
00:52:25 you it was to ask me wait wait wait a
00:52:28 minute so if all I do is get on my knees
00:52:32 for 4 hours just to Simply ask is it
00:52:35 could it be talking about something
00:52:37 along those lines no or if or if all I
00:52:41 do to receive the information is sit
00:52:45 through a couple hour long pre an hour
00:52:48 to two hour
00:52:50 presentation that’s very that’s geared
00:52:52 to get me to an emotional place where
00:52:55 I’m ready to accept and then just get
00:52:58 down on my knees and pray right
00:53:01 there yeah th this verse seven condemns
00:53:05 both what I bring out or brought out and
00:53:08 what Ben brought out that is not what
00:53:13 how prayers are answered well from
00:53:15 Yahweh Elohim the god of Abraham Isaac
00:53:17 and Jacob that’s not how it works with
00:53:19 him Satan will do whatever the hell he
00:53:22 can to get you to listen to him the word
00:53:25 choice absolutely intentional verse 8
00:53:29 but behold I say unto you okay now you
00:53:33 thought that I would give it to you but
00:53:35 for just asking and not thinking about
00:53:38 it but behold I say unto you that you
00:53:40 must study it out in your mind oh you’ve
00:53:43 got to think about it and then you must
00:53:46 ask me if it be
00:53:51 right
00:53:53 right ask me if it’s right after after
00:53:56 you’ve studied it out and you’ve come to
00:53:59 a conclusion then bring the conclusion
00:54:01 to the Lord don’t sit there and say I’m
00:54:04 going to make up a sentence and then I’m
00:54:06 gonna ask actually let you mind if I
00:54:09 actually pull something else out that
00:54:11 I’m seeing here absolutely sure are you
00:54:13 ready or should okay so so
00:54:16 Torah is a revelation of the mind and
00:54:18 will of yah yeah yeah so you study it
00:54:21 out in your own
00:54:23 mind and then you must ask me if it be
00:54:26 right or you or look in
00:54:34 Torah the revelation of the mind and
00:54:36 will of
00:54:38 Y ask me if it be right and if it is
00:54:42 right I will cause that your bosom shall
00:54:45 burn within you now a lot of people
00:54:48 think of the you know the interesting
00:54:51 thing is I’ve had many instances
00:54:54 especially recently whereas I’ve been
00:54:56 reading Torah my bosom
00:55:01 burned um and it’s it’s a physical
00:55:05 sensation but it’s more than
00:55:09 that it’s a it’s it’s spiritual as your
00:55:13 as your spirit is actually reacting to
00:55:16 being in contact with the mind and will
00:55:18 of Y it’s
00:55:21 intelligence your
00:55:24 intelligence right it’s
00:55:26 it’s a re Revelation is what ignites
00:55:30 this fire it’s not some kind of chemical
00:55:33 reaction it’s an intelligence that
00:55:35 ignites this fire so if I can interject
00:55:38 a little bit sure so this Burning I do
00:55:43 believe points to being the presence of
00:55:47 Yahweh yeah because uh if we’re a sinful
00:55:52 men and we go in his presence we’re
00:55:53 going to burn and if because of the
00:55:57 glory the honor which comes from
00:56:01 Torah yes and him keeping it perfectly
00:56:04 that’s why I’m saying it it’s related to
00:56:06 that yes and you shall feel and you
00:56:10 shall feel that it is right so that
00:56:13 feeling that it is right it is the
00:56:15 feeling of pure
00:56:19 intelligence that feeling that it is
00:56:22 right it is pure intelligence it’s it’s
00:56:26 not a chemical reaction kind of feeling
00:56:29 and then also it makes it so you can
00:56:31 discern so after
00:56:34 Moses um met with Yahweh and got
00:56:38 confirmation and things and got other
00:56:40 answers
00:56:41 right the devil came and then the devil
00:56:44 came right and and Moses could discern
00:56:48 because he knew it was right and wrong
00:56:50 where these
00:56:52 people there’s a lot of people that
00:56:54 claim they’re getting these answers but
00:56:56 yet they still can’t discern things
00:56:59 right and they even with on the subject
00:57:01 that they’re claiming they got an answer
00:57:02 on so did they really they can’t discern
00:57:05 things that they they can’t discern
00:57:06 things that they got a revelation on the
00:57:09 Revelation did not give them any light
00:57:11 did it right did not give because that’s
00:57:15 what light does for us it helps us to
00:57:16 discern that which is in the
00:57:20 shadows yep uh where if you you think
00:57:24 you got an answer but you still can’t
00:57:25 discern
00:57:27 you might want to question where you got
00:57:29 your answer right you might so yeah and
00:57:34 and so but if it be not right you shall
00:57:38 have no such feelings but you shall have
00:57:40 a stuper of thought that shall cause you
00:57:43 to forget the thing which is wrong and I
00:57:45 have actually experienced that as I have
00:57:47 taken a thought that as I have taken a
00:57:51 thought that I had worked out thought
00:57:54 was pretty cool and I brought it before
00:57:57 Tor and
00:57:59 I it was clearly refuted and I uh and
00:58:04 it’s resulted in uh it resulted in great
00:58:08 discomfort
00:58:12 discomfort yeah and I I’ve I’ve had that
00:58:15 happen too
00:58:18 I I I remember uh
00:58:22 earlier in my life when I thought I got
00:58:24 something from Yahweh because it was
00:58:26 cool and awesome sorry awesome um but as
00:58:31 I’ve grown in the word and his actual
00:58:34 word I look back and I
00:58:37 know it was just my own
00:58:40 pride and my own heart cell where some
00:58:45 people have copyrighted that but I mean
00:58:47 we do it to ourselves all the time oh
00:58:49 yeah yeah it’s just that somebody got
00:58:52 smart enough to actually make a patent
00:58:54 on it yeah yeah and make money off of it
00:58:57 uh because they Lovecraft but anyways
00:58:59 that’s another
00:59:02 subject um anyways um so it when you
00:59:07 first start out it it it can be
00:59:10 difficult okay and that’s part of the
00:59:13 reason I will say that that’s why Yahweh
00:59:16 wants PE new people in the word to seek
00:59:20 out teachers who are actually keeping
00:59:24 the word and
00:59:26 bringing that because that’s actually
00:59:27 how benad says it in I think Mah 18 give
00:59:32 or take anyways that’s El that would be
00:59:36 Elma has a benad oh yeah yeah yeah that
00:59:39 that’s that’s what I meant that’s what I
00:59:42 was thinking but not my mouth saying
00:59:44 sorry so
00:59:45 yeah uh it has to do with Al after a
00:59:49 benad so but that is in mosiah it’s in
00:59:52 the book of mosiah that’s yeah the Elder
00:59:57 yeah but he only called teachers from
00:59:59 among the people who were keeping the
01:00:01 law themselves
01:00:03 correct for it is a fool who calls
01:00:07 teachers who are not keeping the law
01:00:09 right and and part of the reason I would
01:00:12 say that’s the case is because Yahweh
01:00:14 him or Yeshua even in the New Testament
01:00:16 States if you don’t keep it you don’t
01:00:19 understand it
01:00:22 right yeah the thing is of yah
01:00:30 you cannot have a great you cannot have
01:00:34 the greater understanding of them you
01:00:36 might know them in your
01:00:37 head but you don’t really understand
01:00:40 them corre it’s a difference between
01:00:43 knowledge and wisdom
01:00:45 right
01:00:47 yeah
01:00:49 um anyways uh do we want to keep going
01:00:52 in DNC 9 no that is the basic gist of it
01:00:56 because basically it goes on to talk
01:00:59 about he was given the ability to
01:01:02 translate but now it the time is he
01:01:05 feared and the time has passed for him
01:01:07 to no longer have to translate it’s got
01:01:09 to translation has to go back to Joseph
01:01:11 Smith uh that kind of that kind of thing
01:01:17 so the rest is not really gerain to the
01:01:20 subject of hand which is you do not
01:01:24 spend four hours on your knees if you
01:01:28 are doing that you are inviting hasatan
01:01:31 or Satan into your life and you are not
01:01:37 building well unless that unless that
01:01:39 four hours is spent pleading for
01:01:42 forgiveness of your sins well
01:01:44 right that’s different than asking for
01:01:47 answers though right that’s true that’s
01:01:50 what I’m talking about is answers right
01:01:53 yeah well the I’m I’m just
01:01:56 yeah it’s a good
01:01:58 clarification point to is enus spending
01:02:01 hours on his knees praying for
01:02:03 forgiveness of his sins and I was like
01:02:04 yes well he’s praying for forgiveness of
01:02:06 his sins he’s not praying to get uh
01:02:09 special mystery uh special Mysteries 101
01:02:12 from Y no right right or or what telling
01:02:16 him what to do also right
01:02:20 yeah and I I I mean I was not there okay
01:02:25 but I spe ulate the reason why it took
01:02:27 hours CU he was not in the
01:02:30 right place initially and it took him
01:02:33 hours to get into the right
01:02:36 place I I know that might not be
01:02:38 speaking very nicely of enus
01:02:42 but it’s going off of personal knowledge
01:02:45 and scriptures if you’re in the right
01:02:48 place it for asking for repentance it
01:02:52 doesn’t take that long if you want not
01:02:55 in the right right place it can take
01:02:57 that long when when I pray when I prayed
01:03:01 for forgiveness of my sins when I was in
01:03:03 the right
01:03:05 place it was
01:03:09 almost I didn’t have to pray for more
01:03:11 than 10
01:03:17 minutes because and the 10 minutes was
01:03:20 mostly just to actually so that I could
01:03:23 actually fully understand
01:03:26 where I
01:03:27 was what I had
01:03:31 done um and what it was that I needed to
01:03:34 repent
01:03:39 of
01:03:41 understanding yeah so on enus I will
01:03:46 bring this out I find it
01:03:50 purposeful that in the account about Ena
01:03:52 praying about being forgiven of his sins
01:03:56 it brings out that he has his bow and
01:03:59 arrow with him yes and that he was
01:04:03 hunting so he’s searching but bow and
01:04:06 arrow are symbolic of Torah so here he
01:04:10 is being asking the praying for his
01:04:14 forgiveness of breaking the
01:04:16 law which is Torah Because unless you
01:04:19 know Torah you’re not going to
01:04:22 know why you need to even ask for for
01:04:25 forgiveness because you hadn’t sinned if
01:04:27 you don’t know
01:04:30 Torah so I do find it meaningful that
01:04:34 enus had a bow and arrow what represents
01:04:37 Torah with him and that he was out
01:04:39 hunting
01:04:41 seeking when he prayed to receive
01:04:44 forgiveness because those are two things
01:04:47 that are needed to know the law thus to
01:04:50 know that I’m a sinful man I said I
01:04:56 and the uh and then for my uh when I
01:05:00 received um and that was for that was
01:05:04 for an initial that was for an initial
01:05:06 forgiveness before I got baptized and
01:05:08 when I received uh the baptism of
01:05:13 fire that as my knowledge had
01:05:17 increased of the law that required more
01:05:20 time in prayer
01:05:27 um because because my knowledge was
01:05:30 increased but not my
01:05:34 understanding understanding comes with
01:05:36 time right as you keep it and it starts
01:05:40 to actually mean something and so and so
01:05:43 I had to be brought to understanding
01:05:45 before I could be
01:05:47 brought
01:05:50 to before I could be brought to um
01:05:59 and
01:06:00 I and I had and I had to make and I had
01:06:04 to enter into that Covenant with
01:06:06 y y um in that
01:06:10 moment uh I covenanted with him that I
01:06:13 would
01:06:14 do whatever he asked me to
01:06:18 do and it’s interesting that my
01:06:21 instructions upon receiving the baptism
01:06:23 of fire were now that you have tasted
01:06:26 the goodness of God invite all who will
01:06:29 to the marriage supper of the
01:06:34 Lamb sounds like Lehi and
01:06:38 first and uh the other on the and so
01:06:43 it’s
01:06:46 uh and I’ve been and I’ve been trying to
01:06:49 do that ever
01:06:51 since regardless of what other people
01:06:53 may have felt
01:06:56 about my attempts to do
01:06:58 so well it’s between you and Yahweh not
01:07:01 you and the world that’s right
01:07:05 um people people judge unrighteous slay
01:07:09 all the
01:07:10 time
01:07:12 [Music]
01:07:14 yeah and
01:07:17 uh they this and most of the time it’s
01:07:21 when they’re judging the intent of a
01:07:22 person’s heart for we know for no man
01:07:25 can know the intent of another man’s
01:07:27 heart well and then I would even add
01:07:29 because most people don’t know Torah or
01:07:32 even believe it’s still valid they’re
01:07:34 not even just
01:07:36 judging actions correctly regardless of
01:07:40 the heart this is this is correct this
01:07:43 is
01:07:44 correct um because no man can judge the
01:07:47 heart no so we learn where do we learn
01:07:51 that Stephen in 1
01:07:54 Samuel uh
01:07:55 I’m going to say Torah but I’m sure
01:07:57 there’s other places I just don’t know
01:07:59 any off top my head well uh first Samuel
01:08:01 when Samuel goes to judge the sons of
01:08:04 Jesse to choose the next king oh yeah
01:08:08 okay I know what you’re getting at that
01:08:11 all I have but all I have to say is that
01:08:14 regardless of how long it took me in
01:08:16 prayer to get to and to get to
01:08:18 forgiveness and to being born
01:08:23 again I know that I have
01:08:27 been the Ben scoot over a little
01:08:31 bit I know that I have been born
01:08:35 again and I know that I am a new man in
01:08:39 Yeshua
01:08:40 hamashiach not an old man with new
01:08:45 excuses and uh as a result my tolerance
01:08:50 for sin is
01:08:51 actually
01:08:54 uh is severely decreased over what it
01:08:57 used to
01:08:59 be but at the same time I see why people
01:09:03 do
01:09:05 it but at the same
01:09:08 time it pains
01:09:11 me my sin the the sin the sins that I
01:09:15 have committed in my past no longer pain
01:09:17 me because I am born again and they are
01:09:20 washed
01:09:22 away so no man can use a sin from my pth
01:09:26 to Blackmail me because I’m not
01:09:29 emotionally connected to them
01:09:35 anymore I’m born of the spirit man of
01:09:42 God and I can tell you that when you
01:09:45 have been born of the spirit a man of
01:09:48 God
01:09:58 Oh’s Frozen I’m GNA
01:10:01 pause
01:10:04 okay okay well uh apparently the uh
01:10:08 while I was relating my experience the
01:10:11 internet on my side kind of got a little
01:10:15 unstable uh but uh I’m going to try to
01:10:19 pick up where I believe it left off and
01:10:23 it
01:10:24 is that I
01:10:26 am a new man born
01:10:30 again born in the fire born born of uh
01:10:35 born in the blood of the lamb and born
01:10:38 in the
01:10:39 water Born Again of the
01:10:43 spirit working working towards the work
01:10:47 working towards the working towards the
01:10:49 final
01:10:50 baptism where my uh where I have been
01:10:54 judged and where I have been judged to
01:10:56 have kept my
01:10:58 Covenant with yopa that I will obey all
01:11:01 of his
01:11:02 Commandments which he has given to us in
01:11:06 his Torah and the prophets and I can
01:11:09 tell you to the man born again the Torah
01:11:14 is not too far off it is not too hard
01:11:18 for you to do and I will add if you have
01:11:22 truly been born
01:11:24 again and stayed that way that is your
01:11:29 desire right now I do understand when
01:11:33 you first born again you don’t
01:11:34 understand these things but that’s why I
01:11:36 said stayed them and that’s that’s the
01:11:42 other oh shortly after I had my baptism
01:11:45 of fire um as I was praying to know what
01:11:49 I should do
01:11:51 now okay I’ve had this wonderful
01:11:53 experience what do I do now
01:11:57 um you know outside of doing my
01:11:59 missionary work and what have you
01:12:03 um the answer came back to me study my
01:12:10 law you mean like DNC 59 that Yahweh
01:12:14 said to Joseph
01:12:15 Smith yep he said study my
01:12:20 law which was a very hard thing for me
01:12:23 to do because the teaching at that time
01:12:25 that I was receiving at that time was
01:12:27 telling me that the law was
01:12:32 irrelevant when I first started on this
01:12:35 thing I I had
01:12:40 something somewhat similar but different
01:12:42 at the same time if that makes sense and
01:12:44 hopefully if I explain this a little bit
01:12:46 it’ll make more
01:12:47 clear uh I grew up with I kind of
01:12:51 started this route down with someone who
01:12:52 grew up a Pharisee I I mean Orthodox Jew
01:12:57 well wait a minute they’re the same
01:12:58 thing they’re the same they’re the same
01:12:59 thing I know um fact Orthodox Jews Pride
01:13:04 themselves on being able to do their
01:13:07 Authority back to the Pharisees okay so
01:13:10 right there there’s not an orthodox
01:13:11 Rabbi that cannot Trace their the
01:13:14 lineage of their ordination back to the
01:13:18 Pharisees right so but anyways they have
01:13:22 they love their oral law which really SC
01:13:25 screws up yahweh’s written law and I
01:13:28 didn’t know any better initially so I
01:13:30 was confused but when I
01:13:34 finally figured that out everything
01:13:37 started to click so it
01:13:41 it we’re all confused initially for
01:13:44 different reasons and that’s why it’s
01:13:46 good to get well yeah and in my
01:13:48 experience I was being taught that I was
01:13:50 supposed and this is why I dwell on this
01:13:52 a lot is I was being taught that I
01:13:55 needed to pray to receive my
01:13:58 Commandments the law had been rendered
01:14:01 irrelevant and now the law is given to
01:14:02 each of us as pray that’s what I was
01:14:04 being
01:14:06 taught um which is contrary to DNC 59 to
01:14:11 yes the prophet of the restoration
01:14:13 Joseph Smith right and so and so when I
01:14:16 received this instruction I was
01:14:18 like okay well this is interesting and I
01:14:22 but I started to but I started to do it
01:14:25 and instantly ran into uh ran into
01:14:28 issues with what we were doing with the
01:14:33 Sabbath and I was like
01:14:37 oh there’s nothing in the law about
01:14:40 Sabbath
01:14:42 Sunday
01:14:45 oh says seventh
01:14:49 day and that’s when I started uh that’s
01:14:52 when I started my um
01:14:55 I I refer to it as my Seventh Day
01:14:58 Adventist
01:14:59 um run of Sabbath day
01:15:02 observance um uh and I became a Saturday
01:15:05 Sabbath
01:15:07 person and this caused a great deal of
01:15:09 trouble for me with those whom with whom
01:15:12 I had been
01:15:15 associating uh and so you
01:15:18 know but
01:15:21 then I’m guessing it’s because y saw
01:15:24 that I was trying to obey his word that
01:15:27 I was trying to get more information on
01:15:28 his law that I was trying to be obedient
01:15:30 to his to what he had told me to
01:15:32 do he arranged for
01:15:34 me to actually get into conversation
01:15:37 with stepen Ratz
01:15:40 here who has augmented my knowledge of
01:15:43 the
01:15:44 law
01:15:46 exceedingly you’ve helped me
01:15:50 too uh well thank you uh
01:15:55 you know it’s all all we can do all we
01:15:57 can do is our
01:15:59 best on any given day sometimes my best
01:16:02 is better than
01:16:05 others I have my ups and downs too as
01:16:08 you’ve seen but anyway but um
01:16:13 the so and all of this to go back to
01:16:16 first Nephi 3:7 the Lord provides a
01:16:22 way when he gives a command
01:16:26 when he gives a command he provides a
01:16:30 way there’s no I I had no way of
01:16:34 actually being able I I was growing in
01:16:37 my ability to contextualize the Old
01:16:40 Testament already before I met stepen
01:16:43 but I had no idea how to relate how to
01:16:46 marry
01:16:49 the what is referred to as the old and
01:16:52 new Covenants
01:16:55 I was still looking for the way to marry
01:16:58 that to reconcile the
01:17:03 two um and
01:17:06 Stephen and the Lord provided me with a
01:17:08 man who
01:17:10 knew that it was a renewed
01:17:15 Covenant well it took me a while to
01:17:17 figure it out so I’m glad I could help
01:17:20 it be faster for you and uh so I was
01:17:23 able to and and that that for me was the
01:17:26 key and suddenly I
01:17:28 realized oh nothing’s obsolete nothing’s
01:17:34 void the words of yeh are the words of Y
01:17:38 are
01:17:39 true if he spoke it it will
01:17:42 return
01:17:44 fulfilled so one thing I will just add
01:17:47 and this is a technicality but I do
01:17:49 believe it’s an important one law of
01:17:51 Moses has done away but right but it
01:17:55 wased off Le had a certain period of
01:17:58 time right that it was supposed it it
01:18:01 was there to it was there for a purpose
01:18:03 to bring people to the school master um
01:18:06 or to the it was the school Master to
01:18:09 bring people to the
01:18:12 tutor yes um and it it points to his
01:18:16 atonement but people didn’t catch that
01:18:19 anyway right I’m just want to make
01:18:23 sure point my point still stands it was
01:18:27 not rendered obsolete its purpose had
01:18:31 been
01:18:33 completed sure sure it was a punishment
01:18:36 that
01:18:38 was supposed to point people to him
01:18:41 Yeshua and his atonement so they would
01:18:43 recognize it when it happened uh sadly
01:18:46 many did not yeah well they it’s because
01:18:49 they had put it’s because they had
01:18:52 raised their own traditions and their
01:18:54 own
01:18:55 practice of sacrifice above uh the
01:18:58 actual law that yah had given
01:19:02 them yes um I
01:19:06 agree um and
01:19:08 so but the point
01:19:13 is seek y seek Yeshua seek repentance
01:19:21 and forgiveness of your sins Covenant
01:19:24 with
01:19:25 y that you will keep all of his
01:19:29 Commandments because when you Covenant
01:19:32 with Yeshua you Covenant with
01:19:35 Y why because y was in
01:19:42 Yeshua and when Yeshua and when Yeshua
01:19:45 comes to on Earth to reign yaha will
01:19:48 again be in
01:19:53 Yeshua he still is um because he’s resed
01:19:57 and the spirit’s in the physical body
01:19:59 and the Book of Mormon says they will
01:20:00 never separate but that’s right so they
01:20:03 are in they are in each other when he
01:20:07 took on the
01:20:09 flesh he glorified it in
01:20:12 him through his through obedience to his
01:20:15 mind and will so since he was born
01:20:19 there’s only been three days and three
01:20:21 nights that that was not the case but
01:20:23 anyways pretty much
01:20:25 pretty
01:20:26 much but yeah so but yeah I just I I
01:20:31 would just encourage you uh I encourage
01:20:34 anybody who watches this video seek
01:20:38 Yeshua seek the Forgiveness of your sins
01:20:42 and Covenant with Yeshua that you will
01:20:45 obey all of yah’s Commandments for
01:20:48 Yeshua has spoken nothing of himself but
01:20:52 what yah has put in him
01:20:58 yeah and this is the New Covenant even
01:21:01 the Book of Mormon and the former
01:21:04 Commandments which I have
01:21:09 written yeah points to Torah because
01:21:12 that’s what Yahweh wrote but keep his
01:21:18 Commandments and you
01:21:20 two can be born again
01:21:24 and stay that way and stay that
01:21:27 way which is what gives you the power
01:21:31 which is which is what mosiah refers to
01:21:34 as putting off the natural
01:21:36 man and becoming an becoming a saint
01:21:39 through the atonement of Yeshua
01:21:45 hamashiach the
01:21:51 Messiah becoming as a little child
01:21:55 submissive Meek humble patient willing
01:22:00 to uh willing to submit to whatever the
01:22:03 father seeth fit to inflict upon him and
01:22:07 in this
01:22:09 life in this life for the most
01:22:13 part most of our experiences are the
01:22:15 result of mortality the only thing that
01:22:19 the father inflicts on the natural man
01:22:22 is his law
01:22:23 [Music]
01:22:25 that’s in mosiah uh two through five I
01:22:29 don’t remember the exact chapter it’s a
01:22:32 mosiah chapter chapter 3 verse 16 okay
01:22:37 here I’ll I’ll get that for you pretty
01:22:39 sure which one is it uh the natural man
01:22:42 is an enemy to God 319 sorry yep there
01:22:45 you
01:22:49 go so we’ll read that
01:22:54 16 might not hurt to read for well for
01:22:58 context but I for the I think for the
01:23:02 teaching we’re good with
01:23:05 19 um for the natural man is an enemy to
01:23:09 God that means that
01:23:14 spirit that your natural that our
01:23:16 natural tendency is be at enmity with
01:23:19 God along with let me just add because
01:23:22 naturally people love to sin so I mean
01:23:26 this goes
01:23:27 along so some people will claim well
01:23:31 people just wrote the Bible because it’s
01:23:33 what they
01:23:34 want
01:23:36 uh I don’t know about you but uh most
01:23:40 men want to break the Commandments not
01:23:42 keep them
01:23:44 sorry yeah anyways yeah so the natural
01:23:49 man is an enemy to God and has been from
01:23:52 the fall of Adam and will be for forever
01:23:54 and ever unless he yields to the
01:23:57 enticings of the Holy
01:23:59 Spirit the enticings of the Holy Spirit
01:24:03 usually enticings are referred to in a
01:24:06 negative light but here it’s in a
01:24:08 positive
01:24:09 light look at that word sorry yeah keep
01:24:13 talking oops wrong
01:24:17 button yeah I I just know that in
01:24:19 English scriptures that word is often
01:24:21 used for the enticements of the devil
01:24:24 and
01:24:25 sure sure that’s one of the uses but
01:24:27 like you said it’s not the only
01:24:29 one
01:24:39 yeah okay to incite or
01:24:44 instigate by inciting hope or desire oh
01:24:48 this this
01:24:50 hope goes along with ether 12 and desire
01:24:54 has to do with what we want or desire
01:24:56 usually in a bad sense as to entice one
01:24:59 to evil that’s usually in a bad sense
01:25:02 but let’s let’s now look at this
01:25:04 definition of entice and let’s take that
01:25:07 back to um the holy spirit in mosiah
01:25:12 chapter 39 mosiah chapter
01:25:17 3:19 are you seeing it yeah okay it acts
01:25:21 funny so unless he yeld s to the
01:25:25 enticings or the um encouragement of the
01:25:28 Holy Spirit now when we understand that
01:25:30 the holy spirit is
01:25:31 Torah what is it that Torah convinces us
01:25:36 of when we are sinners holy or the holy
01:25:40 beh what is it that convinces us of when
01:25:42 we are sinners before we have been born
01:25:45 again oh that we need to
01:25:47 repent yes it convinces us of our sin
01:25:52 and of our need for a savior it this is
01:25:55 what it’s this is why it’s using this
01:25:57 word enticings it shows us our sin right
01:26:00 right and the savior is the hope so so
01:26:06 this is a this is a Clear Connection by
01:26:08 using this word enticings this is a
01:26:10 clear connection between the Holy Spirit
01:26:12 and the
01:26:20 law because it is the law that convinces
01:26:23 of us of our sin of our need for a
01:26:25 savior right and the reason we say uh
01:26:30 this is Torah is because if you go look
01:26:32 at one of the definitions of spirit it
01:26:34 actually is
01:26:35 behavior and what teaches us to have to
01:26:38 be holy or have a holy Behavior it is
01:26:41 Torah okay and so and this also goes
01:26:44 along with Torah and putteth off the
01:26:46 natural man and becometh sank through
01:26:49 the atonement of Yeshua
01:26:51 hamashiach so put off the put or in this
01:26:56 case actually a more literal translation
01:26:59 here could be through the atonement of
01:27:01 Savior or of M Messiah
01:27:06 yah once again teaching that Messiah is
01:27:11 y yeah as in modalism here I mean even
01:27:15 right there it states it right if you
01:27:17 know what to look for because Yahweh is
01:27:20 the a name for the father mode and
01:27:24 Yeshua is the mode of the Sun but so how
01:27:27 do we put off the natural man how do we
01:27:28 put off the
01:27:31 flesh the way of Hol we keep our hearts
01:27:34 within the bounds of Torah yes by
01:27:37 walking in the way of Holiness yeah yeah
01:27:41 and we come under first we come under
01:27:42 the covering of the blood of the
01:27:46 lamb and we Covenant to keep his
01:27:48 Commandments then we are baptized in
01:27:51 water
01:27:57 and
01:27:59 then as we keep his
01:28:02 Commandments and as his and as we as we
01:28:05 are remade we become a saint through the
01:28:08 atonement of Yeshua hamashia we become
01:28:11 as a
01:28:14 child when we’re not talking about a
01:28:16 literal physical child we’re not
01:28:18 literally physically his children but we
01:28:20 become his
01:28:21 followers we submit to his will
01:28:25 we’re Meek we humbly follow
01:28:28 tah we’re humble we’re patient Full Of
01:28:31 Love full of love if ye love me keep my
01:28:35 Commandments willing to submit to all
01:28:38 things which yah seeth fit to inflict
01:28:40 upon him even as a child doth submit to
01:28:43 his father so we are taught we are
01:28:46 taught from the mind and will of Y which
01:28:48 is Torah which is the one thing that he
01:28:51 gives us that is an infliction from him
01:28:54 on our natural man right and all things
01:28:57 is a phrase that does point back to
01:29:00 Torah y it’s throughout lots of
01:29:05 scriptures I’ll put in the notes that
01:29:08 shows some of them yeah so I think that
01:29:13 that so that is
01:29:15 um so that is what I would encourage
01:29:17 everyone to everyone who watches this to
01:29:20 do is to seek y to seek Yeshua
01:29:26 come under the covering of the blood of
01:29:28 the
01:29:30 Lamb keep his
01:29:32 sabbaths keep the law he said saus
01:29:36 because there’s three types but right
01:29:39 keep the
01:29:41 law covenant that you will keep the law
01:29:43 and then do it he will remake
01:29:48 you he will transform you you mean like
01:29:52 the Refiner’s Fire
01:29:54 yep and and the more you
01:29:58 submit the more you submit to his
01:30:01 will the less like a fire it
01:30:05 becomes or the less like a
01:30:08 torture say it stays of fire but it’s
01:30:12 one that you rejoice in now rather than
01:30:15 it well yeah yeah that’s that’s more
01:30:18 what I meant just like exercise it’s not
01:30:20 tortuous it’s not tortuous it’s not like
01:30:23 it’s being icted on you it’s not like
01:30:26 it’s um it’s more
01:30:30 like it’s more like that constant
01:30:33 burning um Joy within even when
01:30:37 circumstances are bad and you’re feeling
01:30:39 um a certain level of Sorrow there’s
01:30:42 still
01:30:44 that so like is Paul and forgive me if I
01:30:48 forget the name wrong I get the name
01:30:51 wrong Cornelius in the jail while they
01:30:54 were in jail they were praising yeh
01:30:57 that’s
01:30:58 right um you know it’s a and that and uh
01:31:03 and having read the account of their
01:31:05 imprisonment um they had every reason to
01:31:08 be bemoaning their fate oh yeah but they
01:31:12 were praising Yahweh in s that’s right
01:31:16 uh and uh and so I I would I would
01:31:19 encourage you to do those things which
01:31:21 bring that strength and by the way hey
01:31:24 if you’re following a teacher of Paul
01:31:26 who’s telling you that the Paul told you
01:31:28 that the law is done away
01:31:31 with I would ask
01:31:34 you are the signs that follow those that
01:31:37 believe a part of your life while you’re
01:31:39 living under this
01:31:41 teaching and if they’re
01:31:44 not wouldn’t it be worth the experiment
01:31:48 to find out what it means to really
01:31:51 believe and I just want to say real s
01:31:54 not ones that you you or others talk you
01:31:56 into right when I’m talking about signs
01:31:58 I’m talking about things that are
01:32:00 technically unexplainable and that
01:32:02 doesn’t and a change of mind does not
01:32:04 qualify right these are true Miracles
01:32:08 not things that happen every single day
01:32:10 to everybody including and I’m sorry the
01:32:14 way that a sun the way that a Sunbeam
01:32:16 sign shines through a raindrop as it
01:32:18 clings to the to the rain gutter that’s
01:32:22 not a miracle that’s technically
01:32:24 scientifically explainable right right
01:32:26 and it happens to atheists also so
01:32:30 that’s right so it’s not a sign that
01:32:32 follows those that
01:32:35 believe in fact if anything that would
01:32:38 be considered an omen which Torah
01:32:41 actually speaks out against so anyways
01:32:43 right so when there
01:32:47 is it’s an interesting thing we are not
01:32:50 to seek for signs but we are to look for
01:32:53 them them yeah we’re supposed to watch
01:32:56 for them not ask for them that’s
01:33:00 right including asking for a sign to
01:33:03 know uh that he’s answering your prayer
01:33:07 that’s a sign Seeker but anyways right
01:33:11 so the it the
01:33:16 um the the main thing is
01:33:21 um speaking of somebody who’s had
01:33:24 answers the prayers from
01:33:26 helpa uh when he answers your prayers
01:33:30 you
01:33:34 know yeah and what he gives you is not
01:33:37 and what he gives you does not run
01:33:39 contrary to what he has already
01:33:45 revealed
01:33:48 no um
01:33:51 so seek Yeshua come under his covering
01:33:55 repent of your
01:33:56 sins return to the law keep his
01:34:00 sabbaths and know what it means to
01:34:08 believe I’m GNA pause
