Denver Snuffer

Here are a few posts were I have mentioned Denver Snuffer specifically and the movement that is centered around him.

I’ll be honest I have a hard time believing someone who claims that the righteous on the other side of the veil don’t trust YHWH’s judgement.

My thoughts about the Denver Snuffer Movement

Denver Snuffer’s Testimony of John

I include this post because Denver Snuffer has stated that the order of the different baptisms do not matter, were scriptures say otherwise. He claims that Helaman 5 is an example of this, and I show why that is not the case.
Baptisms Order

I quote Denver where he says that the HOLY SPIRIT and the HOLY GHOST are different and show using scriptures from the Book of Mormon that they are the same. Both the HOLY SPIRIT and HOLY GHOST are used with the Godhead in seperate verses in the Book of Mormon. I also use two chiasmuses in the Book of Mormon to show that they are the same.
The Holy Spirit and The Holy Ghost are the Same

Adrian Larsen, a top leader/blogger in the Snufferites movement, has publicly stated it is not for him. One has to ask why he would say that? Does the Book of Mormon teach something different when translated into another language? No it does not. The Book of Mormon teaches the same precepts no matter what language it is in. And Joseph Smith taught we should abide [adhere to, maintain defend 1828 Webster’s Dictionary], just like how the scriptures teach we are to guard the Torah/YHWH’s instructions.

Denver Snuffer has not published what he had seen or heard just has only given his summary of them contrary to the scriptures as seen in Publish.

During my interview, Meet a Nazarene Mormon! w/ Steven Retz, on Mormon Book Reviews, I talked about some of my interactions with the Snufferites at 00:43:40.

Here are some observations I have not written about:

Snufferites act like prophet is a swear word to avoid calling Denver Snuffer a prophet. (Although I believe LDS leaders are false prophets, atleast the members have conviction to say what they believe, see In honor of today and yesterday.)

Snufferites also claim they are not starting a church. But God defines church as a good thing, which they are not claiming, see Churches.

Denver Snuffer supposedly recieved a new covenant from God, which I don’t believe. Which contradicts what scriptures say about God’s covenant please see resource page Covenant for some good articles on the subject.

Here are some posts I have really enjoyed that others have written.

The Denver Snuffer Movement: Time for a reality check

The Snufferites are practicing spiritual wifery at the higher levels. Yes I know Denver has publicly spoken against polygamy recently, but that has not always been the case, even while he claimed to being taught by angels on the subject. FYI one thing that cults do is to teach one thing to the masses, but as you go up the chain in authority you don’t have to follow those rules.
