00:00:00 oh i don’t know if i’ll be able to come
00:00:02 to like a
00:00:03 second one you know i know that there’s
00:00:06 supposed to be like two
00:00:07 new moons this month
00:00:10 oh oh well so
00:00:14 we here i can share my screen real quick
00:00:17 let me get it up
00:00:18 i can show you this schedule
00:00:21 it’s you just show it and type it
00:00:25 because i’m
00:00:25 being a little lazy
00:00:32 you see the screen so
00:00:36 the 9th and the 16th are the next two
00:00:39 ones
00:00:40 and they’re on fridays and then it’s on
00:00:43 saturday the 17th 24th and 31st
00:00:47 for a little while um
00:00:49 [Music]
00:00:54 has to do with a couple things one when
00:00:56 the new moon is right
00:00:59 but then also it has to do with when the
00:01:02 day starts
00:01:03 um because the actual full
00:01:06 zero conjunction has to happen before
00:01:10 the day starts
00:01:14 for it to be count as a new moon day at
00:01:16 least that’s how i believe it
00:01:18 there different people believe
00:01:20 differently on this
00:01:22 um and it’s really hard to find
00:01:26 i don’t know any scriptures that
00:01:28 actually completely teach
00:01:30 what i believe um
00:01:34 and i’ve asked around no one knows them
00:01:36 i i know
00:01:39 the moon in hebrew has to do with the
00:01:43 word that its root has to be with
00:01:44 rebuilt meaning you and the way i take
00:01:48 it
00:01:49 is that the new moon is rebuilding at
00:01:52 new moon
00:01:53 there are a few people that think the
00:01:55 new moon is the full moon
00:01:57 um which i disagree with um
00:02:02 anyways i suppose it would depend on the
00:02:04 context of
00:02:06 is it rebuilt past tense or is it
00:02:09 rebuilding sure
00:02:13 um psalms is it psalms 84
00:02:18 if i remember i’d have to go look it up
00:02:20 um
00:02:22 is is a key verse for these types of
00:02:25 arguments and
00:02:26 both sides of the argument actually use
00:02:29 it
00:02:29 um let me see if that’s it and if it is
00:02:32 we can look at it together and we can
00:02:34 talk about the issue a little bit
00:02:43 why today is a little more tired than
00:02:45 others
00:02:48 i go back and forth myself at times um
00:02:53 i’m doing okay right now yesterday i
00:02:54 stayed up to four
00:02:56 working on
00:03:02 on my current blog post um
00:03:08 um i’m not seeing it
00:03:12 let me look at my notes um
00:03:21 i don’t know if this is what you want to
00:03:22 talk about um
00:03:25 this is a if you’re not worried about
00:03:27 lunar sabbath yourself it’s kind of a
00:03:29 technical detail that it’s just like
00:03:33 unless you like really like who cares
00:03:36 well i i would like to know some of the
00:03:39 the more technical
00:03:41 bits of it you know for sure all right
00:03:43 yeah i’m just trying
00:03:44 oh psalms 81 i was close i was off a
00:03:48 couple
00:03:49 chapters
00:03:55 okay let me share my screen
00:04:02 what nummies why
00:04:06 why did you catch
00:04:10 oh you didn’t catch anything
00:04:13 sometimes he’ll like meow at me
00:04:17 in order to announce uh
00:04:20 dead rats his presence he’s
00:04:23 he’s actually a good boy he’ll actually
00:04:25 kill it before he brings it in
00:04:28 the other one brings him in and lets him
00:04:31 go
00:04:32 and i get infestations it’s like what
00:04:34 are you thinking
00:04:35 [Music]
00:04:39 i i mean they’re doing so cats they’re
00:04:42 just
00:04:43 do when they bring you dead animals
00:04:44 they’re just or other things they’re
00:04:46 doing what they would do if you were
00:04:48 their cat leader because they just they
00:04:50 think you’re a cat
00:04:51 they just don’t know anything right they
00:04:53 they know that
00:04:54 because you’re you’re bald and you know
00:04:57 a little
00:04:57 gangly that you you you just need you’re
00:05:00 just a little helpless kitten that needs
00:05:02 some help
00:05:05 yeah oh
00:05:08 all right well here here’s um
00:05:11 this verse that actually both sides of
00:05:14 the argument
00:05:16 use so it’s
00:05:19 it’s funny but part of the problem is
00:05:22 bad translations and
00:05:24 you know the eldest church uses the king
00:05:25 james version right and
00:05:27 it’s not the best translation but it’s
00:05:30 the one that i
00:05:32 generally use because it’s what i grew
00:05:34 up with right in the church
00:05:37 but i can tell you this one’s a bad
00:05:38 translation
00:05:40 but let’s look at what it says here
00:05:43 so below the trumpet and i would say
00:05:46 so far i have a shofar
00:05:51 but in the new moon so
00:05:55 when there’s a new moon you’re supposed
00:05:56 to blow the shofar
00:05:59 as in it’s a part of the way that the
00:06:02 priests
00:06:03 um proclaim the new moon in fact
00:06:07 one thing that just happened was feasted
00:06:08 trumpets right
00:06:11 and there’s a phrase in the old
00:06:13 testament
00:06:15 that a lot of christians don’t
00:06:16 understand because they don’t look at
00:06:17 the hebrew roots
00:06:18 of the words and the phrases and the
00:06:20 culture of
00:06:22 yeshua who was a jew right he was a
00:06:24 hebrew
00:06:26 but no man shall know the day nor the
00:06:29 hour
00:06:32 that is a hebrew idiom for feast of
00:06:34 trumpets
00:06:36 because it is the holiday you know i’m
00:06:39 trying
00:06:39 it’s a holiday you don’t know what’s
00:06:42 happening
00:06:42 until right when the horn is blown and
00:06:46 the new moon
00:06:47 is pronounced because it is the only
00:06:50 jewish holiday it’s on the first day
00:06:53 of the moon or or month because
00:06:57 month when you see month in the
00:06:59 scriptures it actually is
00:07:01 moon it’s just there’s
00:07:05 translations a tricky business right for
00:07:08 one if you don’t know the culture that
00:07:10 it’s in there
00:07:11 and two there’s not always a one-to-one
00:07:13 relation on words
00:07:15 so but the translators most modern
00:07:17 translators
00:07:19 translate moon into month because of the
00:07:21 culture
00:07:23 because it is the coming i’m sorry for
00:07:26 interrupting no that’s fine
00:07:27 becoming supposed to be announced by a
00:07:30 trumpet
00:07:32 uh it’s going to be announced yes
00:07:36 as a simple answer i also believe it
00:07:38 will be announced by other things but
00:07:40 there will be
00:07:40 noises being done
00:07:44 uh i think you i know
00:07:48 i don’t know how much you believe that i
00:07:49 know you know of anthony larson’s
00:07:51 work oh my goodness yeah i’ll tell you
00:07:55 that that was an interesting conversion
00:07:58 of mind
00:08:00 convert i don’t know what you mean by
00:08:01 conversion
00:08:03 well let’s put it this way
00:08:08 when i so i kind of came
00:08:13 into this oddly
00:08:17 through um have you ever heard of
00:08:19 zechariah sitchin
00:08:23 the name somewhat sounds familiar but i
00:08:26 don’t know how off top my head
00:08:28 um so he
00:08:31 go he’s a big he was a big proponent
00:08:34 about
00:08:35 uh this additional
00:08:39 like tenth planet
00:08:42 nibiru so i do believe there is another
00:08:47 planet coming back right even joe smith
00:08:50 has a quote on that right
00:08:52 right um but
00:08:55 i personally believe it’s mars
00:08:58 well just this is
00:09:02 you know this guy um
00:09:06 so like velikovsky this guy is is a
00:09:09 linguist
00:09:10 you know um who
00:09:13 happened to this is the irony here
00:09:17 bolt velikovsky and sitchin
00:09:21 are russian jews who are linguists
00:09:24 okay and um it was
00:09:28 these interpret it was
00:09:32 looking at historical records reading
00:09:35 them
00:09:35 from a different linguistic
00:09:42 filter i guess you could say that caused
00:09:46 them to go
00:09:47 aha anyway um
00:09:51 when i was in my late teens
00:09:55 early 20s i discovered
00:09:59 i
00:10:02 so i got into this path of paganism
00:10:07 when i was in my teens as a rebellion to
00:10:11 mormonism and
00:10:14 um while i was at the magic shop
00:10:18 the book shop i came across this book
00:10:22 called genesis revisited by zechariah
00:10:25 sitchin
00:10:27 and it was
00:10:30 a look at pre-biblical
00:10:35 you know sumerian mythologies that
00:10:37 really echoed
00:10:39 um the
00:10:43 biblical genesis narrative um
00:10:47 but it was a fleshed out version rather
00:10:50 than uh
00:10:51 than a bullet point you know or a cliff
00:10:54 notes version
00:10:54 genesis is basically a cliff notes
00:10:56 version of
00:10:58 um you know this uh
00:11:01 sumerian mythology uh i’m aware of that
00:11:05 theory
00:11:06 uh i understand where it’s coming from
00:11:09 but i i do believe
00:11:11 genesis actually did happen and that all
00:11:14 cultures
00:11:15 actually have some form of genesis in
00:11:17 their culture including the flood
00:11:20 well i’m i’m just telling you all right
00:11:23 i hope you got into it it you know i i
00:11:25 do not dispute what you just said
00:11:28 there there’s plenty of
00:11:35 parallel sure yeah yeah right
00:11:38 history that that
00:11:41 is in the mythologies all around the
00:11:43 world that you know
00:11:44 yeah you’re right i’m just you know
00:11:46 anyway so
00:11:48 i got into um
00:11:52 sitchin’s uh stuff
00:11:55 because you know i really you know the
00:11:58 the
00:12:00 it does make sense that
00:12:03 before the flood there was at least a
00:12:06 group i don’t know if they were
00:12:08 extraterrestrial i don’t know if
00:12:10 you know i don’t know but
00:12:13 there was a level of understanding and
00:12:15 knowledge
00:12:18 that was that surpasses our current day
00:12:23 i you know i i i believe god gave us or
00:12:26 adam are the ancients before noah a lot
00:12:29 more information and knowledge than we
00:12:31 have
00:12:31 now i mean archaeology shows that
00:12:35 right and a lot of people’s answers is
00:12:38 that well they got it from aliens
00:12:40 instead of gone i i mean you know why
00:12:43 there’s a
00:12:44 uh at the pyramid giza why
00:12:47 it’s uh flat right because there’s a
00:12:49 spaceship that’s gonna land there to
00:12:51 save the
00:12:52 the human race right don’t you know that
00:12:54 no i never heard that
00:12:56 oh you haven’t heard that oh yeah i
00:12:59 before i woke up i was a little bit into
00:13:02 new age
00:13:03 lack of didn’t know where else to look
00:13:05 and uh
00:13:07 right i knew something was off i just
00:13:10 didn’t know where to look and
00:13:11 i i went there not knowing any better
00:13:14 but anyways some of the stuff there is
00:13:18 cuckoo i’ll leave it at that yeah
00:13:22 well um so i got into this
00:13:26 stuff and
00:13:29 um so before that
00:13:33 rewind the the way back machine here
00:13:37 my father who was a convert to the you
00:13:40 know he was
00:13:41 raised catholic converted he converted
00:13:44 to the church
00:13:46 married my mom um
00:13:48 [Music]
00:13:50 he’s always been a very
00:13:54 um
00:13:58 faithful uh
00:14:01 fanatic kind of
00:14:04 person okay
00:14:07 he basically chased himself out of the
00:14:11 church
00:14:13 because um
00:14:16 he realized that the the modern church
00:14:19 was an apostasy
00:14:21 and sure i mean he found that out long
00:14:24 before i did but
00:14:26 i mean he’s older than me too he’s gone
00:14:28 before how
00:14:29 you know he found this out just a little
00:14:31 after i was born type of thing
00:14:33 god sure sure but um
00:14:37 yeah so he went
00:14:40 on his own wild quest
00:14:43 to find the truth you know within the
00:14:47 structure of what he understood with
00:14:48 joseph smith and stuff
00:14:50 for sure and he was the one that
00:14:52 actually found
00:14:54 uh larson that he found the books by
00:14:57 larson
00:14:59 oh yeah they were hot sellers in desert
00:15:01 book for a long
00:15:02 time yeah and um
00:15:05 [Music]
00:15:07 so i didn’t have contact with him
00:15:11 until i was 25. so he arson
00:15:14 or your dad my dad my father
00:15:17 so my my father and my mother
00:15:21 so my father
00:15:24 got pretty radical
00:15:29 in his pursuit of
00:15:33 trying to live the law
00:15:36 and what he understood and now he has
00:15:40 some different understandings than you
00:15:42 do of what
00:15:43 i’m just wondering what law is as in
00:15:45 torah
00:15:47 uh basically polygamy
00:15:50 and crap okay all right so brigham young
00:15:53 teachings
00:15:54 as i would put it he would have had he
00:15:57 had some different understandings of
00:15:59 what
00:16:00 sure it sounds like maybe he
00:16:03 thought was true and he was indecent
00:16:06 right
00:16:06 and my mother
00:16:10 you know she married this knowing
00:16:14 how kind of off the wall he was
00:16:18 but i
00:16:22 think she was kind of delusional you
00:16:24 know she was like
00:16:26 oh he’ll become normal oh he’ll
00:16:29 you know maybe i can tame him oh
00:16:33 i can fix him i know a lot of women
00:16:35 think that
00:16:37 she realized that she couldn’t fix him
00:16:39 and
00:16:40 instead decided to be scared you know to
00:16:43 scare the [  ] out of herself and i and 00:16:45 you know in a lot of ways i do not blame 00:16:48 her 00:16:48 but you know this was back like this was 00:16:52 over 40 years ago right 00:16:54 this was when you were taking the 00:16:57 chances of your 00:16:58 your not just yourself but your family 00:17:01 your kids into your own hands you know 00:17:04 if you decided to leave the crazy 00:17:06 spouse and so 00:17:10 she divorced him 00:17:14 she left him and 00:17:17 um my 00:17:20 she made a choice of deciding to try to 00:17:23 trust him even though she had had it in 00:17:25 the 00:17:26 in the like i was two and a half when 00:17:29 they divorced 00:17:31 and they 00:17:34 the court arrangement was that he was to 00:17:36 have supervised visitation 00:17:39 and he talked her into letting him have 00:17:42 a few more hours 00:17:43 for visitation and he used that 00:17:47 couple of hours much to his advantage by 00:17:51 whisking me off to a eastern state 00:17:55 um to go and stay with his mother 00:17:59 so you know my my mother managed to get 00:18:03 me back 00:18:04 basically at least legally right yeah 00:18:07 so he kidnapped me and then my mother 00:18:10 turned around 00:18:11 and with the help of the with the help 00:18:13 of the church 00:18:14 actually managed to so that 00:18:17 there was a couple of church members 00:18:20 who in the state you know um 00:18:24 distracted him while 00:18:27 she grabbed me and managed to get me to 00:18:31 the airport 00:18:32 but anyway long story short 00:18:36 um after dual kidnappings um guess you 00:18:42 could 00:18:42 yeah i guess they both did kind of 00:18:44 kidnap because you’re both 00:18:45 parents i mean the law wouldn’t see it 00:18:49 that way 00:18:49 right the law would only see your mom 00:18:52 recovering in your dad’s 00:18:57 you know the the thing is that this the 00:18:59 the ruling in one state 00:19:01 doesn’t act didn’t actually apply in 00:19:03 another state 00:19:04 so my my father could have easily 00:19:07 if he had played his cards he could 00:19:10 have done something to you know anyway 00:19:14 um the short of it was i wasn’t 00:19:19 i never i didn’t see him again until i 00:19:21 was like 00:19:23 25. so did he 00:19:27 find out about the flds then because if 00:19:29 he wanted to go polygamy 00:19:32 he didn’t think that they were 00:19:36 he thought they were apostate too but oh 00:19:39 they 00:19:39 are but um 00:19:41 [Music] 00:19:43 i think all elias break-offs are 00:19:45 apostate to be honest but 00:19:47 um because they they follow brigham 00:19:50 young not 00:19:50 joseph smith but that’s a whole other 00:19:53 story 00:19:54 i do think though uh that a lot of them 00:19:57 who do that 00:19:59 are doing it because they thought joseph 00:20:01 smith taught it 00:20:02 though because that’s what they were 00:20:05 that’s what they were talking about so 00:20:06 they 00:20:07 i i know one lady that i completely 00:20:09 disagree with she thinks the only reason 00:20:11 any man 00:20:12 does polygamy is because he’s just horny 00:20:15 now i do believe brigham young was that 00:20:16 way 00:20:17 but i do think there are some honest men 00:20:19 that just do it 00:20:20 either one because their wife told them 00:20:22 to like abraham 00:20:24 or tricked into it like um jacob 00:20:28 or they were deceived like a lot of 00:20:31 people in the restoration because of 00:20:32 brigham young’s lies 00:20:36 well i mean yeah you’re right there 00:20:38 there is a lot of 00:20:39 men and women who genuinely go into 00:20:42 these 00:20:46 relationships 00:20:49 because they truly believe that that is 00:20:52 for their salvation 00:20:54 or their exaltation i guess is the 00:20:57 better term 00:21:00 and it’s not to say that they don’t love 00:21:02 each other or things like that 00:21:04 but it’s not no 00:21:08 they’re just i mean i’ve been deceived 00:21:10 on things 00:21:11 and i’ve had to unlearn and yeah i 00:21:15 partly have benefited from 00:21:18 what other people have done and so 00:21:21 i i don’t fault them for doing the best 00:21:24 that they have 00:21:25 with what or what i didn’t come out the 00:21:28 best 00:21:28 i don’t fault them for them trying to do 00:21:31 the best with what 00:21:32 they had right no but i would say 00:21:36 that the book of mormon only condemns 00:21:39 polygamy 00:21:40 period um but 00:21:46 it is a very sticky subject that’s for 00:21:49 sure and i think there’s a lot of honest 00:21:50 people 00:21:51 that are doing it because they’re 00:21:52 deceived not because 00:21:55 they’re carnal right i agree with you 00:21:59 um anyway so when i got 00:22:03 back in contact with my father um 00:22:07 so i was steeped in all this paganism 00:22:10 stuff 00:22:12 and aliens ancient aliens and 00:22:15 oh i have a good video debunking ancient 00:22:17 aliens if you want to 00:22:19 oh yeah and i’ve i’ve spent the last 00:22:24 30 ish years of my life 00:22:28 somewhere on that board i’m fine oh okay 00:22:31 all right um well my new age group that 00:22:36 i used to meet with 00:22:37 before i knew better uh they believed 00:22:40 the aliens and 00:22:41 they were talking about you know like i 00:22:43 forget the guy’s name but the 00:22:44 with the the big funny hair right he’s 00:22:47 just a dis 00:22:48 i always say he’s i don’t remember his 00:22:50 name but he’s like he looks like an 00:22:52 einstein 00:22:52 looks like einstein had a relationship 00:22:54 with like a polynesian or something yeah 00:22:57 yeah that’s him but i i i think he’s 00:23:00 a deliberate deceiver um he knows 00:23:04 that what he’s saying is lies hold on 00:23:17 anyway so i was talking with my father 00:23:20 when i first 00:23:21 you know when i first oh my goodness 00:23:25 that man even if some of his information 00:23:28 is not necessarily true 00:23:31 it is he he goes and he goes right off 00:23:34 the high dive right right into the deep 00:23:36 end 00:23:37 you know she is i mean he has the he 00:23:41 would have the general he had like 00:23:43 the general discourse 00:23:46 i mean i don’t look at journal 00:23:48 discourses it’s a whole bunch of 00:23:50 i know i’m just saying sure he was into 00:23:52 it 00:23:53 he didn’t just he didn’t just have his 00:23:55 opinion he had 00:23:57 he had researched what he believed into 00:24:00 the sources that he thought were 00:24:01 authentic and trustworthy right exactly 00:24:04 i mean that man you know 00:24:08 loved he i mean he i’m pretty sure i got 00:24:11 a lot of 00:24:12 what you know i’m not the smartest 00:24:14 person in the world 00:24:16 but i’m pretty there you’re number two 00:24:20 right 00:24:22 maybe number three oh okay a little bit 00:24:26 of 00:24:26 a little bit of you know humility 00:24:31 are you prideful of your humidity 00:24:35 yes yes i mean one of the 00:24:38 worst insults that were ever given to me 00:24:42 was the guy that i was dating long time 00:24:44 ago 00:24:46 comes into my room i have this huge 00:24:49 bookshelf it’s like a probably an 00:24:52 eight shelf huge bookshelf that i could 00:24:55 actually use 00:24:56 it could double as a wall you know by 00:24:58 itself it was that big it was huge 00:25:02 and i only you know and i love books and 00:25:04 i have 00:25:05 i i did not even have a chance to feel 00:25:07 it you know 00:25:08 living under the under the poverty line 00:25:10 you don’t really get a chance to feel 00:25:13 for you know that kind of a bookshelf 00:25:16 it was only maybe a third full maybe 00:25:19 at that you know and he comes in he 00:25:22 looks at it and he’s like 00:25:23 oh you have too many books 00:25:31 what you know i mean 00:25:35 talk about an insult 00:25:38 i nowadays i i still like 00:25:42 physical books for some things but 00:25:44 overall i like kindles more 00:25:46 mainly just because they’re portable 00:25:49 right 00:25:50 and is that in searchables yeah i had to 00:25:53 go to 00:25:54 like um audio books if i want to 00:25:56 actually read 00:25:57 the the book because i just 00:26:01 i have a hard time anymore just being 00:26:04 able to sit for hours at a time just to 00:26:06 get the bulk read 00:26:07 but i did time wise i like audible too 00:26:11 because i can do it like when i’m 00:26:13 watching my youngest like my youngest he 00:26:14 likes to go for walks right now 00:26:17 i just listen to audiobook where i take 00:26:19 him for a walk 00:26:21 or my mom or when my wife wants me 00:26:24 to help with the tour i said mom that 00:26:27 was bad 00:26:28 uh well you know what i listen to an 00:26:30 audiobook while i’m doing what she asked 00:26:32 me to do 00:26:32 exactly i mean wash the dishes while 00:26:35 gaining 00:26:36 enlightenment oh yeah but 00:26:39 um yeah so we talked and i 00:26:42 mentioned you know i mentioned 00:26:46 nibiru to him you know i was the 00:26:49 faithful believer 00:26:51 in this planet nibiru 00:26:54 and he he was like you’re wrong 00:26:58 i’m like what oh that was saturn 00:27:01 and it was our you know it was it was 00:27:04 the polar sun and 00:27:05 and and he was like telling me all about 00:27:07 it and i would like 00:27:12 i i recounted it to my friend who was 00:27:15 also 00:27:16 one of those you know ancient alien 00:27:18 believers i reckon 00:27:20 the story after he had told it to me and 00:27:22 i laughed so 00:27:24 hard because it was like i i don’t think 00:27:27 i could have laughed any harder 00:27:28 unless he had told me the earth was flat 00:27:32 oh you know what i find crazy 00:27:37 there’s people who say they believe in 00:27:39 the book of mormon 00:27:41 and they believe the earth is flat but 00:27:43 yet there’s verses 00:27:45 in human that completely destroy that 00:27:49 well people say they believe in the 00:27:51 bible and that they aren’t this flat 00:27:53 but that’s true that 00:27:56 i i people say they believe in science 00:27:59 and say the earth 00:28:03 well which science are you talking about 00:28:06 anyway yeah that’s a good point there 00:28:10 but yeah so he told me this 00:28:14 theory and it i just didn’t buy it 00:28:18 for the longest time but then 00:28:21 like some years later i think he was 00:28:23 telling you about 00:28:24 uh the polar configuration it sounds 00:28:26 like yeah he was telling me about the 00:28:27 polar configuration and stuff 00:28:29 um and this was 00:28:32 like years before just 00:28:36 probably no were the years before now it 00:28:38 wasn’t years before 00:28:40 i i learned about it just before 00:28:44 i got married you know i learned about 00:28:47 it in 2014. 00:28:50 oh well i got married in 2001 00:28:54 so so you know wrong about a lot longer 00:28:57 than i have 00:28:59 right um 00:29:03 but i 00:29:09 i i knew about it but i did not believe 00:29:12 it 00:29:13 it was just absolute horse hockey to me 00:29:16 at the time with my understanding 00:29:19 and i’m not quite sure how 00:29:23 but my 00:29:27 my understanding it was like 00:29:30 legos being taken apart it was like i 00:29:33 was 00:29:34 literally being taken apart and being 00:29:36 rebuilt 00:29:37 it felt that’s kind of what it feels 00:29:39 like because 00:29:44 i don’t know why i finally picked i mean 00:29:47 it wasn’t until after i was married that 00:29:49 i finally picked up the first book 00:29:52 um of the trip of anthony’s trilogy 00:29:56 yeah of anthony’s trilogy and 00:29:59 i read it i mean 00:30:02 this was like some years after i was 00:30:04 married so i found out about it just 00:30:06 before i got married 00:30:08 and laughed at it for years probably a 00:30:11 good handful of years 00:30:13 but then i read it it completely goes 00:30:16 against what’s taught in mainstream 00:30:19 oh no kidding i mean it puts gravity on 00:30:22 his ear 00:30:23 it puts the concept of of 00:30:26 um uniformity what is it uniform 00:30:30 on yeah 00:30:34 joseph smith was against that also right 00:30:38 the historians can’t make sense of a lot 00:30:40 of the statements that go along with 00:30:42 this 00:30:42 and or they believe in uniformitism 00:30:46 that’s a big word and so they just 00:30:48 completely ignore it because 00:30:50 he would uh i figured what’s the 00:30:52 opposite of that but 00:30:53 catastrophism yeah that that word 00:30:56 that’s what joseph smith was and that’s 00:30:58 what i am even though i can’t say it 00:31:04 but yeah i it wasn’t until 00:31:08 oh it must have been 00:31:11 it was probably about 10 years or just a 00:31:13 little more 00:31:14 before i finally had that moment 00:31:18 where i don’t even remember what 00:31:21 prompted me but i ended up reading the 00:31:23 book 00:31:25 becoming 00:31:29 and you know just obsessed with it 00:31:33 i even took it to one of the book clubs 00:31:36 and 00:31:36 i i went and obtained all these extra 00:31:39 copies so that i could share it with 00:31:42 the book club that it was like it wasn’t 00:31:45 quite 00:31:46 so it wasn’t a mormon 00:31:49 official book club but it was 00:31:53 it was most it was like 90 mostly 00:31:55 mormons 00:31:56 in it mostly yeah it was 99 women from 00:32:00 the 00:32:00 from the ward um or had been in the ward 00:32:04 and they just joined the group and there 00:32:06 was like anyway 00:32:08 so we read it and 00:32:12 they we’re like 00:32:15 that was nice moving on 00:32:19 i’m like okay 00:32:24 so with the group i used to meet with 00:32:25 was kind of new ager 00:32:27 stuff one guy 00:32:30 introduced me to the thunderbolts 00:32:32 project and i i kind of liked it 00:32:35 but i didn’t put a lot of focus in it at 00:32:36 the time but then 00:32:38 the home my home teacher introduced me 00:32:41 to anthony which is probably 00:32:43 the best thing that the home teacher did 00:32:46 because we’re 00:32:47 he was not nice to me later but anyways 00:32:50 um 00:32:52 he introduced me to anthony his work 00:32:55 and i ended up i loved it i don’t agree 00:32:58 with 00:32:58 everything that anthony says but the 00:33:01 general theory i 00:33:02 completely agree with in fact i agreed 00:33:05 with it 00:33:06 so much that after i took all his 00:33:07 lessons i’m like all right let me host 00:33:09 lectures to help get other people 00:33:11 interested partly because i wanted more 00:33:13 and partly i want to get other people to 00:33:15 believe it too 00:33:16 yeah but yeah i did 00:33:20 i never met mr larson 00:33:24 in person but i did have a few 00:33:29 private chats with him over facebook 00:33:32 and 00:33:36 yeah he 00:33:39 he was a good guy he’s a very nice guy 00:33:42 in general and it really 00:33:47 i think he knew when he made that last 00:33:51 lecture entitled 00:33:52 that the last lecture 00:33:56 you know and then people are like are 00:33:57 you dying you’re like no 00:33:59 but this could be the last i think he 00:34:01 knew i think he knew 00:34:03 and he just didn’t want to i mean he 00:34:05 later knew that he 00:34:06 was running out of time yeah i mean 00:34:10 it wasn’t even a year later that it was 00:34:13 like what six months within six months 00:34:15 of that 00:34:16 he passed away um i don’t know on the 00:34:19 timing 00:34:20 because we weren’t on the best terms at 00:34:22 that time 00:34:24 but i do remember when he died it was 00:34:26 around uh 00:34:27 feast of trumpets and i did when i could 00:34:30 because 00:34:31 i was busy doing other things i did read 00:34:34 my red carpets post somewhat in his 00:34:36 honor 00:34:37 and i even said i wonder if he asked if 00:34:39 he could die on a 00:34:41 on on 00:34:45 the feasted trumpets because it’s 00:34:48 the roaring so i believe one thing 00:34:51 kind of circling back a little bit is 00:34:54 when the planet comes it’s going to make 00:34:56 a trumpet 00:34:58 like sound but 00:35:02 yeah um i i wonder if he asked can i can 00:35:05 i go on one of these planet days or 00:35:07 high holidays right but anyways um 00:35:12 it was it was a little nice little post 00:35:14 on it but then then 00:35:16 mark him and his 00:35:19 mark pinwell i think or something like 00:35:22 that 00:35:24 p-e-n-e-l-l i think the one that took 00:35:26 over his 00:35:27 uh anthony’s group when he died right 00:35:29 mark whatever but 00:35:31 he wouldn’t let people post that 00:35:34 article in the group 00:35:38 and that caused the controversy that i 00:35:40 wrote about it but anyways 00:35:43 but yeah so i i ended up 00:35:47 it was probably oh geez 00:35:53 probably around 2011 00:35:57 2012 right in that area 20 between 00:36:00 2011 and 2014 2013 00:36:04 was when i actually got 00:36:07 into the um 00:36:12 electric universe stuff through through 00:36:15 larson 00:36:16 and then finding out from larson that 00:36:18 there was more to it 00:36:20 and then you know from from larson to 00:36:22 velikovsky from vilikovsky to the 00:36:24 thunderbolts 00:36:26 i don’t spend a lot of time there 00:36:28 anymore partly because 00:36:30 every group that i’ve been in when they 00:36:32 learn some of my other beliefs 00:36:34 they kick me out so i just i don’t have 00:36:36 anybody to share the stuff with 00:36:38 i have some things to write about i just 00:36:39 don’t focus on it because 00:36:42 it’s i don’t have anybody to share with 00:36:44 because everybody kicks me out 00:36:46 of these groups and so i just i focus on 00:36:49 other things 00:36:51 like i remember this is one thing if i 00:36:54 ever 00:36:54 wanted to spend time on this subject um 00:36:57 there’s a post i want to write 00:36:59 about whose planet is it anyways and 00:37:02 bringing out 00:37:03 points how venus is satan’s planet and 00:37:06 mars is yeshua’s 00:37:09 planet um in fact the other day 00:37:12 this is crazy when i was walking my 00:37:14 youngest around 00:37:15 um in the stroller putting him to sleep 00:37:18 this is i mean we could talk about point 00:37:20 problems but here here’s just a recent 00:37:22 one i think that 00:37:23 goes along with it someone had one of 00:37:25 their pagan 00:37:26 blue goddesses on their doors and i just 00:37:29 started thinking about it 00:37:30 anyways winter blood 00:37:34 yeah this my mind wanders and makes 00:37:37 these weird connections i’m talking 00:37:38 about the 00:37:40 the mary queen of heaven like 00:37:43 icons uh i don’t know it was a new age 00:37:47 probably i i don’t remember enough on 00:37:50 that but 00:37:51 i i was thinking about this you know 00:37:53 because i i 00:37:54 before i saw that and this was maybe 00:37:56 last 00:37:58 three weeks ago two or three weeks ago 00:38:00 that i i’d already 00:38:01 come to the conclusion that venus is 00:38:04 satan’s 00:38:05 um planet and mars is 00:38:08 yeshua’s planet but anyways venus is 00:38:11 blue 00:38:12 mars is red right 00:38:15 and i was thinking about this 00:38:20 air right when you have clean air 00:38:24 that binds to the blood it’s 00:38:28 red when you have dirty air 00:38:31 it’s blue oh the co2 yeah 00:38:36 yeah that’s true i mean 00:38:39 that may be a stretch right but is it 00:38:41 it’s an 00:38:42 interesting correlation well 00:38:45 it is i mean you know 00:38:49 so one thing that i’ve had to 00:38:53 come to peace with is that i am in fact 00:38:57 a scriptural literalist 00:39:00 just well there’s time that’s literal 00:39:02 and there’s time that’s symbolic and you 00:39:04 have to use 00:39:05 judgment what i mean is 00:39:09 so there’s there’s literal 00:39:12 but there’s different layers 00:39:15 oh yeah i agree there’s padres do you 00:39:18 have i told you about padres before 00:39:21 no i don’t think so here i’ll give you a 00:39:24 link real quick 00:39:25 um you 00:39:29 it just kind of gets you started on the 00:39:30 subject but 00:39:34 if you believe this and it sounds like 00:39:36 you do you may 00:39:37 like this um 00:39:42 give it to you real quick 00:39:46 there you go uh you’ll probably like 00:39:48 that 00:39:51 there are levels 00:39:55 sorry about the url forward or facebook 00:39:58 doesn’t 00:39:59 facebook sentence oh you send it to 00:40:00 facebook um 00:40:02 oh i can put it here because it’s 00:40:05 just wrong um it 00:40:09 don’t no go ahead i’ll i’ll check out 00:40:12 facebook in in a minute 00:40:13 um but yeah so 00:40:17 being oh he did 00:40:20 anyway um so 00:40:24 being a a scriptural literalist 00:40:28 um you know it’s like 00:40:32 i see that 00:40:36 there’s a connection for 00:40:40 like the coronavirus and being in 00:40:42 revelation 00:40:44 um because of the 00:40:47 appearance of a crown you know the the 00:40:51 virus was named coronavirus because it 00:40:53 had this crown like protrusions 00:40:56 and you know well it may not literally 00:41:00 be on a horse 00:41:02 it literally has a crown so you know 00:41:06 sure well one thing about that that i 00:41:09 think is 00:41:11 may have to rethink about it’s been more 00:41:13 than five moons 00:41:15 that’s true that is done on lockdown um 00:41:19 i think a lot of but i do and i need to 00:41:22 just do a little more 00:41:23 research and i do like how you brought 00:41:25 out how this scorpions are like vaccines 00:41:28 i haven’t 00:41:28 done i haven’t put effort into that but 00:41:31 initially i think that makes sense 00:41:33 not necessarily vaccines but 00:41:36 um the coronavirus unlike 00:41:40 other coronaviruses 00:41:44 is actually a 00:41:47 virus that attacks 00:41:50 heart integrity 00:41:53 cardio integrity and it affects blood 00:41:58 um and it 00:42:02 it’s not just a respiratory disease 00:42:06 like normal coronavirus you know 00:42:09 um and 00:42:13 the most people 00:42:19 except for the very faithful 00:42:23 um and when i say faithful i mean that 00:42:26 they’ve been converted to 00:42:28 are you still there yeah good can you 00:42:30 okay 00:42:31 because you were holding still for a 00:42:33 second oh i was trying to pay attention 00:42:35 to you 00:42:36 but um when i say faithful 00:42:39 i mean that people have literally been 00:42:43 converted 00:42:44 to the 00:42:48 cult of corona you know it’s like a 00:42:52 death cult 00:42:53 um i didn’t know there was a cult corona 00:42:56 but i’m not surprised it’s not 00:42:58 it’s not official it’s not there’s not 00:43:01 it’s not a 00:43:02 literal thing but you know people who 00:43:04 freak their [  ] if you don’t wear a
00:43:06 mask
00:43:07 people oh okay sure right i mean
00:43:10 these people you know they
00:43:14 they they’re extremely bought into the
00:43:16 lie to where their life depends on it
00:43:18 i mean if you want to put it that way
00:43:20 but you think about it they they bought
00:43:22 into the morality
00:43:24 of of wearing a mask they bought into
00:43:29 um you know they they’re they’re true
00:43:32 believers
00:43:34 you know oh yeah i i i i’ve seen some
00:43:37 videos of people
00:43:39 beating up those who don’t in fact right
00:43:41 getting into their face am i like
00:43:43 so if you really if this just shows how
00:43:45 they’re not really thinking it through
00:43:46 even though they’re believing it right
00:43:48 even how they’re trying to take care of
00:43:49 it
00:43:50 if you really believe that he may have
00:43:52 be a problem why are you getting close
00:43:54 to him in the first place
00:43:56 well you know their their talisman
00:44:00 their talisman is going to protect them
00:44:03 then why do i need one because
00:44:08 it shows how moral you
00:44:11 are it shows that you actually care for
00:44:15 other people besides yourself it is a
00:44:18 symbol
00:44:20 of your faith i guess you could
00:44:24 i could see how maybe they believe that
00:44:26 i think it’s uh
00:44:27 naive but yeah i can see how some people
00:44:31 would
00:44:32 think that but you should not no matter
00:44:37 what you believe
00:44:37 force other people to
00:44:41 believe the way you do you should you
00:44:43 can right you can
00:44:44 convince them or tell them why you
00:44:46 believe that way and try to convince
00:44:48 them of it but you can’t force people to
00:44:50 play
00:44:51 well i mean you know there is some
00:44:55 um there is some belief
00:44:59 you know i consider this maybe i’m wrong
00:45:02 but i consider a lot of this secular
00:45:04 islamism
00:45:06 where you are expected to submit
00:45:11 which is what islam means to submit
00:45:15 to the morality to the modesty
00:45:20 to the faith wow and you know on that
00:45:23 point
00:45:24 they have their own problems i mean they
00:45:26 were covered
00:45:28 the women were covered and they still
00:45:30 got it and
00:45:31 i believe the catholic church created
00:45:34 islam
00:45:35 to go against the protestants
00:45:38 um i i can give you a video on it
00:45:41 i have a couple resources on that uh
00:45:44 i i i’m curious um so
00:45:50 but yeah the the the possibility of this
00:45:53 being a secular
00:45:55 islam and the conversion of the world
00:45:59 it sits right in line with a lot of the
00:46:03 islamic
00:46:05 traditions of end times
00:46:09 and
00:46:13 you know this corona thing
00:46:17 does it it meshes
00:46:20 if you look at it in the levels of
00:46:23 literalness it fits uh genesis 3 6
00:46:28 and chapter 9 very well
00:46:32 hold on i don’t have those memorized i
00:46:34 want to go look at those up
00:46:35 geniuses
00:46:40 six three so it’s
00:46:43 chapter three verse six yeah and the
00:46:46 woman saw that
00:46:47 the tree was good for food and then it
00:46:48 was pleasant to the eyes
00:46:50 and a tree that he desired is that the
00:46:52 one you’re thinking
00:46:53 was it revelation or is it revelation 6
00:46:57 3 i get those things mixed up no that’s
00:47:00 fine
00:47:01 it’s hard to keep everything that’s why
00:47:03 i have notes on a lot of things
00:47:05 yeah i i was crazy
00:47:08 revelation 6 3 and when he had opened
00:47:12 the second seal i heard
00:47:14 the second pc say come and see
00:47:19 but go on if it it should talk about
00:47:22 the course uh
00:47:26 just skimming a little bit verse 5 has a
00:47:28 black horse
00:47:31 is that uh the beast
00:47:35 says so it’s the first it’s the first
00:47:38 one
00:47:39 that’s associated with the
00:47:42 you know people scholars associated with
00:47:46 um plague the first horse
00:47:51 sure sure all right so that’s that it’s
00:47:53 revelation six then
00:47:55 that’s this chapter so
00:47:58 on some of this stuff i’m not completely
00:48:01 decided on revelations i haven’t really
00:48:02 focused in there
00:48:04 i i do believe that a lot of imagery
00:48:06 that’s used
00:48:07 in revelations is you is from the polar
00:48:10 configuration
00:48:11 but i do believe those images are
00:48:14 teaching us something that’s going
00:48:15 to happen um right
00:48:18 i think so this is the kind of this
00:48:21 isn’t pod race but this would be i would
00:48:23 call different angles
00:48:25 on it because there’s right left on that
00:48:28 there’s there’s the turmoil
00:48:32 that men go through
00:48:35 and there’s the natural
00:48:38 disasters or catastrophes that happen
00:48:43 throughout and you know
00:48:46 man isn’t responsible necessarily for
00:48:49 the the catastrophes
00:48:51 man is mostly responsible for what
00:48:53 happens to man
00:48:55 um but the
00:48:59 the concept of you know so if you look
00:49:02 at
00:49:03 chapter 9 it talks about
00:49:08 the legions of apollyon or abaddon
00:49:13 that bring the desire for death
00:49:17 but and it there there’s a lot of hurt
00:49:20 there’s a lot of pain there’s a lot of
00:49:21 panic there’s a lot of fear
00:49:23 there’s a lot of wishing for death but
00:49:27 it’s that plague is not to
00:49:30 take
00:49:34 man it’s the plague after
00:49:38 that i see coming
00:49:45 and that one
00:49:50 you know that one is the one
00:49:54 that my mind links to vaccines
00:49:58 but um okay well
00:50:02 not knowing we’d have to look at in the
00:50:04 details but i’ll keep that in mind when
00:50:06 i
00:50:06 study that um i i want to
00:50:09 go along with the end times
00:50:13 type of talk so is it uh
00:50:16 daniel 9 the 70 weeks i think that’s
00:50:20 good
00:50:20 right let’s go look let’s make
00:50:24 let’s go double check i think it’s
00:50:29 yeah i’m pretty yeah it looks like
00:50:31 daniel 9 yeah
00:50:32 so a lot of people in most scholars
00:50:37 or preachers or whatever it teachs that
00:50:39 the 70 weeks is not over
00:50:41 i disagree with that i do believe the 70
00:50:44 weeks
00:50:45 was over um
00:50:50 oh there’s a whole chapter but i think
00:50:52 the main one is
00:50:55 a big one is verse 25
00:50:58 but 24 talks about the 70 weeks
00:51:02 but 25 is a key one for me
00:51:06 um 26 is another one
00:51:11 um but i i believe
00:51:15 yeshua died in the middle
00:51:18 of the last week
00:51:22 and then three and a half laters paul
00:51:25 he went and started giving it the
00:51:26 gentiles
00:51:29 um but there’s things
00:51:33 go ahead so jesus died in what week
00:51:37 uh the middle of the last week of the 70
00:51:40 weeks
00:51:41 of this daniel’s 70 week prophecy
00:51:44 okay so about 35 and then at 38 um
00:51:50 weeks weeks uh
00:51:53 oh no the last week so he died at
00:51:57 69 and a half weeks okay
00:52:01 sorry about that um i probably wasn’t
00:52:04 clear um i probably assumed you knew
00:52:08 some of the
00:52:10 general ideas behind the verse sorry
00:52:13 so i did read it but this has been years
00:52:17 ago
00:52:18 and i need to reread i know that’s fine
00:52:21 i i can give you a resource
00:52:23 that i like that i
00:52:26 i haven’t read it yet but on i’ve
00:52:30 some of the general points that he has
00:52:32 stated about it
00:52:34 i believe because of studying the book
00:52:37 of mormon
00:52:38 brought me to that belief if that makes
00:52:40 sense
00:52:44 and that i i’ve actually talked to the
00:52:46 author
00:52:47 um and
00:52:52 i’ve tried to ask him some questions
00:52:54 that goes along with some of the things
00:52:55 i see the book of mormon saying
00:52:57 that’s related to this and he doesn’t
00:52:59 have answers
00:53:01 but in general the reason i do believe
00:53:04 the 70 weeks have happened is because of
00:53:08 things that the book of mormon
00:53:09 says and what the verse those verses
00:53:13 say in that
00:53:16 that the daily sacrifices are done
00:53:19 and i believe that’s what part of
00:53:23 what that prophecy in daniel 9 says
00:53:30 are they when you say that the daily
00:53:33 sacrifices are done i assume you mean
00:53:35 like the
00:53:37 the burnt offerings and stuff that they
00:53:39 would officially do
00:53:40 through the levites and stuff well yeah
00:53:44 i’m talking about the animal sacrifices
00:53:45 but and that’s partly correct but not
00:53:47 completely correct
00:53:48 so after uh israel
00:53:52 and the mixed multitude that was with
00:53:55 them
00:53:56 um broke the law
00:54:00 while moses was up on the mountain and
00:54:02 moses came down and saw
00:54:04 the worshiping the golden calf moses
00:54:07 went up and you know
00:54:08 got um another copy
00:54:12 of the tablets right i mean he made it
00:54:15 the second set was the exact same as the
00:54:17 first set but that’s why i said coffee
00:54:20 right i’m he was the first uh copier
00:54:23 and the first one to get download on
00:54:25 tablets right anyways
00:54:27 [Laughter]
00:54:32 but in addition because of their
00:54:35 wickedness
00:54:36 and because they had already promised to
00:54:38 keep laws that then they didn’t
00:54:40 because moses was gone for a while
00:54:43 they got punishments and some of those
00:54:45 punishments were
00:54:47 daily sacrifices that the levites had to
00:54:50 do
00:54:52 i believe and we can get into the
00:54:54 details on this if you want and i i have
00:54:55 some
00:54:56 pretty good bookmore verses i believe
00:54:58 that shows
00:54:59 it’s the daily sacrifices that stop and
00:55:02 joseph smith has a quote that
00:55:05 uh i can give you and share a picture of
00:55:08 because
00:55:08 i don’t have it typed down but
00:55:12 sacrifices are coming back and isaiah
00:55:14 and ezekiel
00:55:15 states that sacrifices are coming back
00:55:18 also
00:55:18 but which sacrifices i believe the
00:55:21 sacrifices of the holy holidays
00:55:23 sorry go ahead what are the types of
00:55:26 sacrifices
00:55:28 oh there’s multiple times there’s sand
00:55:31 and there’s like burnt and there’s like
00:55:32 peace and there’s like
00:55:35 but you know sure
00:55:38 so and 35 is it 9
00:55:41 16 um because this is going to be a key
00:55:45 verse on this subject um
00:55:50 i think it’s 16 let’s go find out for
00:55:53 sure
00:55:55 so just a side question does anybody
00:55:58 actually watch these
00:55:59 discussions that we have some do um
00:56:04 i i can go see
00:56:08 not a lot the most i’ve seen on one is
00:56:10 like 20 people
00:56:12 um so not a ton but some
00:56:16 so the last one we had two people
00:56:19 want i know four people watched
00:56:22 uh the one i had before that one 24.
00:56:26 there’s 21. so it varies not a lot
00:56:32 um it’s i so it’s not
00:56:36 35 9 16 than what i was thinking of
00:56:39 uh i can look it up if you’re worried if
00:56:41 not i’ll just i’m not worried
00:56:44 the the general idea on it that i’m
00:56:47 trying to bring out from this first
00:56:48 is that it’s the blood sacrifices that
00:56:51 were
00:56:52 stopped okay and
00:56:55 i think the blood sacrifices and this is
00:56:57 a part that i need to go do
00:56:59 more research on because i i didn’t grow
00:57:02 up with torah
00:57:03 right when i was grew up christian i was
00:57:06 told that it doesn’t apply any
00:57:08 today so i i just ignored it like my
00:57:10 church did
00:57:13 so this is a one part i haven’t figured
00:57:15 out yet that i need to do more research
00:57:17 on but i’m
00:57:17 focused on other things right now i
00:57:20 believe there’s multiple types
00:57:22 of sacrifices and i think the blood ones
00:57:26 are the ones where they sprinkled the
00:57:28 blood on things
00:57:30 for atonement type of purposes
00:57:34 because some i don’t believe the
00:57:37 sprinkling of blood was done in all of
00:57:39 them but this is where i’m talking a
00:57:40 little bit out of ignorance
00:57:42 i know that there was so there was the
00:57:44 blood
00:57:46 on the lentils and the doorway
00:57:49 to protect that’s that’s passover
00:57:53 um right actually we’re supposed to be
00:57:55 doing it now
00:57:57 that’s not supposed to be stolen or we
00:57:58 don’t do that
00:58:00 yeah but um people don’t
00:58:03 i i also know what the scriptures say
00:58:06 yeah this was one type of that was one
00:58:08 type of blood sacrifice
00:58:11 and then um another type that i can
00:58:14 remember
00:58:16 was um
00:58:17 [Music]
00:58:21 something about it was some sort of
00:58:25 celebration so there’s day of atonement
00:58:29 that just
00:58:29 uh happened not too long ago because
00:58:33 today is actually the start of
00:58:34 tabernacles but anyways
00:58:36 day of atonement they take they sprinkle
00:58:38 blood on the mercy seat
00:58:40 in the holy of holies they um
00:58:42 [Music]
00:58:44 i think it was moses to
00:58:49 bless yeah okay so i know what you’re
00:58:51 talking about
00:58:52 after he came down from the mount and
00:58:54 they made a covenant
00:58:56 they took the blood and they sprinkled
00:58:59 it upon
00:59:00 the people right is that what
00:59:08 right so the blood of the ox was thrown
00:59:10 on the people
00:59:12 as some sort of
00:59:15 celebration i remember it being some
00:59:18 sort of celebration
00:59:19 yeah i don’t know this is where i’m a
00:59:22 little weak on but it was
00:59:23 part of the making the covenant so
00:59:26 the the blood of the lamb was
00:59:31 to tell the angel of death
00:59:34 to pass over and leave them alone
00:59:37 so it was a leave life here
00:59:42 so the blood of the blood of the sheep
00:59:45 seem to be attached to
00:59:48 letting the people of the household
00:59:52 live just let them be go to the next one
00:59:57 and the blood of the ox
01:00:01 um at least in the context that i can
01:00:04 remember
01:00:05 was some sort of celebration um
01:00:09 yeah celebrating the covenant if i
01:00:11 remember correctly and this is
01:00:12 that that’s one part of the torah i
01:00:14 don’t know as well as i’d like to
01:00:16 i i’m working on getting to know torah
01:00:20 better but um i’m working on it right
01:00:25 anyways um i didn’t grow up with it
01:00:29 um but the the thing is
01:00:33 joseph smith has a quote that um one
01:00:36 phrase that may be somewhat popular
01:00:38 and the more knowledgeable
01:00:40 restorationists is that
01:00:42 the sons will offer a sacrifice in
01:00:44 righteousness
01:00:45 again that’s
01:00:48 i i can give you the exact quote i don’t
01:00:50 know off right off
01:00:52 my head but ezekiel and isaiah talks
01:00:55 about how sacrifices are going to be
01:00:56 happening in the millennium
01:01:00 i believe that it’s
01:01:03 the sacrifices that are supposed to
01:01:05 happen
01:01:06 during the high holidays
01:01:10 like so along especially since today’s
01:01:13 tabernacles
01:01:14 here’s one thing that i believe i
01:01:15 believe mosiah two through five
01:01:18 was given during tabernacles and
01:01:21 torah actually now one thing that some
01:01:24 people will say that well that can’t be
01:01:25 the case because they offered sacrifices
01:01:27 and labs
01:01:28 and that’s not a passover but they don’t
01:01:30 know
01:01:31 that happens at tabernacles also and i
01:01:34 have a verse for
01:01:35 i have uh let me go look at it i don’t
01:01:38 have it memorized
01:01:41 this is where we’re at but tabernacles
01:01:43 the vegas 23
01:01:44 talks about the sacrifices for
01:01:46 tabernacles and so does numbers 29
01:01:49 and it includes lambs so i looked up
01:01:53 and google uh types of sacrifice
01:01:56 there’s the burnt offering the
01:01:58 purification offering the reparation
01:02:00 offering the fellowship offering
01:02:02 and apparently significance
01:02:06 significance and that’s actually a
01:02:10 a strict adherence to how you live your
01:02:13 life
01:02:15 well let me let me see if i can find the
01:02:17 verse that i’m thinking of
01:02:19 is um because i thought it was 35
01:02:23 maybe 35 all right
01:02:36 oh it’s i had the right chapter i had
01:02:38 the wrong verse it’s 35
01:02:41 9 19 i thought it was 16. i had the nine
01:02:44 and the six
01:02:45 inverted right
01:02:56 so this is a key verse for this but
01:02:59 19 and ye shall offer up unto me no more
01:03:03 the shedding of blood yea your
01:03:05 sacrifices and your burnt offerings
01:03:07 shall be done away for i accept none of
01:03:09 your sacrifices and your burnt offerings
01:03:12 so this gets tricky because some of that
01:03:16 sounds like
01:03:17 the burnt offering sacrifices um
01:03:21 which i don’t think is this is where i
01:03:24 need to do some more study
01:03:26 but i believe
01:03:30 this first has to do with the daily
01:03:32 sacrifices
01:03:34 um you know what’s really interesting
01:03:38 i i just want to mention this really
01:03:39 quick where it says
01:03:41 i will not i will accept none
01:03:45 of your burnt offerings
01:03:50 sure sure no this is where i need to
01:03:53 learn more
01:03:54 the ones that i do believe that will
01:03:56 continue are the ones at the high
01:03:58 holidays
01:03:58 and you don’t those aren’t burnt
01:04:00 offerings the ones with the high
01:04:01 holidays
01:04:02 are meal offerings and you eat those
01:04:07 and so your google search forgot to
01:04:09 listen
01:04:11 huh what was interesting about burnt
01:04:15 offerings
01:04:16 is that holocaust
01:04:21 means burnt offering and it was a jewish
01:04:26 it’s the jewish applied name to
01:04:30 that situation
01:04:33 that’s that’s interesting
01:04:37 and insightful and disgusting at the
01:04:41 same time
01:04:42 right
01:04:45 um here let me let me share my some
01:04:47 notes since we’re talking about this
01:04:57 okay so let me move
01:05:00 so you see my onenote right
01:05:06 um
01:05:08 oh here we go so this is
01:05:12 uh some important verses here um
01:05:15 but here so performance and ordinances
01:05:19 can you can you enlarge that a little
01:05:21 bit
01:05:22 um my sure hold on let me let me see
01:05:26 yeah here hold on one second let me
01:05:30 stop it let me figure out how to share
01:05:32 make it bigger and then i’ll share it
01:05:33 again
01:05:34 because that’ll be easier
01:05:37 so what computer has a delay issue oh
01:05:40 yeah there we go i found out how to do a
01:05:42 zoom
01:05:45 instead of being aligned it’s
01:05:48 jagged oh no that’s fine i thought i
01:05:51 just said
01:05:53 so i’ll reshare it now
01:05:56 oh you learned how to do zoom for him
01:06:00 that was is that funny
01:06:08 i wasn’t even thinking about that but
01:06:09 yeah
01:06:11 i’m zooming on zoom
01:06:16 okay can you scroll down to where we
01:06:18 need to be oh the
01:06:20 all these would you highlight it
01:06:24 and there’s more but i have rough notes
01:06:26 on this
01:06:27 places here and there this is something
01:06:30 i haven’t
01:06:32 it’s kind of i i when i make a post
01:06:36 i’ll i’ll put all my thoughts together
01:06:37 in a nice organized
01:06:39 fashion but i’m not focused on making a
01:06:41 post on this yet so
01:06:42 you’re gonna have to kind of go with my
01:06:45 little disorganized somewhat
01:06:46 disorganized
01:06:48 random stuff all over the place right
01:06:50 now so
01:06:52 but so
01:06:59 here in as much as it shall be expedient
01:07:03 you must keep the performances and
01:07:05 ordinances
01:07:06 of god until the the law
01:07:10 shall be fulfilled which was given unto
01:07:12 moses
01:07:15 ii 25 30.
01:07:22 so there’s a key part performances and
01:07:25 ordinances
01:07:26 and what the book of mormon says
01:07:30 regarding performances and ordinances is
01:07:33 important here with what i’m trying to
01:07:35 bring out here
01:07:36 because
01:07:39 the way i view it i i see there’s a
01:07:43 difference
01:07:43 between torah and law of moses and this
01:07:46 is how
01:07:46 i’ve made sense of the things that i’ve
01:07:48 seen in the book of mormon and
01:07:50 scriptures and other places okay
01:07:52 and this is a big part of that
01:07:55 law of moses law moses i believe is the
01:07:58 daily performances and ordinances that
01:08:00 were
01:08:01 given to the israelites after they
01:08:03 rejected god
01:08:05 it was a punishment
01:08:09 it was the extra stuff that god told him
01:08:12 to do
01:08:12 as a punishment it was not part of the
01:08:16 law
01:08:16 or torah that moses got when he went up
01:08:19 onto the mount
01:08:20 i don’t know if it was so much
01:08:22 punishment as it was
01:08:28 what have you i think there was a couple
01:08:31 of things
01:08:32 i think was part punishment partly
01:08:35 trying to teach them so they wouldn’t
01:08:36 miss him when he came
01:08:38 right but what i’m trying to say is so
01:08:42 you’re probably right it’d say okay if
01:08:45 you
01:08:47 if you can’t do this we’re gonna go back
01:08:50 to
01:08:51 no no no that’s not what i’m saying
01:08:54 because they
01:08:54 live torah and law and moses at the same
01:08:57 time
01:08:58 one wasn’t taken away to give the other
01:09:00 they had one thing
01:09:02 anything was taken away but it’s like
01:09:06 if they you know it’s like expecting
01:09:09 a person to be able to do shakespeare
01:09:12 kid can’t do shakespeare okay we go back
01:09:14 to the primers
01:09:16 you know let’s go learn your abc let’s
01:09:18 make sure you
01:09:19 i see what you’re saying but that’s not
01:09:21 what happened in my opinion
01:09:23 because he didn’t take away torah no he
01:09:25 didn’t
01:09:27 he didn’t give him extra to do until his
01:09:30 death
01:09:31 right they he basically was giving them
01:09:34 the equivalence of
01:09:35 muscle memory
01:09:38 yeah he’s giving him extra things so
01:09:40 that way
01:09:42 he they would recognize him when he came
01:09:44 because right
01:09:45 in these verses from the book of mormon
01:09:47 it it shows
01:09:48 that the law of moses points to christ’s
01:09:53 life they’re typically
01:09:58 these daily sacrifices that they were
01:10:00 supposed to do were typifying
01:10:02 of christ so that way they wouldn’t miss
01:10:04 them but they still missed them
01:10:05 or right now not all of them
01:10:11 it’s hard to deprogram
01:10:14 trauma um
01:10:18 especially when you’re talking
01:10:19 generational trauma
01:10:21 um and i think the
01:10:26 necessity of them living in egypt
01:10:30 being enslaved being exposed to
01:10:34 you know false gods being um
01:10:37 [Music]
01:10:39 oh yeah yeah i genetically or you know i
01:10:43 see
01:10:43 your point but at the same time the
01:10:45 miracles they had to show them
01:10:47 who god was and you know he was who he
01:10:51 said he was
01:10:52 was also a lot greater than we have
01:10:53 today but
01:10:55 i know people will give angels
01:10:59 and they just effed it up oh
01:11:02 yes that’s a good way of putting it and
01:11:05 they
01:11:06 walked across the red sea on dry
01:11:10 ground and then they go and complain
01:11:15 moses you should have left us in israel
01:11:17 we should have stayed slaves
01:11:20 but yet when they were slaves they were
01:11:22 saying i don’t want to be a slave
01:11:26 anyways i i i know it’s easy to
01:11:29 walk on them for you know
01:11:33 going back on things but we do it
01:11:35 ourselves all the time
01:11:36 right absolutely i mean and
01:11:40 sometimes it’s still the same even
01:11:42 though i keep i’m striving to get rid of
01:11:44 the same sin i still fall back into it
01:11:47 at a time yeah
01:11:48 you’re right you we
01:11:52 it’s like the more things change the
01:11:54 more things stay the same
01:11:56 you know the plays the play is always
01:11:59 the same
01:12:00 just the names change you know it’s like
01:12:03 there’s a billion different sayings for
01:12:06 yeah they walked in our shoes and we’re
01:12:09 walking in their shoes
01:12:10 and and somewhere hopefully
01:12:14 line by line preset by precept hopefully
01:12:18 we eventually
01:12:22 break into the better programming sure
01:12:25 right right but i think
01:12:29 but back to this so there’s this
01:12:33 i think like i said there’s a difference
01:12:35 between torah and law and moses i think
01:12:37 torah is what moses brought down
01:12:41 from mount sinai um
01:12:46 and torah is a loaded word too so it
01:12:48 means lots of things
01:12:49 because doesn’t it mean law i mean
01:12:51 definitely it means instructions is a
01:12:53 better
01:12:54 interpretation christians like to
01:12:56 translate it as law
01:12:57 jews like to translate it as
01:12:59 instructions i’m more
01:13:01 along the lines of instructions but i’ll
01:13:03 say law out of habit
01:13:04 because you know growing up christian um
01:13:08 but paul and jesus
01:13:11 also said that the prophets so like
01:13:14 joshua was torah and that psalms or the
01:13:18 writings
01:13:19 proverbs was torah so torah
01:13:22 is more than just the first five books
01:13:26 of moses which was what a lot of people
01:13:28 like to apply
01:13:29 as torah i mean it is tor but it’s not
01:13:33 the only torah
01:13:34 i would say book of mormon is torah
01:13:38 because it’s instructions right to or
01:13:40 the law to be like him
01:13:43 because joseph smith and i believe this
01:13:45 quote if we abide by
01:13:47 and abide means protect guard defend
01:13:51 do just like how we’re supposed to
01:13:52 defend protect and guard
01:13:54 torah but joseph smith said if we abide
01:13:58 by
01:14:00 the book of mormon will get closer to
01:14:02 god than any other book
01:14:04 i believe that book of mormon’s torah
01:14:08 to me anyways so i think there’s a
01:14:11 separation between torah
01:14:13 and law of moses i think law of moses is
01:14:15 what was
01:14:16 given them when they rejected god
01:14:20 it was those daily performances and
01:14:22 ordinances the dnc
01:14:23 says things that i believe leads to that
01:14:26 and so does the book of mormon
01:14:29 you know i think i got a good analogy
01:14:31 okay i got a good analogy
01:14:33 karate kid all right which one it’s been
01:14:36 a while since i’ve seen karate here
01:14:37 first one daniel wants to
01:14:41 kick some butt okay well that’s like all
01:14:44 of them
01:14:44 what are you talking about he’s like
01:14:46 teach me i want to fight i want to
01:14:48 fight and yeah mr miyagi is like
01:14:52 wax on you know
01:14:56 wax on or wax off and danny was like
01:14:59 what the hell you know
01:15:03 it’s this is boring this is repetitive
01:15:05 this is
01:15:06 what does this do and then
01:15:09 after all the repetition
01:15:12 mr miyagi helps him put it together and
01:15:14 he’s like oh
01:15:18 yeah he at first he thought oh you’re
01:15:20 just making me
01:15:21 you know wax fans and car oh no it was
01:15:25 painting the fence waxing the cars right
01:15:27 yeah yeah white uh cleaning the
01:15:31 the deck and stuff yeah yeah but he
01:15:34 they were practicing the motions
01:15:38 what i meant by muscle memory
01:15:41 yeah i think critically agree because
01:15:44 the
01:15:44 the things in the law what i would
01:15:46 consider the law of moses
01:15:48 was pointing to yeshua’s mortal ministry
01:15:50 and his
01:15:51 his death and
01:15:57 he did it to the t yeshua
01:16:00 put it to the t in fact so there’s a
01:16:03 tradition
01:16:03 in the jews and this is not a
01:16:06 commandment but
01:16:07 i’ve i’ve done it the last couple
01:16:08 passovers that
01:16:10 the night of the passover it was
01:16:12 tradition for the jews to stay up
01:16:14 late which
01:16:17 kind of gives somewhat additional
01:16:19 insight to why
01:16:20 jesus chewed out peter
01:16:24 and the three that brought with them
01:16:25 right
01:16:27 further at the garden
01:16:30 why didn’t you stay up one hour to me it
01:16:32 was the jewish tradition
01:16:34 to stay up that night in preparation for
01:16:37 passover that wasn’t passover that’s the
01:16:38 night before passover
01:16:40 it was their tradition to stay up then
01:16:44 probably getting the unleavened bread
01:16:46 ready and stuff well
01:16:49 so passover you could my understanding
01:16:52 and this is where um i think some people
01:16:55 get passover and
01:16:56 unleavened feast mixed together passover
01:16:59 i believe you could have
01:17:01 leaven bread and it was the day
01:17:04 after so passover happened on the sixth
01:17:08 day of the
01:17:10 week so unleavened bread started on the
01:17:13 seventh day
01:17:15 so the if i remember correctly it was
01:17:18 like
01:17:19 so passover is specifically
01:17:22 the angel of death coming through
01:17:25 that’s one instance of it i believe adam
01:17:29 celebrated passover to be honest it’s
01:17:32 possible
01:17:32 i i you know i i don’t have anything to
01:17:36 to dispute you at the moment but i think
01:17:39 what what i was trying to say what i was
01:17:41 going to say is
01:17:42 passover specifically was um
01:17:46 to you know for the angel of death to
01:17:49 pass over them
01:17:51 and to kill the firstborn of egypt
01:17:54 and it was in that
01:17:58 grief you know i mean everything had
01:18:01 been just
01:18:02 compounding everybody was suffering and
01:18:06 it finally got to the you know and then
01:18:08 the accumulation
01:18:09 where the firstborn are dead you know
01:18:12 there was just so much
01:18:14 anguish and i just don’t care anymore
01:18:19 type of you know just say just a i i’m
01:18:22 done
01:18:23 you know it was a whole time to prepare
01:18:32 [Music]
01:18:35 you know he’s like and they were told be
01:18:38 ready
01:18:39 be ready and
01:18:42 get just high tell it out as soon as you
01:18:44 can
01:18:45 because after the angel’s done
01:18:49 you got to be ready to go and
01:18:53 pharaoh in his grief said
01:18:56 just get the hell out and they
01:19:00 got the hell out and then then pharaoh
01:19:02 was like
01:19:03 wait i just lost the whole workforce
01:19:06 what am i doing
01:19:07 if i remember people were kind of
01:19:10 convinced them to go after the
01:19:11 israelites
01:19:12 right they got a report that they kind
01:19:14 of
01:19:15 blocked they put themselves in a bind
01:19:17 right because they went
01:19:20 they went through this narrow k or not
01:19:22 cave but
01:19:24 passage passage that’s the word i’m
01:19:25 looking for and then they went
01:19:27 against the red sea and they couldn’t go
01:19:29 anywhere so harold thought he could
01:19:31 go get him like right it’s like a duh
01:19:34 all right
01:19:36 but yeah it’s just the whole point is is
01:19:39 that
01:19:40 you know there isn’t an importance to
01:19:42 unleavened bread
01:19:44 but it wasn’t specifically necessarily
01:19:47 to the passover
01:19:48 but it was a yeah it was after it’s
01:19:51 because they were hurry didn’t have time
01:19:52 to let
01:19:53 bread um
01:19:57 because they were in the hurry right
01:20:01 and last last supper a lot of people
01:20:04 think was on passover no it was the
01:20:06 night before
01:20:07 um but anyways that’s
01:20:10 somewhat related
01:20:15 the last supper was the night before
01:20:17 passover
01:20:18 not passover right didn’t
01:20:23 didn’t jesus die on the day of passover
01:20:27 yes he did you’d have to to be the
01:20:29 fulfillment of or
01:20:31 right to be the passover lamb you have
01:20:34 to die on passover
01:20:36 gotcha so you’d have to die
01:20:39 i mean i don’t know how else to say it
01:20:42 it’s just
01:20:49 so that
01:20:52 he died right at the time when the high
01:20:54 priest was
01:20:56 doing it
01:21:01 anyways this is that’s where he
01:21:05 it was to the letter that
01:21:08 those sacrifices and and the
01:21:11 high holidays point to him but anyways
01:21:15 i mean i don’t know how else he um
01:21:17 people get so mad at me
01:21:18 for saying
01:21:22 look you
01:21:25 you can disagree with me if you like to
01:21:27 okay i don’t want to make this an
01:21:29 argument
01:21:30 but i think in order for him to get that
01:21:33 perfect timing
01:21:36 he had to choose when he was going to go
01:21:39 um i do think there is
01:21:43 some merit in him helping it along
01:21:47 yeah and you know i get in oh i’ve
01:21:50 gotten in so much trouble for saying
01:21:52 that jesus committed suicide
01:21:56 jesus committed suicide that’s
01:22:00 i know i the definition of
01:22:04 suicide is to
01:22:08 end one’s life to end one’s own life
01:22:12 and for him to release his spirit
01:22:17 the life essence
01:22:20 that for me in a very literal way
01:22:24 is suicide and the fact that he was able
01:22:28 to like
01:22:29 you know bring his spirit back and
01:22:32 reanimate his own body
01:22:34 you know i mean that’s a miracle too
01:22:38 i mean he’s the only one that could do
01:22:41 it and the only reason we can
01:22:43 resurrect is because of him well there’s
01:22:46 been previous resurrections
01:22:50 throughout the scriptures those aren’t
01:22:52 resurrections
01:22:54 from the dead um literal
01:23:01 for sure the literal
01:23:04 resurrection that is the recombining of
01:23:07 and the
01:23:08 and the yeah but they like lazarus
01:23:11 there’s other examples and this actually
01:23:15 brings in
01:23:15 a point where it’s somewhere around
01:23:18 alma 39 to 42 where he talks about alma
01:23:22 talking to his son wicked son corianthan
01:23:25 i think i said that right
01:23:27 where he brings up how they termed this
01:23:30 the resurrection but it really wasn’t
01:23:32 because
01:23:32 yeah i mean they came back from the dead
01:23:36 but they did die again resurrection has
01:23:39 the point where you don’t die again
01:23:43 well i don’t know i mean
01:23:48 to well i know what the woman says is
01:23:51 that
01:23:52 when i i haven’t read those arguments
01:23:55 huh i haven’t read those arguments i
01:23:57 don’t remember reading those arguments
01:23:59 no no sure i’ll just i can we can look
01:24:01 at them if you want but real quick
01:24:03 the book of mormon states that after the
01:24:06 resurrections our spirit
01:24:07 and our body will never separate again
01:24:15 we can go look at some if you want i’m
01:24:17 sure i have some
01:24:19 i i’m i’m sure it’s there i i’m not sure
01:24:22 what to think about that
01:24:24 okay um because
01:24:36 i mean i know your stance
01:24:40 about reincarnation you know my stance
01:24:42 about it
01:24:44 um we can go over what this
01:24:47 no i’ve actually spent
01:24:51 you know um it’s
01:24:54 i think that it is
01:24:58 you know the the concept of resurrection
01:25:00 [Music]
01:25:03 um i’m not saying it’s not a true
01:25:05 concept it does feel
01:25:07 it feels like
01:25:14 it feels truthful i i hear what you’re
01:25:17 saying and it seems
01:25:19 like magic for lack of a better word
01:25:20 right now right
01:25:22 um well sure but i was
01:25:26 just thinking you know
01:25:30 um i mean i think it’s more than
01:25:34 there’s more oh my gosh there’s so much
01:25:37 more
01:25:38 i mean are we gonna get all our bacteria
01:25:40 and fungus too
01:25:43 um so there’s some details that i don’t
01:25:48 know
01:25:49 that’s one of them i do believe
01:25:53 that we’ll have our sexual organs again
01:25:55 um unlike
01:25:56 uh the tk smoothie i don’t know if
01:25:58 you’ve heard of that but um
01:26:00 no there oh there was an eldest prophet
01:26:03 t i forget who it was and
01:26:07 it’s in the tk smoothie i’d have to go
01:26:10 look it up
01:26:11 i’m coming blank but he he used to teach
01:26:14 that
01:26:15 unless you went to the celestial kingdom
01:26:17 your
01:26:18 cell organs would
01:26:22 they’re smooth that’s why they called it
01:26:23 a tk smoothie oh
01:26:25 terrestrial kingdom smoothie that’s what
01:26:28 it is
01:26:29 i mean i i have heard some
01:26:32 you know some speculation
01:26:36 on the you know people who don’t get
01:26:38 celestially married who don’t get to the
01:26:41 celestial kingdom who aren’t
01:26:42 exalted are stuck with these
01:26:46 asexual bodies
01:26:50 that it’s probably off of the tiffany
01:26:53 theory or tk’s probably i forget
01:26:56 what prophet said that or
01:26:59 prophet said that because the book of
01:27:03 mormon states that well
01:27:05 our bodies are reunited in their perfect
01:27:08 form even and this part i like right
01:27:10 uh we will not lose even a hair on our
01:27:13 head
01:27:15 but you know that
01:27:18 when you think about
01:27:22 the complexity i must
01:27:25 i think i’m tired at this point i’m like
01:27:29 i mean i’m i’m starting to act like i’m
01:27:31 drunk but
01:27:33 i i’m not i
01:27:36 mostly tired anyway um
01:27:40 [Music]
01:27:44 the complexity of what is in us i mean
01:27:48 it’s like this may be
01:27:52 just urban legend [  ] but 01:27:55 the the current we only have 10 percent 01:27:58 of 01:27:59 bull you know do you remember that whole 01:28:01 we don’t we only use ten percent of our 01:28:03 brain [  ]
01:28:04 yeah no the the
01:28:07 new spin and i kind of give more
01:28:10 credence to this than the old
01:28:13 brain [ __ ] the new
01:28:17 the new understanding is
01:28:20 only about 10 percent of the total dna
01:28:23 in our body
01:28:24 is ours we have so many different
01:28:28 dna or i’m not even
01:28:31 that’s it that’s including the junk gna
01:28:35 we have literally
01:28:39 all sorts of for you know flora and
01:28:43 fauna within us we are a biome
01:28:47 a very complicated biome oh yeah
01:28:50 we are partly alive because of the
01:28:54 other organisms that we are in um
01:28:58 oh what’s the word i want but in a
01:29:01 symbiotic
01:29:02 relationship with that’s right and
01:29:05 you know i i think just our goal right
01:29:09 has our gut ferments things because of
01:29:12 those
01:29:12 right i mean and that’s only touching on
01:29:15 the very
01:29:16 simplest of understandings of all the
01:29:19 things
01:29:20 that they do for us and we do for them
01:29:22 and you know that
01:29:25 interconnectedness and honestly i think
01:29:29 you know the living creatures on the
01:29:32 planet
01:29:33 are very much like the micro
01:29:36 organisms within ourselves you know we
01:29:40 are to god what the bacteria
01:29:42 is to our gut uh i see where you’re
01:29:45 going but i do
01:29:46 believe we are uh
01:29:49 individuals i mean oh for sure we’re
01:29:52 spirits
01:29:53 um but
01:29:57 this does bring up some issues i haven’t
01:29:59 really
01:30:00 i haven’t put thought into but i i do
01:30:02 know what you’re saying that
01:30:04 our physical bodies as they are right
01:30:06 now is a combination of
01:30:08 not just us but other organisms that
01:30:10 we’re in symbolic relationships with
01:30:13 how does that all work after the
01:30:15 resurrection i don’t have a good answer
01:30:18 i do know that the scriptures describe
01:30:21 our resurrected body
01:30:22 as immortal meaning can’t die
01:30:25 and that it’s uh flesh and
01:30:29 bone compared to flesh and blood
01:30:32 when we’re mortal what does that exactly
01:30:35 mean i’m not completely sure
01:30:37 i do know that it’s a very pale
01:30:39 complexion
01:30:44 see this is where i don’t know if that’s
01:30:46 literal or just
01:30:48 a way to distinguish the two different
01:30:50 so i i
01:30:51 know i know lds people think that means
01:30:53 we don’t have any blood
01:30:54 i think there’s a chance for that
01:30:58 i don’t know if that’s absolutely true
01:31:00 or not or it’s just the way to
01:31:02 distinguish between the
01:31:03 the two types of bodies i also believe
01:31:06 we’re going to eat food in when we’re
01:31:09 resurrected
01:31:10 possibly you know it’s one of those
01:31:12 things where i mean think about it this
01:31:14 way
01:31:15 who does the blood belong to very simple
01:31:18 answer
01:31:20 god well i’m sure everything belongs to
01:31:22 god sure
01:31:23 and if i mean that is
01:31:27 specifically i mean when you’re talking
01:31:28 about
01:31:30 um what physically
01:31:34 belongs to god of us
01:31:39 what of us belongs to god
01:31:42 scripturally speaking it’s the blood so
01:31:45 if
01:31:46 in the resurrection you are bone and
01:31:49 flesh but not bone in
01:31:53 but not flesh and blood
01:31:56 perhaps that could be an indication of
01:31:58 that’s when we’re granted
01:32:02 a level of sovereignty that puts us on
01:32:08 a equal footing with the father
01:32:15 because right now we’re completely
01:32:16 dependent upon him and his life
01:32:19 and blood is symbolic of life
01:32:22 where after the resurrection i do
01:32:24 believe it will become a time where
01:32:26 we’re not dependent
01:32:27 upon him um we’ll always
01:32:30 praise him and worship him for what he
01:32:32 did for us
01:32:33 but i do believe there will become a
01:32:36 time
01:32:38 independent
01:32:50 so i just i don’t know
01:32:54 are we i would speculate that we may
01:32:57 have
01:32:58 micro organisms still because we’re
01:33:00 going to eat flesh
01:33:01 and after well you got to keep them
01:33:04 alive
01:33:05 well i i
01:33:09 i and this is one thing that i also
01:33:11 believe
01:33:12 i uh i’m not 100
01:33:15 sure on this but i came across something
01:33:18 somewhat recently
01:33:19 that although we’ll be immortal humans
01:33:23 animals won’t be um
01:33:26 and that we’ll be doing the high
01:33:29 holidays
01:33:30 including killing animals and eating
01:33:32 them
01:33:34 in heaven and i tend to believe that
01:33:39 i i don’t know it well enough to show up
01:33:41 from the scriptures right now but i do
01:33:42 believe it
01:33:44 you know you might very well be right i
01:33:47 don’t know
01:33:47 i mean i
01:33:51 i know it might sound like kind of bs
01:33:53 but
01:33:56 i think when we get
01:34:00 enough you know when we
01:34:04 get evolved enough
01:34:07 um we will probably be
01:34:12 the planets and the stars that have our
01:34:14 children on them
01:34:17 yeah i don’t believe that i i know
01:34:19 brigham young taught that i don’t
01:34:20 believe it
01:34:22 i i don’t know if he did that or not he
01:34:25 taught
01:34:25 some interesting things like
01:34:29 and so i mean i know that he taught
01:34:32 that we will make worlds
01:34:37 for sure um you know
01:34:41 it just it makes sense
01:34:44 to me because
01:34:50 when it talks about the breath of god
01:34:54 being our breath
01:35:00 sure genesis talks about god putting his
01:35:03 breath into
01:35:04 adam’s nostrils right
01:35:07 um one thing that english translations
01:35:11 don’t do justice is how breath and wind
01:35:15 is also spirit
01:35:18 and so let’s see this is a word in a
01:35:21 play on words where god is giving his
01:35:23 way
01:35:24 way of living being to us into math
01:35:29 and romans 7 kind of says that in itself
01:35:32 because it says
01:35:34 i don’t know the exact quote but moronic
01:35:35 7 says in essence
01:35:38 god has given the holy ghost to all men
01:35:42 i mean i can see that i can see some
01:35:45 people
01:35:46 having that understanding we have this
01:35:50 generally speaking most christians have
01:35:53 a
01:35:54 schism it’s like a split
01:35:57 here’s the physical side here’s the
01:35:59 spiritual side
01:36:00 and the two are not the same oh yeah
01:36:05 that’s how we that’s how we have
01:36:08 learned to think about our world there
01:36:10 is
01:36:11 physical over here over here
01:36:15 that’s it you know there is no you know
01:36:18 it’s it’s
01:36:18 but honestly it i for me
01:36:22 it’s actually like saying that there’s a
01:36:26 mind body split so
01:36:30 here’s something that goes with it i
01:36:32 have handy
01:36:33 uh dnc 2934
01:36:37 wherefore verily i say unto you that all
01:36:40 things unto me are spiritual
01:36:42 and not at any time have i given unto
01:36:44 you allah which was temporal
01:36:46 neither any man nor children of men
01:36:49 neither adam
01:36:50 your father whom i created
01:36:53 uh now what was that from uh dnc 29 34
01:36:57 and 35 goes along with it also so just
01:37:00 next
01:37:03 behold i give unto you unto him that
01:37:06 he should be an agent unto himself and i
01:37:08 gave unto him commandment but
01:37:10 no temple commandment gave i unto him
01:37:14 for my commandments are spiritual
01:37:17 they are not temporal nor spiritual nor
01:37:19 carnal
01:37:20 nor central uh and
01:37:23 i the book of mormon says something like
01:37:25 that also
01:37:27 well you know pearl of great price talks
01:37:30 about how
01:37:32 everything is
01:37:35 but it talks about how the world was
01:37:37 created spiritually and then
01:37:39 physically after and
01:37:42 and it’s like there’s really
01:37:46 and then i guess i know i know you’re
01:37:48 not a big
01:37:49 doctor and covenant it’s not doctor i’m
01:37:51 coming to state
01:37:53 um oh geez
01:37:57 i i just mentioned it what was it
01:37:59 lectures of
01:38:01 lectures on faith no
01:38:04 the uh
01:38:08 doctrine something the the collection of
01:38:13 of uh conference talks
01:38:16 oh journal of discourses yeah thank you
01:38:18 general discourses
01:38:19 you know in general discourses i know
01:38:21 you’re not a big fan of it
01:38:23 but sometimes they actually stumble upon
01:38:25 some interesting things
01:38:27 oh you know i i would say there’s
01:38:30 probably some truth in there
01:38:32 but in my honesty there’s more
01:38:35 falsehoods in there and it’s not worth
01:38:37 it’s not effective to find truth
01:38:38 going through it so one of the things
01:38:41 that’s in there
01:38:42 that has really affected my world view
01:38:46 is the concept that
01:38:49 matter that spirit is actually quote
01:38:53 finer matter that there is actually no
01:38:56 difference
01:39:01 and this is one i don’t focus on because
01:39:04 i don’t know if it’s just
01:39:06 f elder’s false traditions that he said
01:39:08 that or if he actually
01:39:09 did say that but i tend to think there’s
01:39:12 an
01:39:13 authentic quote from joseph smith where
01:39:15 he said that spirit is just more
01:39:16 finer manner
01:39:20 so because
01:39:23 there is really no difference just like
01:39:26 there is no actual difference between
01:39:28 mind and body
01:39:30 um for me
01:39:33 spiritual outcomes
01:39:37 are going to be the literal physical
01:39:42 outcomes for sure to some degree i agree
01:39:45 with that
01:39:46 um i i don’t know if i would say a
01:39:49 hundred percent
01:39:50 but i do see that some for example in
01:39:53 the new testament
01:39:55 christ healed a blind man that was born
01:39:57 blind
01:39:58 and people ask so who sinned
01:40:02 him or his parents and christ said none
01:40:05 he was like this so that way
01:40:06 the power of god could be manifest
01:40:10 yeah so i there is a place for what
01:40:14 you’re saying
01:40:15 but i’m just saying because i do think
01:40:18 it does happen
01:40:19 but we shouldn’t take it too far because
01:40:21 there’s an example from the new
01:40:23 testament
01:40:24 that if you take that completely
01:40:26 literally and
01:40:27 it’s 100 miss it goes against it if that
01:40:32 makes sense
01:40:33 well there is a danger to taking things
01:40:35 literal
01:40:37 because i’m too far because i i think
01:40:39 there’s
01:40:40 a balancing effect because not
01:40:42 everything in our life is
01:40:44 because of things that we’ve done right
01:40:47 right
01:40:48 even the book of mormon talks about how
01:40:50 we feel the effects of other people’s
01:40:52 sins
01:40:56 so we’re in a world where we affect
01:41:00 we affect each other how much we like it
01:41:04 if that’s good or bad that probably
01:41:05 depends on the person right
01:41:07 [Music]
01:41:09 i mean one of those things where
01:41:13 you know the thing about taking things
01:41:15 literally
01:41:16 is you can’t be you have to be careful
01:41:20 in being
01:41:21 fixed in your interpretation because
01:41:24 your interpretation
01:41:26 may in fact be wrong and that’s what
01:41:28 makes little being literal so dangerous
01:41:31 sure right right
01:41:32 in fact um there’s a carrot jew i like
01:41:36 uh him gordon um
01:41:40 but he has a talk that goes along with
01:41:42 this
01:41:43 that um i don’t remember the name of it
01:41:45 i could
01:41:47 look it up if you want but he brings out
01:41:50 how
01:41:51 all scripture readings are
01:41:53 interpretation even
01:41:55 the commandment thou shalt not murder
01:41:58 is an interpretation because
01:42:01 the way it is in hebrew depending how
01:42:04 you want to read it
01:42:05 it could be a question and not a
01:42:07 statement
01:42:09 i believe it’s a statement and pretty
01:42:10 much everybody believes it’s a statement
01:42:12 but that is an interpretation of it
01:42:16 for example you didn’t have punctuations
01:42:18 to make it clear if it was a question or
01:42:20 a statement
01:42:21 right you just changed the inflection
01:42:23 and now it’s a question
01:42:25 anyways and everything interpretation
01:42:28 but
01:42:29 right people are better at taking
01:42:31 context
01:42:32 into account to get their
01:42:34 interpretations
01:42:36 right there’s another thing is like
01:42:39 you know
01:42:40 [Music]
01:42:54 does it break that commandment if you
01:42:57 defended yourself no because thou shalt
01:43:00 not kill is a bad translation
01:43:03 i know but you know it’s because
01:43:10 willingly taking a life
01:43:15 well so um this gets into what murder
01:43:19 actually means
01:43:20 because murder is pre-planning it
01:43:23 thinking about it wanting to do it
01:43:27 or killing is that you just had
01:43:30 like self-defense
01:43:34 killing is a crime of passion uh
01:43:38 there’s there’s that i i i i don’t know
01:43:40 if
01:43:41 i wouldn’t put self-defense in that but
01:43:42 there are um
01:43:45 uh killing of passions and
01:43:49 that’s even that’s a different category
01:43:51 even in today’s civil war
01:43:54 in the united states and in torah from
01:43:56 my understanding
01:43:58 there’s murder
01:44:02 where you pre-plan it
01:44:05 figure out how to do it and all that
01:44:06 stuff right
01:44:09 is a completely different ball game and
01:44:11 that you should not do
01:44:12 which i include war
01:44:16 well i mean to to be the devil’s
01:44:18 advocate here
01:44:23 to be the devil’s advocate here
01:44:26 if one does not dedicate
01:44:31 themselves to defending their life
01:44:37 to the last type of thing
01:44:41 chances are they won’t succeed in
01:44:44 actually defending themselves
01:44:46 you have to be pre-committed
01:44:49 to the possibility of
01:44:53 oh sure so i guess in a sense you might
01:44:55 be saying it’s pre-planned right
01:44:57 because right uh i see where you
01:45:01 understand
01:45:02 looking beyond the mark personally but i
01:45:05 see what you’re saying
01:45:06 because you’re not going out looking to
01:45:08 go kill someone specifically
01:45:10 you’re just wanting to defend what your
01:45:13 rights are
01:45:14 which includes
01:45:18 and on the war part
01:45:21 i mean the book of mormon and i can
01:45:22 bring out verses but i think the book of
01:45:24 mormon makes it pretty clear
01:45:25 that we should not go start wars and we
01:45:28 should
01:45:29 only defend ourselves on our own land
01:45:36 and along with that um
01:45:39 in this they’re you’re frozen
01:45:43 i don’t know if you can hear me hello
01:45:46 i’m going to pause for taking care of
01:45:48 your own
01:45:50 your eye you’ve proposed for a little
01:45:51 bit but like captain moroni
01:45:54 um
01:46:08 but for my studies that’s what actually
01:46:10 tore teeth that you’re supposed to take
01:46:12 care of others in fact
01:46:14 love your neighbor right i mean it could
01:46:17 even be just in that
01:46:19 um but i don’t know the details all the
01:46:22 details off right off top
01:46:23 my head but i can give you some articles
01:46:26 if you want but
01:46:26 tor actually teaches that you need to
01:46:28 defend
01:46:30 your neighbors and your country
01:46:34 but defend and that and defenses
01:46:39 is completely different being the
01:46:41 aggressor you can be
01:46:42 right i mean it’s it’s not
01:46:45 a lack of aggression but it’s the lack
01:46:47 of of
01:46:49 initiating the
01:46:53 even captain moroni even when he had the
01:46:55 lamanites
01:46:57 captured right he still gave him a
01:46:59 chance
01:47:00 right repent right don’t do it anymore
01:47:03 and then i’ll let you go because i don’t
01:47:04 want to kill you
01:47:05 but they didn’t want to do that the
01:47:06 limitless they’re like i’m going to kill
01:47:07 you
01:47:09 right i remember they you know the ones
01:47:12 that were surrendered were sent to
01:47:14 um what areas to
01:47:19 they they were basically they had to
01:47:21 take an ultra conversion
01:47:23 and then they had to then they were
01:47:25 expected to
01:47:26 um provide by working the land to
01:47:29 provide for the
01:47:30 the armies and stuff yeah
01:47:34 the defenses and stuff like that
01:47:38 anyway i’m gonna have to head out soon
01:47:40 um
01:47:41 okay so let’s plan on closing down by
01:47:44 midnight
01:47:44 my time it’s 11 46 now here okay
01:47:48 so um do you want sacrament then
01:47:52 um yeah okay um
01:47:55 so the the blood represents life and
01:47:58 we’re supposed to remember
01:48:00 his life while partaking of the
01:48:03 sacrament
01:48:04 also wine is bitter
01:48:09 and so in mosiah 18
01:48:15 it it talks about the covenant we make
01:48:18 before we’re baptized
01:48:19 is to keep all his commandments but it
01:48:22 puts an
01:48:22 emphasis on we should warm
01:48:25 with those that mourn and comfort those
01:48:27 in need of comfort
01:48:29 helping other people
01:48:33 can be bitter just like christ’s
01:48:36 atonement
01:48:37 he did to help us was bitter
01:48:44 right and so i think it helps us
01:48:46 remember that also
01:48:48 the the the second
01:48:52 part of it is receiving
01:48:56 the holy spirit right wine
01:49:00 as you drink it has a burning feeling in
01:49:03 your
01:49:03 bosom and even the lds church says this
01:49:07 but only they completely understand it
01:49:09 they relay the holy spirit to burning in
01:49:12 their bosom
01:49:14 right whoa
01:49:19 did it burn it burns
01:49:22 oh man it burns um but
01:49:25 yeah um i don’t know sometimes i wonder
01:49:29 if it’s
01:49:30 more than that though i mean uh it
01:49:33 probably is
01:49:34 this is still amazing i think about and
01:49:38 try to
01:49:38 figure out right i mean there’s so many
01:49:40 levels to it i mean everything you say
01:49:43 i think is right
01:49:47 and anything that i might say
01:49:50 might be right but whatever we say
01:49:54 is not necessarily the end-all be-all
01:49:56 nor is it just
01:49:57 between the two of us the end-all be-all
01:49:59 um
01:50:00 because there’s
01:50:04 it’s i once heard
01:50:08 somebody say
01:50:11 god is all things to all people
01:50:16 or that is god is probably a better way
01:50:19 of saying it is
01:50:20 god is who his people need him to be
01:50:26 uh okay depending what you think
01:50:29 they need him to be i would agree
01:50:31 because yes god is what
01:50:32 we need him to be but what is it really
01:50:35 that we need him
01:50:36 to be because
01:50:40 on the one point that you know god is
01:50:42 everything to
01:50:43 everybody god is all good god is not
01:50:46 evil
01:50:48 and so i would take an exception to that
01:50:51 but i do believe that god is what we
01:50:53 need him
01:50:54 to be and he
01:51:00 was our perfect example of who to be
01:51:05 and he out of everything he could do
01:51:11 his whole life and purpose is to bring
01:51:14 the immortality and eternal life
01:51:18 to us
01:51:21 he came to be mortal so that
01:51:25 someone would have the perfect life
01:51:29 that when he died it would break the
01:51:32 bands of death
01:51:33 because and the reason i say that is
01:51:37 the punishment for sin is death
01:51:40 christ never sinned didn’t deserve
01:51:44 death and that’s why the bounds of
01:51:48 death could be broken
01:51:52 well this brings up another
01:51:56 question for me okay
01:52:03 if god is
01:52:08 what we can be
01:52:11 and we are what god was
01:52:20 i’m not quite
01:52:23 sure if
01:52:26 i mean a lot of people explain it as
01:52:28 he’s a separate entity
01:52:31 so that little statement
01:52:35 that is common in the elders church and
01:52:38 in some other places
01:52:40 i don’t completely agree with and
01:52:43 and i can get into reasons why i don’t
01:52:45 completely agree with it if you want to
01:52:47 or you can continue on with your
01:52:49 question well
01:52:50 um so in the book of mormon
01:52:55 the book of mormon does not agree with
01:52:59 the
01:53:04 concept of god that they teach in modern
01:53:07 mormonism
01:53:09 amen to that so
01:53:12 god the father is spirit
01:53:16 and god the son is flesh manifest
01:53:20 sure we can go look at mosiah 15 because
01:53:23 the
01:53:24 father became the son right
01:53:28 jesus is the our father
01:53:33 jesus so here’s something that goes
01:53:35 along with what we just did
01:53:37 the book of mormon clearly teaches
01:53:40 that the eternal father is jesus
01:53:45 in the sacrament prayers who are we
01:53:47 praying to the eternal father
01:53:49 that’s jesus right
01:53:53 we did jesus is the father
01:53:57 so while i don’t necessarily have
01:54:01 issues with that um
01:54:05 to accept that
01:54:09 concept oh did i just exit something so
01:54:13 hang on let me one thing to remember
01:54:15 that
01:54:16 in hebrew father means leader son
01:54:19 means follower jesus was the perfect
01:54:23 follower of what he himself taught
01:54:33 i have a hard time
01:54:38 with the exception of
01:54:42 um resurrection
01:54:45 without the concept of reincarnation
01:54:49 and the
01:54:52 concept of the father the son
01:54:56 as presented in the book of mormon
01:54:59 i am i not making
01:55:02 i’m probably not making it that just
01:55:04 makes sense so you may need to remember
01:55:08 jesus
01:55:12 so as exalted
01:55:15 resurrected beings are we supposed to be
01:55:20 like god
01:55:23 yes and no and we i can give you why i
01:55:26 say yes and no
01:55:27 i mean different people will probably
01:55:29 give you different answers
01:55:30 right but i can tell you what i believe
01:55:35 yes or no if you want
01:55:38 but i guess the question is
01:55:42 did god the father
01:55:47 have at any point in time
01:55:53 a body like us
01:55:57 so who i believe god is god is
01:56:01 jesus so yes
01:56:04 now here’s maybe more what you’re asking
01:56:07 i also believe that jesus
01:56:11 had a father leader himself
01:56:16 and yes jesus leader
01:56:20 had a body like yeah
01:56:24 no i said it that way in a specific way
01:56:27 because
01:56:29 there’s other things in the earliest
01:56:31 church that people
01:56:33 say with this question
01:56:36 for example
01:56:40 because our spirits are eternal
01:56:44 meaning they were never born of a
01:56:48 swedish language
01:56:51 can you hold that thought for just one
01:56:53 second
01:56:54 i
01:56:58 so what i was saying is that the book of
01:57:00 mormon and joseph smith
01:57:02 taught that our spirits are eternal
01:57:05 meaning
01:57:06 no beginning no end and if our spirits
01:57:09 didn’t have a beginning
01:57:11 that means they could not have been
01:57:15 this is not you’ll know what i mean but
01:57:17 spiritually born of heavenly
01:57:19 father and a heavenly mother
01:57:22 because if that happened that means our
01:57:24 spirits had a beginning
01:57:27 but the book of mormon and joseph smith
01:57:29 teaches
01:57:30 that our spirits are eternal
01:57:34 i thought it was so in pearl a great
01:57:37 prize that talks about how
01:57:39 intelligence is
01:57:42 eternal and unchanging
01:57:45 and spirit itself which is made out of
01:57:48 intelligence
01:57:50 is changeable so i don’t recall that in
01:57:53 your
01:57:53 pro great price but i’m not an expert in
01:57:56 that area
01:57:57 um do you happen i would imagine that’s
01:57:59 probably
01:58:00 remember where in abraham that is we can
01:58:03 go look at it
01:58:04 yeah let me go bring that up let me see
01:58:06 if i can bring that up there’s one in
01:58:08 abraham
01:58:08 three that relates to the subject but as
01:58:13 as far as i know it’s doesn’t say what
01:58:15 you just said
01:58:16 but at least not the verses that i’m
01:58:18 familiar with in that area
01:58:26 oh there it is okay
01:58:32 i think it might be an abraham
01:58:36 no it might be in moses okay um
01:58:40 i let me just see you
01:58:45 i’m just the topical guide or the
01:58:48 index to the triple right on the word
01:58:51 intelligence
01:58:52 let’s see if you can find what you’re
01:58:53 thinking oh here we go
01:58:56 i think this would be this might be it
01:59:02 just let me move through here to see if
01:59:04 i can find it
01:59:16 are you looking at a physical or a
01:59:18 digital i’m digital
01:59:20 okay because you can do uh a find if
01:59:23 it’s visual for intelligence
01:59:25 i i did see that thing that you you know
01:59:30 i i did see that thing that you did with
01:59:32 the whole search thing
01:59:34 oh my search program well so my search
01:59:36 program’s separate from what i’m talking
01:59:38 about
01:59:38 that program has to do more advanced
01:59:40 searches but i’m just saying here
01:59:42 on i don’t know if you’re looking at the
01:59:43 computer or
01:59:45 i’m guessing computer but on the
01:59:46 computer you can go control
01:59:48 f and then type in the word oh i’m
01:59:51 actually on my phone looking for it
01:59:53 oh uh sometimes there’s a
01:59:56 magnifying glass icon you can
02:00:00 i’ll do that
02:00:08 my program only runs on desktop
02:00:12 and it’s not i know it’s not the most
02:00:14 user-friendly one but it gets the job
02:00:15 done
02:00:22 okay um let me see if i can go
02:00:25 here
02:00:38 now
02:00:41 [Music]
02:00:51 by the water um
02:00:56 no it was not this one
02:01:02 i know there’s one in the dnc somewhere
02:01:04 about intelligences
02:01:06 but i i don’t know where it is off top
02:01:08 my head
02:01:09 i don’t know if that might be the one
02:01:10 you’re thinking of
02:01:14 okay section ninety
02:01:20 three
02:01:25 section 93 verse 29
02:01:29 is what it’s taking me to
02:01:38 man was also in the beginning with god
02:01:41 intelligence or the light of truth was
02:01:44 not created or made
02:01:46 neither indeed can be
02:01:50 all truth is independent in that sphere
02:01:53 in which god has placed it
02:01:55 to act for itself as all intelligence
02:01:58 also
02:01:59 otherwise there is no existence
02:02:04 i’m going to have to look for
02:02:08 where it talked about intelligence being
02:02:12 immutable and the beginning of all
02:02:15 things
02:02:17 so i i know the aliens church teaches
02:02:19 that
02:02:21 i mean it god
02:02:26 burst intelligences into spirits kind of
02:02:29 like
02:02:29 humans today for spirits into physical
02:02:32 bodies i
02:02:33 i don’t believe that anymore and i do
02:02:35 know they use
02:02:36 this verse to somewhat support that i
02:02:40 i don’t see it
02:02:43 i’m wondering if it might be something
02:02:45 along these lines
02:02:47 um you know the con you know how we’re
02:02:50 supposed to be
02:02:50 organisms right what is an organism an
02:02:53 organism is something that
02:02:54 self organizes
02:02:58 so um one of the really interesting
02:03:02 things about
02:03:06 thunderbolts projects that they’ve been
02:03:08 doing
02:03:09 is that when they run electricity
02:03:13 oftentimes the plasma will form itself
02:03:15 into
02:03:17 um simple
02:03:20 cells sure and
02:03:23 it organizes itself it also does plasma
02:03:26 pinches it also does a lot of the
02:03:29 uh things that matches what
02:03:31 archaeologists find
02:03:33 a lot of native american native
02:03:36 indians anywhere in the world um
02:03:39 so yeah but the
02:03:42 the concept of
02:03:46 a form of abiogenesis makes absolute
02:03:51 sense to me because it’s not like it’s
02:03:53 coming out of
02:03:54 nothing but literally the energetic
02:03:58 when it when it’s energetic it simply
02:04:01 organizes itself you know like the
02:04:03 matrix
02:04:04 you know it it forms like well you’ve
02:04:06 seen star trek
02:04:08 you know i mean imagine a holodeck
02:04:11 right
02:04:14 um that just it when energized
02:04:18 properly or directed
02:04:21 it can organize itself into life
02:04:25 you know and
02:04:29 that’s for me that’s the physics of the
02:04:33 universe is
02:04:34 you know we’re kind of like these
02:04:38 you know along with that line how does
02:04:42 how does matter even stick together
02:04:46 when you really go down to the layer of
02:04:47 atoms it’s it’s
02:04:49 electric they’re
02:04:52 yeah exactly electricity
02:04:55 or the electrical
02:05:00 nests of it i mean
02:05:03 it has like this innate intelligence
02:05:07 that
02:05:08 reacts to observation
02:05:11 and other you know intelligence
02:05:14 and and it it’s
02:05:20 i mean so i’m wrong here but i think
02:05:24 i’m hearing you applying it to the
02:05:26 matter that
02:05:28 like our the atoms that our spiri are
02:05:32 somehow inhabiting right i don’t know
02:05:36 how that works but
02:05:37 my spirit is in my physical body it’s a
02:05:43 you know it’s just an organization on a
02:05:46 more complicated level you know and
02:05:49 it it’s like
02:05:53 we you know we’ll we’ll hit a
02:05:57 you know there’s so much to learn at
02:06:00 this level and
02:06:03 before there was you know i mean it
02:06:06 that whole line upon line precept upon
02:06:09 precept
02:06:11 is also another thing that i i take
02:06:13 pretty literal
02:06:14 but it there’s so many interpretations
02:06:16 of that
02:06:17 you know what i mean and i’m sure i
02:06:19 haven’t even thought of some of them
02:06:22 well i have a post on something
02:06:26 you know for leaving at 12 i’m not doing
02:06:29 a good job
02:06:32 no that’s fine i’ll give you the link um
02:06:34 you can look at it later
02:06:36 it’s not something to read right now oh
02:06:38 my god
02:06:46 um but i’ll give you the link later but
02:06:51 i i have not put
02:06:55 thought into what to make out of
02:06:59 um
02:07:05 intelligences because i know
02:07:09 what the elders church teaches about it
02:07:11 which i don’t
02:07:12 currently believe and it hasn’t been a
02:07:15 high priority for me to go try to figure
02:07:17 it out
02:07:18 because yeah i know the that like the 93
02:07:21 we just read it
02:07:23 but what is that actually saying
02:07:26 i don’t know i mean one thought we could
02:07:28 do real quick if you want
02:07:29 is to go look up intelligence in the
02:07:31 1828 dictionary to see if it gives some
02:07:34 insights
02:07:34 um okay hold on let me
02:07:38 find that i don’t want to misspell the
02:07:42 word
02:07:42 i’m going to try to find and copy it
02:07:50 actually i have a i found an app that’s
02:07:53 the webster in 1928
02:07:55 no 1828 1820 yeah
02:07:57 [Music]
02:07:59 sure well i i have a physical book or
02:08:02 a replica actually
02:08:05 but it’s in the states it’s not here in
02:08:08 argentina
02:08:11 um
02:08:16 so intelligence
02:08:19 noun latin intelligentsia
02:08:22 from intelligeno to understand
02:08:25 this verb is probably composed
02:08:29 of in inner or intus
02:08:32 within the lego or collect
02:08:37 the primary sense of understand is
02:08:40 generally to take uphold
02:08:42 take or hold as we say to take one’s
02:08:45 ideas or meetings
02:08:50 so one’s understanding or skill
02:08:54 to notice information communicated
02:08:58 an account of things distant or before
02:09:02 intelligence may be transmitted
02:09:06 commerce acquaintance nothing
02:09:09 yeah that’s okay congress of
02:09:13 acquaintance
02:09:14 that’s that’s not english we’re familiar
02:09:17 with that’s for sure
02:09:19 terms of intercourse now i i know
02:09:22 intercourse did not
02:09:23 always mean together i mean that’s how
02:09:26 we use it today but that’s not how you
02:09:28 know well you know you know
02:09:32 being a teenager in the in the 80s and
02:09:35 90s
02:09:36 reading the wizard of oz was
02:09:39 it was one dirty joke after another he
02:09:43 ejected wildly
02:09:54 [Music]
02:09:58 but i don’t think i read i mean i’ve
02:10:01 seen the
02:10:02 various i think there’s only one edition
02:10:04 of it that i’ve seen but
02:10:06 i’ve seen it i hadn’t read it but
02:10:08 anyways
02:10:09 i i read the unabridged edition
02:10:14 and the vernacular had me
02:10:20 making so i i wonder
02:10:23 if the w were there when it was actually
02:10:26 written
02:10:27 which i don’t know what it was actually
02:10:28 you know i it’s
02:10:30 it’s possible i mean the the concept of
02:10:35 um i mean an ejection
02:10:40 is an ejection regardless of whether
02:10:42 it’s
02:10:43 you know semen or or a rocket
02:10:47 or a tape
02:10:51 you know when you when you push the you
02:10:53 know when you eject
02:10:54 the vhs
02:10:57 you know i mean it means what it means
02:10:59 and it it certainly can mean
02:11:01 it probably did mean all those
02:11:05 all at all i i don’t know because i
02:11:07 think
02:11:08 the the culture has gone a lot more
02:11:12 sexual than it used to be
02:11:14 um well yeah
02:11:17 it’s true that they don’t you know you’d
02:11:19 not likely to read
02:11:22 he ejaculated excitedly
02:11:25 you know and meaning that he simply was
02:11:27 trying to share an idea
02:11:29 you know or or or how we’re having
02:11:33 intercourse right now
02:11:34 yeah oh geez yeah
02:11:38 sorry i mean that’s not how you use the
02:11:40 word today right
02:11:42 especially without the additional
02:11:44 contacts it’s just
02:11:46 anyways that once you
02:11:49 once you hit puberty and you’re capable
02:11:51 of thinking about innuendos it just
02:11:54 never
02:11:55 i mean you can control it but it never
02:11:57 really ends
02:11:58 so my son’s almost five and i don’t want
02:12:00 to go too much on this but
02:12:02 he’s at the age where they like to think
02:12:04 about pee and poop
02:12:06 oh yeah
02:12:09 just i just flow with it because i know
02:12:11 it’s normal
02:12:12 right anyways let’s go back to the
02:12:15 definitions
02:12:19 so acquaintance uh intercourse as in
02:12:22 talking intelligence between
02:12:26 men is harmony well that’s interesting
02:12:29 that
02:12:30 that would make some sense because
02:12:32 anyways so we say there is good
02:12:35 understanding between persons when they
02:12:37 have the same views
02:12:39 or free from discord well that just kind
02:12:42 of
02:12:42 cleared up what i was thinking four well
02:12:45 this was
02:12:46 interesting a spiritual being you know i
02:12:49 i i haven’t focused on this word because
02:12:52 i’m worried about it but look
02:12:55 it’s actually someone saying what my
02:12:57 first inclination is
02:12:59 spirit a spiritual being as created
02:13:02 intelligence is believed that the
02:13:04 universe is peopled with
02:13:07 enormous superior intelligences
02:13:11 so this kind of goes along with what i
02:13:15 would tend to believe it’s just another
02:13:17 word for spirit
02:13:19 right
02:13:22 in fact i think abraham three kind of
02:13:25 abraham
02:13:26 three interchanges spirit and soul
02:13:30 that’s one that i was when we were
02:13:33 first kind of talking about this subject
02:13:35 we can go look at it real quick if you
02:13:36 want but
02:13:38 no i i think we i i need to like start
02:13:41 winding it down
02:13:42 i i i no that’s fine i’m glad we looked
02:13:45 up the word though because i like
02:13:47 that number definition four kind of
02:13:51 hits it for you yeah i mean i still
02:13:54 would want to study it more which uh it
02:13:56 will be a while before i
02:13:58 focus on that because i have other
02:13:59 things i want to focus on but
02:14:01 it to me it
02:14:06 gives me justification for not believing
02:14:08 what the earliest church teaches on it
02:14:09 and
02:14:10 how i’m more inclined to believe it
02:14:15 because right there a spiritual being
02:14:23 anyways i i think this is why it’s
02:14:26 helpful to look at
02:14:27 the words when just translated or got
02:14:30 the
02:14:31 revelations because there’s a lot of
02:14:33 meanings that have been forgotten
02:14:35 yeah and people use that to twist
02:14:40 what they mean oh my goodness semantics
02:14:44 it’s not just a game it’s a lifestyle
02:14:49 oh yeah like like how the eldest church
02:14:52 incorrectly
02:14:53 interprets interest with regard to
02:14:57 tithing
02:14:58 because interest is a legal term
02:15:01 for surplus oh i
02:15:04 you i haven’t even told you what i think
02:15:07 of the
02:15:08 that have you heard of uh conversion
02:15:10 therapy
02:15:12 uh yes
02:15:16 here’s the crazy thing okay i think
02:15:19 people nowadays who tell
02:15:23 somebody who has body dysmorphia that
02:15:26 they should
02:15:26 change their gender has committed
02:15:30 conversion therapy they’re basically
02:15:32 telling them that
02:15:33 the best way to consume but yeah
02:15:37 and i i’ve come across how some parents
02:15:39 are doing it to children
02:15:41 like it young as four or five or even
02:15:44 younger and i think yes
02:15:46 and you know what’s really scary is that
02:15:48 people
02:15:49 actually think they’ve changed they’ve
02:15:52 changed the idea of conversion therapy
02:15:56 to fit trans people but now it’s
02:15:59 not the people who are actually guilty
02:16:02 of doing it
02:16:03 who are doing it it’s the people who try
02:16:06 to prevent
02:16:09 um transition society is so screwed up
02:16:11 they
02:16:12 are doing the conversion therapy they’re
02:16:16 um
02:16:19 in psychology but it used to be if you
02:16:21 wanted to change your
02:16:22 gender you had a disorder
02:16:25 now today they push it and encourage it
02:16:30 of course society is so messed up
02:16:33 in fact the guys that
02:16:37 become women right they keep their um
02:16:40 their part their genitalia
02:16:44 yeah they’re men and women you know what
02:16:46 that
02:16:47 uh imitates the baphomet
02:16:50 the bathroom yeah
02:16:54 it has the breasts and then has the
02:16:56 penis
02:16:57 yeah and you know the thing is
02:17:00 um a lot of that confusion and stuff
02:17:04 is brought on from sexual trauma
02:17:08 um there’s a lot of trans men
02:17:12 uh who
02:17:16 who got you know sometimes they’re
02:17:19 confused
02:17:20 sometimes they’re peer pressured and
02:17:23 sometimes it’s because they were
02:17:24 sexually assaulted
02:17:26 it’s a case-by-case right
02:17:30 situation and sometimes there’s mixtures
02:17:32 of all of that
02:17:33 yeah yeah in fact
02:17:37 i don’t focus on this but there
02:17:40 i do believe the scriptures teach
02:17:42 against that
02:17:43 they even teach against i don’t know you
02:17:46 or somebody else was talking about this
02:17:48 recently but how scriptures actually
02:17:51 teach that a man should not try to look
02:17:53 like a woman and a woman should not try
02:17:54 to look like a man
02:17:55 but well i know that there is definitely
02:17:59 a condemnation for
02:18:03 a man to lay with a man as if he were a
02:18:06 woman
02:18:07 correct which is gay sex
02:18:10 and um i think the opposite applies for
02:18:13 women too but
02:18:15 it’s not explicitly stated well
02:18:18 i mean this is where getting into you
02:18:21 know i’m not saying that
02:18:22 it is or it isn’t you know i don’t know
02:18:26 that’s my honest answer okay
02:18:29 but there is also um
02:18:32 a legal argument you could say that if
02:18:35 it isn’t
02:18:36 explicitly forbidden
02:18:40 it’s not necessarily condemned i would
02:18:43 disagree with that
02:18:44 and i think just the history
02:18:48 within torah shows that because the
02:18:50 israelites were given
02:18:52 god’s law right and then
02:18:55 they broke it and then god gave more to
02:18:57 help clarify
02:18:59 what that law actually meant right
02:19:02 so i think that just proves the thought
02:19:05 or theory that you just
02:19:07 did because well i mean it is very
02:19:10 specific
02:19:12 women it does very specifically say
02:19:15 women aren’t to lay with beasts women
02:19:17 aren’t aren’t to lay with their real
02:19:19 relatives you know
02:19:20 no one says no bestiality um no
02:19:24 necrophilia
02:19:25 um sure but i don’t
02:19:28 but i think you’re correct that it does
02:19:30 not especially to say women with women
02:19:32 um but yeah so it i mean they’re
02:19:36 very it it it does it has no
02:19:39 is not shy at all about saying
02:19:42 you don’t do this you don’t do this you
02:19:44 don’t do this you don’t do this you
02:19:46 don’t do this you don’t do this
02:19:48 um but maybe there was and now this
02:19:51 is who knows what’s going on but maybe
02:19:53 there wasn’t such a big problem with it
02:19:55 back then as it is now but i i don’t
02:19:58 know
02:20:00 it’s a lot of speculation i tend to
02:20:02 believe
02:20:04 not laying with your same-sex applies
02:20:06 for both sexes
02:20:07 but right i do not explicitly state it
02:20:10 for women
02:20:12 right it’s just one of those things
02:20:14 where
02:20:15 um you know
02:20:18 sometimes it’s just simpler just to say
02:20:22 look you
02:20:25 don’t do same-sex attraction
02:20:28 just just make it simple okay
02:20:31 well some of those i think
02:20:34 it was we’re not we’re divorced from the
02:20:37 from the culture and some of the things
02:20:40 that are
02:20:40 in torah are things that were
02:20:43 specifically happening
02:20:45 in the culture that they were in and
02:20:48 god did make it simple don’t do that
02:20:51 because it was happening
02:20:56 right and you know and never look at it
02:20:59 and think it’s silly
02:21:01 but those things are happening today oh
02:21:04 for sure
02:21:05 oh my goodness i mean they’re they’re
02:21:07 not out in public where
02:21:09 everybody sees it nowadays like maybe it
02:21:11 was back then
02:21:12 but it those things do happen no
02:21:16 it’s it’s unfortunately
02:21:19 very getting out in the open i mean
02:21:24 i don’t know if you’ve ever heard of
02:21:26 maps
02:21:28 maps i don’t know what that
02:21:31 is but i probably just
02:21:38 i forgot exactly what it was but it
02:21:41 it’s supposed to be like uh
02:21:44 age
02:21:48 where it’s okay to you know be
02:21:51 pedophiles basically
02:21:53 oh yeah well california is making
02:21:56 pedophile
02:21:57 more legal and and the lgbtq
02:22:01 plus whatever letter there is to it now
02:22:03 is trying to make pedophilia
02:22:05 okay i mean depending how far you want
02:22:09 to take it
02:22:10 the ellis church tries to say it’s okay
02:22:12 to some degree because they say joseph
02:22:13 smith
02:22:14 practiced pedophilia right
02:22:19 which i don’t believe he did but that’s
02:22:22 what the eldest church
02:22:23 teaches so the term pedophilia
02:22:26 specifically refers to somebody who is
02:22:30 a prepubescent stage
02:22:33 i forgot what the term was for pubescent
02:22:37 post-pubescent uh okay so 16 maybe
02:22:41 i see what you’re saying so i might not
02:22:43 be using the term
02:22:44 completely technically correct right so
02:22:48 if it’s usually usually it’s like
02:22:51 under 12 and under
02:22:54 is considered prepubescent that’s
02:22:57 absolutely pedophilia
02:23:00 13 and up
02:23:03 is the term that i forgot is like
02:23:07 pettis something that deals with
02:23:12 pubescent post-pubescent adolescents
02:23:16 not children okay well either way
02:23:20 it’s i think both categories are wrong
02:23:24 yeah it is pretty disgusting um
02:23:29 and and society is trying to make it
02:23:32 okay
02:23:33 and california actually made a law that
02:23:35 is okay
02:23:37 well fc they instead of saying
02:23:40 we don’t want you messing with little
02:23:43 girls
02:23:44 they’re like well since we made it to
02:23:47 the judge’s discretion to mess with
02:23:48 little girls let’s go ahead and
02:23:50 throw the boys in because well we got to
02:23:53 be equal
02:23:56 [Music]
02:23:58 i guess i don’t know the exact details
02:24:00 of what they did
02:24:01 um there was
02:24:04 there are certain penalties and so they
02:24:07 there’s a sex registry um
02:24:11 i don’t know if you’re familiar with the
02:24:13 with the concept of the sex register a
02:24:14 sex offender registry
02:24:16 sure i i i don’t know if it’s just
02:24:19 statewide or nationwide but
02:24:21 i’m aware it’s run
02:24:24 state by state um but it’s a national
02:24:27 thing
02:24:29 uh where it’s you can
02:24:32 search other states
02:24:35 lists and when you get put on the list
02:24:40 um it can interfere with
02:24:44 jobs it can prevent you from getting
02:24:47 homes um okay
02:24:51 um maybe it’s not the list it does but
02:24:54 the punishments that go along with
02:24:58 how you got onto the list that does it
02:25:00 but the list is there so
02:25:02 others
02:25:06 of those who are around them to protect
02:25:08 their children right
02:25:10 but so i mean it’s a generally
02:25:14 reasonable concept but then there’s
02:25:16 always the devil in the details i’m
02:25:18 actually
02:25:20 um i’m not for
02:25:23 sex registries mainly because
02:25:28 my cousin ended up on one so he
02:25:31 made a few mistakes when he was still a
02:25:35 team
02:25:36 and should have just been in juvenile
02:25:39 you know
02:25:39 all this stuff as an adult because i
02:25:42 think
02:25:43 they treated us as an adult despite the
02:25:45 fact that what
02:25:47 he did wrong was when he was a juvenile
02:25:52 and because they decided to treat it as
02:25:56 he was an adult they ended up putting
02:25:59 him on the sex registry list
02:26:02 and that
02:26:07 really details i i i i
02:26:11 very difficult there’s exception there
02:26:14 should be
02:26:15 rightfully exceptions for non-adults and
02:26:18 adults on
02:26:19 some of these things right and you know
02:26:21 i mean
02:26:22 it really does it it’s very
02:26:25 muddled in do you treat
02:26:29 um do you treat a young woman
02:26:35 like she’s an adult or not i mean
02:26:39 a a young woman a
02:26:42 a teenage girl can go and get an
02:26:45 abortion without her parents knowing
02:26:49 but which i don’t agree with but anyway
02:26:52 she can’t she’s not allowed to say
02:26:57 in general terms she’s not allowed to to
02:26:59 consent
02:27:00 to the act that got her that way in the
02:27:02 first place and that makes no sense to
02:27:04 me
02:27:05 but and i think there’s a lot of
02:27:07 inconsistency in civil law
02:27:09 for sure right and you know i mean there
02:27:12 doesn’t
02:27:13 and you know that’s what california was
02:27:15 trying to do
02:27:17 is that so they do have a limitation
02:27:20 on age where up to the age of 14
02:27:26 um as long as they’re within a 10-year
02:27:29 difference
02:27:31 the judge has the discretion to put
02:27:35 somebody on the sex registry
02:27:38 or not one if it’s below 14
02:27:41 or if there is a wider gap than 10 years
02:27:45 then the judge doesn’t have the
02:27:46 discretion
02:27:47 [Music]
02:27:49 it’s period you do it no questions asked
02:27:52 but the thing is is that they’re they so
02:27:55 they have that
02:27:56 whole 14
02:28:00 and 10 years difference
02:28:04 um for girls and vaginal sex
02:28:07 but it was handled much differently much
02:28:12 more
02:28:13 tight you know it’s like if a
02:28:17 14 year old boy decided to have
02:28:21 a a sexual relationship with a man um
02:28:27 that the older partner would be put on
02:28:30 the sexual
02:28:31 registry list whether or not that
02:28:34 14 year old boy consented to the act
02:28:38 um that was before there wasn’t the the
02:28:40 ten year
02:28:41 leeway like there was with right so they
02:28:44 added the ten year leeway to the bench
02:28:46 right so i’m not sure you know
02:28:49 i mean i’m not sure i mean
02:28:53 it’s on the one hand it’s good that
02:28:55 they’re they’re more consistent but on
02:28:57 the other hand
02:28:58 shouldn’t have gone well they probably
02:28:59 should have been more consistent in
02:29:01 another
02:29:02 way than the way that they did it
02:29:04 because it was like
02:29:05 maybe they weren’t consistent being more
02:29:07 liberal rather than
02:29:10 protecting more they actually
02:29:13 protected less but i i do see the point
02:29:16 of being consistent
02:29:17 but i think they went to be consistent
02:29:20 in the wrong direction
02:29:22 yeah you can only have an open mind so
02:29:25 much before your brain spill out
02:29:27 right i don’t know
02:29:30 you would think so but some of those
02:29:33 liberals like hillary and others
02:29:36 i
02:29:41 i don’t know i i’ve heard things that
02:29:43 the people that are like that they
02:29:44 are really not happy and they do a lot
02:29:47 of these bad things just to
02:29:48 forget all their wonderful
02:29:51 bad things that probably happened to
02:29:53 them a lot of them
02:29:57 you know a lot of this stuff is cyclical
02:30:00 you get sure you know it’s just a liar
02:30:04 family-based even which is yes
02:30:08 when you’re young and there’s just no
02:30:11 one crossing them
02:30:13 or a lot of it’s family based
02:30:16 so have you read um
02:30:21 a generation of emma joseph and hiram
02:30:26 it’s a good book um
02:30:31 i’ll give you the link to it later
02:30:35 but the author uh’s
02:30:39 granddaughter grandpa so his
02:30:43 father-in-law was a high lds
02:30:46 official 70 or or higher i can’t i don’t
02:30:50 remember all the details but
02:30:58 the grandpa was doing things he
02:31:00 shouldn’t have been doing
02:31:04 yeah there’s a lot of stories about
02:31:09 the sexual abuses
02:31:12 um done by the authority
02:31:16 and how they they
02:31:20 hide it yeah and which is
02:31:23 sad because actually the doctrine
02:31:26 covenants god says they should be
02:31:29 excommunicated but that’s not
02:31:31 just period but that’s not what the
02:31:33 eldest church is doing
02:31:36 they’re they’re hiding the same rather
02:31:38 than getting rid of the sin out of the
02:31:40 church
02:31:40 and it’s getting bigger and anyways
02:31:44 um anyways it
02:31:49 in that book the an exotic exoneration
02:31:52 of emma joseph and
02:31:53 hiram is from the research
02:31:57 of a lot of things he did trying to make
02:31:59 sense of what happened
02:32:03 and how it was started with brigham
02:32:05 young and not joseph smith
02:32:07 and i think he did a very good job in
02:32:08 fact it’s my favorite book
02:32:10 on the subject
02:32:14 if you want to read on that subject
02:32:16 particularly
02:32:19 it’s a it’s the book i recommend
02:32:23 is there an audiobook of it no there’s a
02:32:26 kindle
02:32:27 it’s not an audio well
02:32:30 i guess so some
02:32:34 not all of them but there are some
02:32:35 kindle books that are audio um
02:32:38 enabled that allow for text to read your
02:32:41 text
02:32:43 the uh if you get the kindle and if it’s
02:32:45 not enabled
02:32:46 all i i’m friends with the author i’ll
02:32:49 talk to him and he’ll probably enable it
02:32:51 because i’m sure it’s
02:32:52 probably a simple switch that would be
02:32:55 awesome
02:32:56 maybe you should if you know him and
02:32:59 you know talk to him and see if maybe
02:33:01 because
02:33:02 you know you know it’s not just me who
02:33:06 really just needs the audiobook
02:33:09 i my favorite thing about audible
02:33:13 is that i can read a book
02:33:17 while doing other things yeah
02:33:20 yeah it’s
02:33:24 i may not always get the preferred book
02:33:26 i may want because i still read books
02:33:28 because
02:33:28 well for one i read the book of mormon
02:33:30 right but right and then
02:33:31 there’s other books like i have one on
02:33:33 daniel that i’m going to read
02:33:35 soon that we got on kindle not
02:33:38 everything i want
02:33:39 is inaudible and then also sometimes
02:33:43 it’s just
02:33:44 reading is different than listening to
02:33:46 it too
02:33:47 in this daniel book it gets into it’s
02:33:49 more technical i want to
02:33:51 read it more right yeah it is true
02:33:55 you don’t want to oh my gosh that that
02:33:58 was i mean that was the only way i
02:34:01 really could have read
02:34:02 it it still took me months
02:34:05 i mean it literally took me months to
02:34:08 wade through it
02:34:09 this there was a book that i read it was
02:34:11 called the environmental
02:34:12 causes blocking and it was
02:34:17 logged just the title sounds boring
02:34:21 it was sewing just so
02:34:24 loaded top heavy bottom heavy
02:34:28 side heavy with all these studies
02:34:31 and and quotes from studies and
02:34:34 terminology and i mean i was learning
02:34:39 i could practically do brain surgery
02:34:41 when i was done i learned so much
02:34:45 and i missed about two-thirds of the
02:34:47 book because it was like
02:34:49 vlogging you know well actually
02:34:52 i like stuff like that in areas where i
02:34:55 want it right i don’t want that in
02:34:56 everything
02:34:57 the areas that i really care about i
02:34:58 like stuff like that but
02:35:00 right that’s not in every subject like
02:35:04 um the book i listened to pagan
02:35:07 christianity
02:35:08 recently i
02:35:11 actually wish they would have got more
02:35:13 into the details
02:35:15 they did a pretty good job of doing it a
02:35:19 basic overview to get where most people
02:35:22 would probably want to get into but me
02:35:24 that’s a subject i care more about i
02:35:26 wanted all the details but they
02:35:28 didn’t get into sounds like something
02:35:30 i’d be interested in
02:35:31 is it is it the explanation of paganism
02:35:35 for christianity or is it it shows how
02:35:38 christianity
02:35:40 became pagan
02:35:43 how they started adopting the pagan
02:35:45 practices
02:35:46 gotcha even what they do in church on
02:35:49 sunday with the the preacher up front
02:35:53 just
02:35:55 preaching instead of um that’s not
02:35:57 supported by
02:35:58 scriptures and he gets in the details
02:36:02 part of the reason why this is open
02:36:04 forum
02:36:05 is because i believe the book of mormon
02:36:08 moroni
02:36:09 6 says by the spirit it doesn’t say
02:36:12 pre-planned it’s by the spirit and
02:36:16 that’s why it’s
02:36:17 all of these that i do are completely
02:36:21 open forum people want to talk about
02:36:25 it’s like you got your spaghetti plate
02:36:28 let’s see
02:36:28 sticks uh you broke up a little bit so
02:36:32 you have to say that again
02:36:34 you know you’ve got your spaghetti plate
02:36:36 you got your buffet of
02:36:38 whatever and you just kind of toss it at
02:36:41 the wall and see what sticks
02:36:43 sure well one thing i mean this book
02:36:45 talks about a lot but
02:36:46 it says in the first century
02:36:49 that is what they did is what moroni six
02:36:52 said
02:36:53 i i’ll be honest i mean i didn’t take a
02:36:56 good enough notes to make a post on this
02:36:58 and
02:36:59 show point by point but a lot of things
02:37:02 that he brings out in there i don’t
02:37:03 agree with everything he says but a lot
02:37:05 of things
02:37:06 the answers are in the book of mormon
02:37:13 of course well i mean it doesn’t talk
02:37:15 about the book of mormon but
02:37:17 anyways i mean the the where it talks
02:37:19 about getting together for communion
02:37:22 for for doing the the church thing
02:37:26 in new testament it talks about you’re
02:37:29 supposed to get together and edify
02:37:31 each other i mean
02:37:33 [Music]
02:37:34 that basically means you teach each
02:37:37 other
02:37:38 from your understanding i guess real
02:37:41 quick let’s create it in row 96 what it
02:37:43 says
02:37:44 real quick um
02:37:48 [Music]
02:37:52 okay so this is moroni 6 verse 9.
02:37:56 um i mean we can read the whole chapter
02:37:58 but the one point that really
02:38:00 applies to what i’m saying is nine and
02:38:01 their meanings were conducted by
02:38:04 the church after the manning manner of
02:38:06 the workings of the spirit
02:38:09 and by the power of the holy ghost for
02:38:11 as the power of the holy ghost led them
02:38:13 to whether to preach
02:38:15 or to exhort or to pray or to supplicate
02:38:18 or to sing
02:38:18 or or even so it was done so pretty much
02:38:24 this whatever you’re inspired to do you
02:38:27 do yeah
02:38:28 pretty much so this how the elder church
02:38:30 brags about how they’re
02:38:33 having the same lesson around the whole
02:38:34 world at the exact same time
02:38:38 completely contradicts the book of
02:38:39 mormon
02:38:41 yeah hmm
02:38:45 i’ll be honest and i’ve probably told
02:38:46 you this before pick something
02:38:49 what the other church does and teaches
02:38:51 the book of mormon says otherwise
02:38:54 i mean this is the fact that i know
02:38:57 people
02:38:57 in the church that brag and how it must
02:39:00 be the true church
02:39:01 because we’re teaching the same thing
02:39:03 the same lesson around the whole world
02:39:07 and i i read moroni 6 9. i see something
02:39:10 completely different
02:39:14 and and one of the things that the pagan
02:39:15 christian tradition gets into
02:39:19 is that historically it was differently
02:39:23 and it
02:39:24 was in line with boroni 6 9.
02:39:33 yeah anyways well it’s
02:39:37 it can get a little scary trying to do
02:39:40 free range
02:39:41 unstructured sure
02:39:45 i’ll tell you since i’ve left the church
02:39:48 some things have been harder for sure
02:39:51 and
02:39:52 especially at the beginning i was
02:39:53 tempted to
02:39:55 to go back but
02:39:58 i know the problems i can’t close my
02:40:00 eyes to it
02:40:02 and but over time i’ve gotten used to it
02:40:07 it’s scary at first yeah it’s scary to
02:40:10 rely on your own relationship with god
02:40:13 rather than having
02:40:14 some man telling you how it’s supposed
02:40:15 to be
02:40:17 yeah but we’re supposed to have a
02:40:21 relationship with god not with some
02:40:23 other man
02:40:25 sure um and so this is actually how it i
02:40:28 believe how it should be
02:40:30 even though that’s not what people are
02:40:33 used to
02:40:35 we’ll get used to it anyway
02:40:38 i think this is a good point to um
02:40:42 let
02:40:45 at this point so thank you very much
02:40:49 it was good talking with you and thank
02:40:52 you pleasure
02:40:53 the uh sacrament is definitely much
02:40:57 needed
02:40:59 and um you have a good evening sure
02:41:02 um well i may go to bed a little bit but
02:41:06 yeah you probably need a drink my mouth
02:41:08 is dry
02:41:12 we have talked quite a bit and i’ve made
02:41:15 sure i had some liquid but
02:41:16 yeah go get some water the only liquid
02:41:18 i’ve had for a little while was
02:41:20 wine and that is not that right that
02:41:22 dries you out too
02:41:24 so yeah water go get something i’m gonna
02:41:26 go make a tea
02:41:28 that sounds good all right we’ll talk to
02:41:30 you later all right take care
02:41:33 bye
