Summary

Scriptures and Joseph Smith teach that there are three baptisms and that two are required to get into the Kingdom of Heaven. Looking at the 1828 Webster’s Dictionary definition of spirit and focused on definitions that goes along with the baptism of fire which is Yeshua looking at your heart and judges it to want to follow Him and His Torah. We need to know the surrounding of a verse and what the scriptures teach on subjects to know what is being taught. Being forgiven during the baptism of fire is the first comforter. When you know you are right with Yeshua, life is easy even when you are going thru hardships. You are allowed into the Kingdom of Heaven because you have come under Yeshua’s covering. Knowing the difference between Torah and the Law of Moses is important. Matthew 7 has degrees of glory in it. Talking about the symbolism of fire and brimstone with the Second Coming some. Admit when you don’t know something. We are to teach the gospel to our children. Adam was created not born. I believe life enters the body at conception and science shows light happens at that moment. A living soul is a soul blessed with eternal life. The spirit and body is the essence of man. Knowing Hebrew idioms helps us understand Yeshua’s words given to the Hebrews. 613 commandments is symbolic of fighting, 600, in apostacy, 13. Blood is symbolic of life. One definition of even is equals. Sanctification is the second comforter. Yeshua died for the sanctified ones, others will have benefits from it also. Deeper meanings of scriptures do not contradict more surface levels. We all have sinned in the past, but there is no reason we need to continue to sin. Words of eternal life is being told you shall have eternal life and the depths of Torah. The Holy Spirit / Comforter is an IT. The Holy Spirit or Behavior is Torah. D&C (LDS 88:3)(RLDS 85)(1835 7)(1844 7) is stating that the pronoun for the Holy Spirit in John 14-16 should be IT. Joseph Smith never finished his New Translation / JST / Inspired Version of the Bible, the coming Mighty and Strong One will finish the Bible translation. The second comforter is not seeing Yeshua while in the flesh, it is being told you will have eternal life. One definition of spirit is behavior. Glory is received by keeping the commandments. The preparatory gospel is justification and the fullness of the gospel is sanctification. We are rewarded for our works of righteousness, which is which degree of glory we will receive, which goes along with how well we have imitated Yeshua. The purpose of life is to come under Yeshua’s covering and keep His Torah then help others to do the same, which is becoming like Him. We need to become like Yeshua. The church of the Firstborn is to have bone of bone and flesh of flesh which is to have the same laws of Yeshua, and act as Yeshua would act. Yeshua was a restorer as Joseph Smith was. Jeremiah is saying no one will be in the new covenant who doesn’t have Torah written on their hearts. Faith is trusting in Yeshua’s word and diligently keeping them. How much you trust in Yeshua’s word relates to how diligently you will keep it. We still need to keep Torah, to show Yeshua that we love Him. Torah is about how to be like Yeshua. We become children of Elohim. Listing parts of Torah. Relativism is of Satan. There will be animal sacrifices again during the Millennium. Joseph Smith restored much not all the gospel as stated in 1 Nephi (LDS 13). Mighty and Strong One is the one who rides the horse of death. D&C (LDS 87) talks about the Second Coming events.

00:03:11 is all that that is all three baptisms

00:03:29 This gets into three degrees of glory.

00:03:36 into it. Um but uh baptism as water is
00:03:41 our part to get into the kingdom. The
00:03:44 baptism of fire

00:03:54 of these details. And this gets into
00:03:55 what goes into the other one why it says
00:03:57 spirit instead of fire here. um
00:04:01 is where Yeshua uh justifies you and
00:04:05 says he accepts that he he saw that you
00:04:09 want to repent. Okay.
00:04:13 So let let’s go look at the definition.
00:04:16 I’m getting a little ahead of oursel but
00:04:17 let’s let’s because I was going to do it
00:04:18 later when we look at the verse but
00:04:21 let’s go look at spirit. And this is uh
00:04:24 where it has multiple definitions. Is
00:04:27 that big enough or should I make it
00:04:28 bigger?

00:04:50 to know what more context of what’s
00:04:55 going on to know which definition is

00:04:59 is the kingdom of God? Now, uh as I
00:05:03 mentioned earlier, the kingdom of God
00:05:04 has three degrees of glory, right? Mhm.
00:05:09 >> And to get into the lowest degree, which
00:05:12 is testral,
00:05:14 you have to have baptism, water, and be
00:05:16 justified, which is Yeshua is saying, “I
00:05:19 accept your uh desire to repent and
00:05:23 become like me.”
00:05:24 >> And ba and basically it sets the
00:05:29 justification sets you back to back to
00:05:32 zero in terms of your sin count.
00:05:35 >> Correct. because you’re forgiven, which
00:05:36 is the comforter, right?
00:05:39 >> Uh so on that point, as Ben brings this

00:05:43 >> it’s comforting to know that you are
00:05:46 good with Yeshua, as in he’s forgiven
00:05:49 you. What a comfort. In fact,
00:05:54 it makes everything else pointless.
00:05:58 It it makes although you’ll still have
00:06:01 hardships in life
00:06:05 it’s easier because you know you are
00:06:08 right with Elohim Yeshua
00:06:11 >> and uh the other thing about that
00:06:15 is that the other thing about that is
00:06:19 that this is what enter is this is what
00:06:22 causes you to enter into his house. He
00:06:26 having paid your debt, you are now in
00:06:29 his house.
00:06:30 >> Yeah. Um, so I I
00:06:35 along those lines, I’m going to say
00:06:36 something. There’s an idea posited out
00:06:39 there which in general seems nice. Okay,
00:06:43 that they and it has to do with judgment
00:06:45 day. Um, I don’t agree with it. And I’ll
00:06:49 get into why. And this gets into the
00:06:50 three degrees and what we’re talking
00:06:51 about. They they say when you go to the
00:06:54 pearly gates,
00:06:56 you know, anyways, there’s Yeshua there
00:06:58 doing the judging, right? Um well, in
00:07:02 these uh editions, they have Peter, but
00:07:05 that’s wrong. But that’s another uh
00:07:07 issue I’m not going to get into. But
00:07:11 >> let we’ll leave the Catholic Church
00:07:12 alone for now. Well, it’s mostly the
00:07:15 Catholics, but the Catholics are not the
00:07:17 only ones that say that, but that’s
00:07:18 probably where it’s probably the
00:07:20 Catholics are probably where it
00:07:22 originated. But anyways,

00:07:26 not what I focus on. But they say that
00:07:29 the reason that you’re able to get past
00:07:32 is not because you’re righteous, because
00:07:35 we’re all sinners except Yeshua, right?

00:07:39 Yeshua.

00:08:05 actually did repent

00:08:13 uh tstral people have a tendency to say
00:08:16 that there’s no law
00:08:18 which the law Torah tells us how to be
00:08:21 like Yeshua.

00:08:26 continually be taught the law.

00:08:56 is where Yeshua sees that your desire to
00:09:00 repent, to become like him, and says,
00:09:02 “Okay, yes, I’m going to let I’m going
00:09:03 to put you under my covering. I I will
00:09:06 take responsibility for you.” Now,
00:09:09 that’s what gets you into his kingdom.
00:09:12 Here is that justification, which is the
00:09:14 baptism of fire.

00:10:15 say throughout the scriptures at least
00:10:17 that I can recall off the top of my head
00:10:19 right now which is why it was some
00:10:24 confusing because this quote here
00:10:27 actually does relate to Moses 6. Okay.

00:10:54 writ. So, it’s uh it’s that same you
00:10:57 have it’s that turn of mind that
00:11:00 that spirit you’re what you’re you’re
00:11:03 turning your mind to following Yeshua is
00:11:06 what I’m seeing in there. And maybe and
00:11:09 maybe and maybe that’s a stretch, but
00:11:11 that’s what kind of what I’m seeing
00:11:12 there.

00:11:16 repent because you’re turning around.

00:11:23 Hence the mind. Um, which goes along
00:11:27 with repentance, right?

00:11:57 disposition of mind excited and directed
00:12:00 to a particular object. And when
00:12:03 especially when you realize in scripture
00:12:06 a lot of times as when it says like
00:12:10 stuff like Yeshua is the end of the law,
00:12:13 that means that he is the destination.
00:12:15 He is the focus, the eager desire, the
00:12:17 disposition of mind excited and directed
00:12:20 to a particular object. So I I I do
00:12:23 agree with Ben. One of the definitions
00:12:25 of end is goal, but I will also say
00:12:29 because I know it’s in 3 Nephi 15 off.
00:12:32 No, wait.

00:12:38 right, 3 Nephi:15, but it deals with the
00:12:40 law of Moses. It is an actual end as we
00:12:44 normally think of it, but in other cases
00:12:46 it is as a goal. So this is I’m just
00:12:50 throwing out the caveat. We need
00:12:51 context. Okay.
00:12:52 >> Oh, absolutely. In 3rd Nephi 15, the law
00:12:55 of Moses has ended.

00:13:00 >> Yeah. It’s already ended. But the uh but
00:13:03 in um in the New Testament when it talks
00:13:05 about Yeshua is the end of the law in
00:13:08 Paul’s letters, he’s actually talking
00:13:10 about how he is the goal.

00:13:15 and overall general knowledge of the
00:13:17 scriptures is very important. Okay.
00:13:22 All right. Uh, also, uh, 12, I think,
00:13:25 kind of goes along person activity.

00:13:48 qualities of mind as in you’ve you’re um
00:13:52 your mind is changing to qualities like

00:13:57 think the way that he does.

00:14:02 new converts, they’re excited, right?

00:14:06 >> Because they’re excited to to
00:14:10 with this new way of life. Hence,
00:14:14 >> it’s another way of saying repenting or
00:14:16 born again,

00:14:25 definitions do point back to that
00:14:27 baptism of fire.
00:14:29 >> Yes. And this is um what I’m trying to
00:14:32 bring out here. It it’s knowing the
00:14:36 additional definitions that really help
00:14:38 cement what’s going on where I I know
00:14:42 for myself
00:14:44 uh I I have a habit of thinking of only
00:14:47 the typical usage of a word

00:14:52 >> or even just the symbolism right um but
00:14:56 there’s multiple sides to these things
00:14:59 and I was even thinking about another
00:15:01 one today but I won’t get into okay But
00:15:04 even like
00:15:07 >> strength, life or strength of
00:15:09 resemblance, you’re starting to want to
00:15:11 be like Yeshua.
00:15:16 >> Amen, brother.
00:15:18 >> Something imminent, pure, and refined.
00:15:20 You have a pure desire to be like
00:15:22 Yeshua.
00:15:23 >> Now, in some some cases, it doesn’t stay
00:15:28 that way. Hence what we kind of talked
00:15:30 about the quote and the three degrees of
00:15:32 glory and how you only the justification
00:15:38 baptism of fire or the spirit here gets
00:15:42 you into the kingdom. It’s Yeshua saying
00:15:44 yes I see that you really want this and
00:15:46 you really want to be like me right now.
00:15:50 Whether if it changes or not is up to
00:15:53 you.

00:15:59 the kingdom until the only thing will
00:16:01 get you out of the kingdom if you decide
00:16:03 to reject Yeshua. Okay.

00:16:14 you’ll still be in the kingdom.

00:16:31 but not as happy as uh and in addition,
00:16:36 you won’t ever see Yeshua if you reject

00:16:41 that among other verses.

00:16:50 groups. And this is where it gets a

00:16:57 kingdom. It it’s it’s right there in the
00:17:00 words. It’s just without additional
00:17:03 context and understanding it. It It’s

00:18:48 is required to get this celestial glory.

00:19:18 at a different angle.

00:20:26 contradiction in that those statements
00:20:28 because I think third Nephi 9 I mean
00:20:31 sorry Second Nephi 9 says the father.
00:20:35 Second Third Nephi 111 give or take says

00:20:40 Um there’s no contradiction because it’s
00:20:43 the same person in a different mode.

00:21:11 two times. So, those who are preaching
00:21:14 that the baptism of fire and the Holy
00:21:16 Ghost are the same thing.

01:23:45 that part of the salvation is that uh
01:23:49 that God transforms you into a clone of
01:23:52 Jesus once what once after you die.

01:37:41 Yeshua is probably the best example of

01:37:56 right and wrong. And that’s defined by
